Myself wife an children stayed for one night 25.08.24. Nice welcome on arrival room was clean great facilites comortable beds warm an quiet room . Great breakfast definently would recommend will be returning later in year.
The staff was very welcoming i was disappointed with not having sea view and i payed for the breakfast but waited 2 hours but it got to the end where my lift turned up the bathroom was cobwebs on the walls
Don’t judge a book by its cover. First impressions from the outside were that it looked a bit run down and many of the hotels near by were closed or boarded up. However once inside the owners were very friendly. Although we didn’t use the bar, other folk used the bar and the pool table and the atmosphere was good. The room was basic but clean and the bathroom was very clean with a very good hot shower. Breakfast was first class. I believe other meal options are also available but we didn’t check these out. Car park at the rear was a bit rough but we had no issues. Overall well pleased with our stay. The hosts were very welcoming and I would not hesitate to stay again.
Easy parking, 5 minute walk to pleasure beach. Gluten free breakgast available.
Friendly staff
Best bit about the hotel is the owner & breakfast, rooms need a little TLC.
Lovely stay
Hotel was lovely owner was very nice and we were made to feel welcome very friendly very clean would definitely go back but would request a first floor room
Brilliant hotel
Fantastic host who was helpful in so many ways. They make a great breakfast and the hotel was quiet and relaxing.
Staff really helpful and friendly
Brilliant
Excellent food very friendly staff, would recommend to anyone.
Not for us
Given a top floor room when we had asked for a lower floor. Ate there once in the evening and the food was bland an cool. Except the prawn cocktail which was bizarrely fiery hot !!! Be aware that there is no lift and the stairs are very steep. On a plus point the breakfast was lovely
Satisfied Customer
Owner was really accommodating we asked for a fan and he let us borrow his fan. We also have a beautiful view from our room, it was clean and the sheets smells really nice. The only downside is that the room is on the third floor and we have to carry all our luggage through the stairs. It is walking distance to Pleasure Beach and not noisy. All in all we are please with our stay.
Altin & Kaz were wonderful hosts. Very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful, excellent value for money. The location of the hotel was ideal for us, not far from South Pier, right by a tram stop but also away from the busiest parts so we could get my little one to sleep happily. For our first overnight stay in Blackpool we were very happy!
Awesome
Nice hotel, food good. Service was excellent.
4 day break
Superb not a bad word to say. Alton and other staff go out of their way to make your stay a happy one.
Blackpool visit
Very clean and tidy hotel. Enjoyed staying here and will definitely go again.
The hotel is clean and easy access to all the attractions…Staff and the owner Kaz very pleasant and welcoming.Good service and food are delicious.Would love to go back in this hotel.
Hotel was dreadful and room was in terrible condition including a door that didnt fit its frame and damp on the walls. Didn't stay
Weekend trip for my birthday!
Overall the hotel is lovely and clean and the breakfast is wonderful! We were able to pre book parking at the back of the building too. We had a very noisy family in the room next door they made noise until gone 2am for two nights (not the hotel's fault I know) but the owners are really nice and very helpful. We did notice that there wasn't any central heating which could be an issue during a cold winter, but a heater was available to plug in in the room. Overall a lovely stay, very clean!
Poor service, torn duvets and unsafe kid deckerbed
Stayed 5nights as a family 2kids n 2adults, no change of towels or bed linen done. Kids decker bed very unsafe with unfixed ladder; duvets for all beds are falling apart and torn, so are the duvet covers; no hoovering done for 5night stay; i thought the breakfast was very flat; parking spaces very limited and your car will be blocked
Very friendly hotel.
The room we had was small but very clean and well supplied with toiletries, tea, coffee etc. The owners were very friendly, helpful and family orientated. Bar and food prices very reasonable. It is well located for accessing the pleasure beach and far enough away from the noise of Blackpool centre, with access to buses and trams across the street. We would definitely stay there again.
2 night stay
We were made to feel very welcome from the start of our stay and throughout. Best hotel I’ve stayed in in Blackpool. Will definitely return. The breakfasts were amazing.
Amazing
Great hotel, friendly staff and lovely breakfast. Room was spacious and very clean, would definitely stay again.
Thanks
Nice 3 nights stay, staff very welcoming and helpful. Good breakfast.
Birthday weekend
Very nice place in a good location. But the most important is the service. Very helpful, available all the time and happy to help owners. Nothing is too much for them. They clearly care about their clients. We were out most of the time so we had only one dinner there but it was amazing, would recommend to anybody. You can choose from English or Turkish menu. Very tasty and well prepared. Room was just enough for us. Comfortable bed, shower, see view…. This is my first choice if I go back to Blackpool. Close to all attractions, pubs etc but in the quiet area in the same time.
