Customer service needs some further training.

Really nice modern and clean no frills hotel. Don’t expect to be able to park anywhere near if you have lots of baggage! Great location. Right in the centre close to the cathedral. I had no issues with noise. Check in and out was straightforward. Would stay again.

Motel 6 quality hotel

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. The amenities were very basic, which was fine. BUT the bed was extremely uncomfortable and we could feel the spring in the mattress. Needless to say, it was a very restless night and we woke up with a lot of pain.

Not Happy!

I’ve written to you earlier. The hotel was hard to find, inaccessible by car, and the check in was with a offsite intercom. The rooms may have been fine, but we tried to cancel when we asked to hold up our passports to a camera. I want my money back Hotels.com!

Situated right in the middle of the action.

Parking was about 300 mtr away but discounted for staying at this hotel. The hotel is situated right in the middle of the old town and a stones throw from the huge cathedral (listed as world heritage site) and other must see sights. We needed health forms printed off which was no problem at all, the staff was very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable and a lift services all floors. Would I stay here again? most certainly! Great bars and restaurants within easy walk of the hotel.

Great location, 100m from cathedral, street was very quiet at night, didn't have breakfast but looked appetising. Room was a bit smaller than had hoped but bathroom was good size with walk-in shower

Very impressed with the room, I had a partial view to the Cathedral. Shower was amazing, bed huge and comfy. I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast, it was many thing to choose from, I will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends

Room smelled of cigarette smoke

I loved the location of this hotel! The hallways were a bit loud, though, with lots of people coming in and out. I was also not a fan of the shower (no water pressure if you wanted hot water - or lots of water pressure with cold water).

Right Where You Want To Be

Everything was great. I left an item in the room and super nice staff emailed me in time to pick it up! Excellent staff!! Hotel is easy walking to the castle (get ready for a lot of steps), Castle walls and gates, the Cathdral and the Museum of Human Evolution. Catch a nearby bus to go farther afield to the monastery. In the middle of shopping, eating, drinking as well. Very safe with pedestrian only area and lots of people out and about. Roomy elevator, great shower, comfy bed and climate control. Property looks updated and clean.

I had a small double room good for a single person on the 4th floor with a view over the city. Lovely hotel.

Great little, centrally located hotel.

The manager waited for me to arrive after a late docking of my boat at Santander made me two hours late into the evening.

Convenient hotel at a reasonable price

The room was clean and tidy. The location of the hotel was fantastic, situated in the city centre and was close to major tourist spots. We were able to store our luggages at a safe spot after check out.

I forhold til pris er dette det absolutt dårligste hotell opplevelse vi har opplevd. Rommet var halvparten av oppgitt størrelse. Utslitte møbler og røropplegg på badet som ikke var montert. En av våre søkekriterier var parkering. Det var så fjernt fra parkeringsmulighet som mulig til dette hotellet. Hvor er kontrollen Hotel.com

Céntrico y perfecto

perfecta ubicación en el centro de la ciudad. Hay un parking muy cerca, a pocos metros andando. Si tuviera que volver a Burgos, volvería sin duda a este sitio.

Ideal para estancia corta en Burgos.

La habitación y el baño eran pequeños pero funcionales. Limpieza correcta y el desayuno bien. Reducción en el precio del parking de Plaza Mayor. Ubicación excelente. La única pega, hacer entrada con recepción cerrada, se hace por un videoportero y cuesta un poco entender que se hace a través de la central de todos los hoteles Alda.

Un lloc totalment recomanable!

Ruidoso a tope. Imposible pegar ojo. Ha acabado el ruido a las 6 de la mañana, y luego ruido del servicio de limpieza del hotel a las 9 am . Terrible. Nada recomendable para la noche el sabado

Schönes, kleines Hotel, mitten in der Altstadt, fast neben der Kathedrale. Trotzdem ruhig und gemütlich.

Estancia en pleno centro

Ubicación en pleno centro de Burgos a tan solo 2 mins de la catedral. El check in fue fácil de hacer y las habitaciones y el baño eran amplias. Lo único que echamos de menos fue un enchufe con mesita de noche al otro lado de la cama y también era un poco molesto el ruido que venía de un cuarto dentro de la habitación. Por lo demás todo perfecto.
