Very well kept and renovated. Great bed. Nice kitchen and terrific bathroom. Central location and easy check in. Could not ask for more.

Great location, close to hamilton garden, very friendly receptionist and extremely clean hotel, looks like newly renovated.

This is a great place to stay. Clean, modern & in excellent condition. Walkable to trails and restaurants, and a close drive to other amenities. The owner was great to talk with & he offered wonderful suggestions for food & things to do in the area.

It was our first stay here, for a family birthday at a venue just down the road. We were very impressed with how friendly the staff were and the cleanliness of the rooms. The beds were comfy and it was so handy to shops and lots of cafes. Car parking was provided. We will definitely go back and stay again next time we are in Hamilton.

Wonderful staff and cute room!

The staff were very friendly and had great recommendations when we asked where to eat. The room was clean and we really appreciated the kitchen items.

Great staff: friendly and with good communication skills. The kitchenette must be made with little people in mind: the bench height was just above my knees. Wonderful location.

This was my third stay at Albert Court. It is conveniently located just outside the CBD, close to shops and takeaways/cafe's etc. Staff (possibly the owner?) very friendly and helpful. Nice and quiet with plenty of parking.

A great traditional motel - comfortable and convenient for the CBD

Good place to stay. My only small issue was that the bench and the facilities in the room I was given were very low stature. Great for someone in a wheel chair, but not so great for me at over 6 feet tall having to stoop down to use.

Nice comfortable motel with a great shower. Peaceful and quiet in a handy location. Decor is pretty new.

Close to amenities, arterial routes and river walk. Room was small but quite adequate for 1x night stay. Well maintained, clean and a fair price for the comforts provided.

We stayed overnight for an event and found the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the outside area was a nice space despite the busy road outside. It was close to the event in the Hamilton gardens but not particularly convenient for walking to Hamilton central - perfectly fine for driving.

Super clean rooms, great service

The high ratings are thoroughly deserved. Service was polite and excellent - quickest checkin ever! The room was spotless and spacious. Bed was comfortable. The bath is excellent and the location is good too - away from the worst of Hamilton's traffic.

My wife and I stayed at the Albert Court Motor Lodge for an evening during our New Zealand road trip. We were coming from Hobbiton and would be moving onto attractions in the Waitomo region, and this was a convenient place to stay. Our room was exceedingly spacious, relatively clean, and nicely furnished. There was plenty of storage space, hooks for hanging clothes and personal items, and decent WiFi. The manager, Ian, was very jovial and friendly when we checked in and also remembered my name the next day (possibly because it mirrored the lodge's name). We also got a complimentary carton of New Zealand milk upon check in, which was unexpected but very nice. One odd observation was that when we arrived at our room, the door was already open, which is a custom we saw at a couple of places we stayed in New Zealand. I suppose crime is such a rarity that doors don't need to be secured before guests check in, but this did also allow some bugs to get into the room. So minor annoyance. The location is convenient for those with cars, as it's just a few minutes driving outside of the city center and thus nearby Hamilton's attractions while still being in a quiet area. Overall, we had a nice stay!

I loved everything about staying here. The staff member was friendly and super helpful. The unit was spotless. the bed was comfy. The location was excellent, nearby shopping very convenient, especially the local icecream shop.

Managerial staff very, very friendly, we'd go there any time. Due to flood problems at our home we returned to Auckland and we were refunded one night's stay. All super, thank you.

My stay at Albert Court was great. Maybe a suggestion of a first aid kit in units. My partner had a cut finger & a plaster would of helped. No one wants to dirty those beautiful white sheets.

Nice tidy unit with everything needed in it

I booked online for the first time and didn’t order the room with a bath for my sore muscles. The owners kindly upgraded me to give me a room with a spa bath for no extra cost. I would definitely go back again.

This is a lovely motel. Clean, well appointed, great beds, lovely bathroom with big shower and great water pressure. On a busy road but well built so quiet, no noise from rooms on either side. Would definitely stay again.

It is very central to Gardens, shops, museum and the great Waikato River. We walked everywhere. The staff all helpful and friendly. We had a very good experience over all.

The room was quite dark, we were in the corner of the building.

The website indicates there is a gym, but this is not onsite and not available consistently. The day I wanted to go, it wasn't available until midday. Also, I selected a room with double bed. It was very small with barely any room to move. I did see into other rooms as i was leaving and they were more spacious.