Fantastic Hotel
This was our second stay at the Alderley and it was so good last time we didn't even look elsewhere. The room was perfect for us with an uninterupted sea view. The hotel was immacculate and had great Covid hygiene. As with our previous stay we had advised the owner (Kaz) of my partner's food alergies. He was more than accomodating and provided a perfect breakfast for her. The full English breakfast was to die for in a lovely, clean dining room At night we just stayed in the bar which was very reasonably priced and played pool, a great addition when you have a 15 year old to entertain. Our room was well equipped with double and single beds, ensuite shower room, lovely bay window, full wardrobe and TV. Also supplied were tea and coffee facilities and plenty of electrical outlets for allnour chargers etc The owner Kaz and his staff canot do enough for you and nothing is any trouble. We loved our first stay in August 2020 for just one night, we loved our stay in June 2021 even better for 2 nights. We will definitely be back next year for even longer, thete's nowhere else we want to stay in Blackpool. For us 10/10
10/10 experience
Rooms were lovely, the owners were very friendly and welcoming and the food and drink were execellent. Would absolutely stay again
Great few days away in the hotel and could do enough for you and friendly.Room had sea view and was clean and bed comfortable, breakfast was included in price which was very tasty.Would defo return.
More than happy!
Great service, comfortable bed and a good breakfast. What more do you need??!!
We really enjoyed the location: within easy walking distance of Pleasure Beach and directly across the road was a tram boarding/alighting station to make it easy and quick to get to and from all other attractions in Blackpool. The hosts were friendly and very helpful, the breakfasts were tasty and filling, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean. All in all our family of 3 had a lovely short stay in Blackpool.
Fabulous and safe stay
Fantastic stay at the Alderley! This was booked as a birthday trip and we were worried about it going ahead due to covid. We were so pleased we could still come and all the staff worked hard to ensure the stay for all guests was covid safe. We had a lovely sea view and a delicious cooked breakfast each morning - perfect for this time of year! Rooms were clean and well equipped and the shower was one of the best hotel showers I’ve ever used! We look forward to coming again when things have eased up.
Great place and staff
Great place, staff really pleasant and very helpful. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again. Teenage daughter very impressed and it takes a lot! Lol.
Room clean just a few things needed updating we had a family room which was located on the second floor lots of stairs which was hard work with a 1 year old and a 2 year old apart from that the owners helped if we needed anything
nice stay
enjoyed our short break lovely fresh breakfast
Excellent location for the pleasure beach. Very clean room and staff were excellent playing pool with my daughter. Breakfast was very good.
Great stuff all round!
Very friendly and helpful owners, the rooms were very tastefully and newly decorated and furnished, clean and comfortable and of a high standard which you'd expect from bigger and more expensive hotels. Very good en suite bathroom with a powerful shower. Nice little bar area with a well stocked fridge and drinks/snacks selection, ice cream too! Good serving times for the lovely and ample breakfast which set us up for most of the day! Very attentive to the table layout too, again something you'd expect from the bigger and much more expensive hotels. My family and I really enjoyed our brief stay at the Alderley Hotel which gave us a good, full day out at Blackpool Pleasure beach which is a short walk away. Lots of free parking too, great views of the promenade and sea in a quieter area of the Blackpool prom. No complaints whatsoever, just very happy to recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Blackpool, excellent value for money. Thanks to Kaz, Altin and everyone for a lovely stay. Our first choice next time!
One night stay here recently. Helpful staff. Room was lovely and a great location!
Excellent Stay
Lovely hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room beautiful and clean. Breakfast was amazing would definitely recommend and stay again.
Could not ask for more. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was 10 out of 10. And found beds comfortably. Would def stay again
Very friendly and welcoming, room was very nice, clean and had everything we could possibly need, breakfast was spot on, will be our first choice next time we visit Blackpool
Aderley Hotel, 10th August 2020
We booked this family run hotel at the last minute and could not be happier. We booked a family room, double plus single. It was on the first floor with a cracking bay window with sea view. The hotel is just two minutes walk from Pleasure Beach and South Pier and has great views across South promenade to the sea. My partner has various dietry issues and they were most accomodating. This hotel has a lovely sun room at the front, dining room, pool table and a bar. A little like the TARDIS as it looks small from the outside but very spacious once inside. Our en- suite room was clean and well presented. They even provided off street parking. Breakfast was a selection of cereals, tea/coffee toast and a full english, all cooked to perfection and professionally presented. It was a pleasure to stay at this cracking little hotel, we only wish it could have been for longer. We will definitely be coming back.
The rooms were modern, spacious and very clean. The hotel staff were frienfly and very helpfull. Would definately stay here again. Highly recommended and very close to sandcastles and pleasure beach.
The Alderley Hotel is a lovely bed and breakfast very conveniently situated near to Blackpool Pleasure Beach. The owners were kind and accommodating throughout our stay. They even went out and bought oat milk in time for breakfast! Their young daughter Karya was a fantastic waitress. She had excellent customer service skills and is a credit to their family!
