This place was amazing! Highly recommend, it’s a small hotel so it’s nice and quiet. It’s right in the heart of everything, tons of good restaurants to eat at, close to the Trevi and the Parthenon. We walked everywhere from here. The hotel was so clean and smelled amazing. They had a little coffee bar and a fridge for juice, milk and water. Staff were very helpful with anything we needed, excluding being available to talk/text on WhatsApp to ask anything. Would definitely be back and would recommended to anyone who is going to rome
The best part of our stay here was the service from the girls at the front desk. No matter what you needed they got it for you. Great customer seevice
The hotel was very comfortable and clean. Nice touches like a box of dried pasta upon arrival, chocolates in the evening, sunscreen in the bathroom, earplugs if it got noisy. Loved the Nespresso machine in the lobby. Excellent location close to great restaurants, attractions and shopping. Hotel staff were EXCELLENT. Very communicative and helpful. Stayed in touch throughout our visit. We’d definitely stay here again.
We loved this hotel! Our hosts were amazing and so accommodating! The hotel is close to several sites and tons of restaurants. It’s also just a 20 minute walk to the train station. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!
Very comfotable place for a short stay in Central Rome. Many sights are easily walkable. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.
First the hotels location was great for being able to walk to the sights. The subway entrance was close by and very cheap to ride. The staff was awesome especially Sabina & Fabiana! We liked the coffee expresso machine and the water which even had sparkling water to fill up your water bottles. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner made the room pleasant. Many places around it to eat and shop. Now the only things I did not like. One it says it has a laundry room which is not true but they do have a laundry service which we found out too late to use. It says it has a bar and I assumed it was for cocktails since it has a martini glass by it but there was no bar. A couple other things it has on the hotels.com website but it doesn’t so the owner needs to clear these claims up. The bathroom is small and the shower is also (at least in the room we stayed in) so if your a big person beware. The last thing is is that after 5 or so the doors to the outside are shut and locked so when you come back after that you have a key to get in but the problem we had is only one door would open and it not only was narrow to get through but combine that with a step up and for us old retired folks it was hard. Even with these few negatives we’d probably stay there again but mainly because of the location & staff who I can’t say enough about! I hope whoever owns the hotel realizes how good they are….all of them!
The location is very convenient to so much of Rome! The staff was amazing! They are great people! The room was clean and we would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. It’s a room on the smaller side, especially with the bathroom, but if you’re there to only sleep, this is the place to stay! Personal touch! Boutique look and feel! Thank you!
It was great!
The staff were very friendly and had amazing customer service. The self serve coffee and refreshment bar was nice. Location was ideal.
Pleasant stay
The staff were very nice and helpful
The staff were beyond amazing! The only complaints I have about this hotel is that it is in a ZTL zone so we could not drive up to the property to bring our bags and the walls were a little thin so we could hear noise but overall great property.
The staff was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed - transportation, dining recommendations, help with baggage, etc. The room was clean and very nice - our only complaint would be that the shower was extremely small.
Our hostesses were just amazing!! Everything you could ever need for your stay is available. Many extras as well...from self serve coffee and snack bar on the house to shower flip flops and chocolates on your bed! Very centrally located. Very, very clean!! We will stay here again in the future. Thanks ladies!
Absolutely amazing, the staff were incredibly helpful with checking in and out, storing luggage, information about the area, and booking a taxi. The rooms were very clean and had all the amenities you need. On top of that they provide you with a coffee bar which has juice, water, milk, and coffee which was amazing for the mornings before you head out. The location was great for everything you could need, we walked everywhere. They were incredibly accommodating and I will for sure be coming back if i’m in Rome again.
Great location and wonderful staff!
Good location, Clean. Special thanks to the front desk.
Amazing Location and Kindhearted Staff!
My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week and enjoyed every single night of our stay! The room we had was the perfect size, not too large or too small. Tiled floor and glass shower doors made this accommodation feel modern but still immersing you in the heart of the city. We loved having a window that opened up to the main road to watch all that was happening as we were waking up every morning. The ladies at the front are very kind and always offered to give advice as where to eat, what places to go see off the beaten path, and eager to help with any questions we had! 10/10 Stay and we will be sure to be back when we visit Rome again!
The service was absolutely amazing! The two front desk ladies were great and so informative. They messaged me taxi information, transit information, restaurant recommendations for Rome and Naples (our next location), and so much more. Super helpful. Location was also superb. A few minutes walk to the Trevi Fountain on a small side street, which made it quite quite. The rooms were comfortable enough and clean. The hotel also have these phones you can bring with you out and about for maps. Highly recommend staying here.
Three nights in Rome
Spent 3 nights in February. Location is great. Lovely staff - very helpful and responsive. We took the basic room but would recommend going for something larger. The bathroom was fine but the room is very cramped. Otherwise lovely place!
You wouldn’t recognize the building as a hotel. It is a special spot in the wall.
recommendation
Nice, clean and comfortable hotel in historic centre of Rome, I can recommend to all for their stay. Staff was kind and willing.
The staff makes this great property and outstanding place to stay in Rome. Very helpful when our flight was delayed meaning an even later arrival time. Their help on finding sites and great places to eat near by was accurate. We enjoyed being greeted every day by wonderful staff. We felt at home.
We had wonderful stay!! The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. They were very communicative with WhatsApp, offering tons of recommendations. The room was comfortable. No breakfast but a nice complementary little coffee bar with juices and biscuits available to grab on your way out to adventure in Rome. Location is perfect, close to the Trevi fountain and Spanish steps and metro station is close by. The only con is that apparently the walls are very thin as we received a noise complaint at about 4:30pm while FaceTiming with our daughter.
A spectacular small hotel in a fantastic location! The two young women at the front desk are extremely helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.
Great location. Clean room. Very narrow shower. There is coffee, tea, cookies, cold water and soda in the lobby. Very helpful staff.
The staff was super friendly and helpful! Hotel was very clean and close to attractions.
Excellent place to stay when in Rome
Clear directions provided over the phone from Rome Airport to hotel. Sambina kindly waited for us outside the hotel to ensure that we were in the right place. Sambina, Fabiana, Fabio and the rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Beautiful, nice, clean rooms. Self-service expresso bar, fizzy water and still water dispenser in the common area were great!
Friendly and fabulous staff!
The staff was so helpful and friendly! They went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of after 2 miserable days of flight delays and lost luggage. From making arrangements for very early check-in to making suggestions about local restaurants, the staff made us feel like we were the only guests there! We loved our little respite in their hotel and left relaxed and renewed.
This hotel was so convenient to the Spanish Steps and shopping but on a quiet street. The staff was very accommodating and offered any assistance we might need. Small room but a comfortable stay.
We arrived after a cruise around 11am, hoping only that we could store luggage until check-in later that day. Fabiana (hope I remember her name right!) could not have been more friendly or helpful! She assured us our things would be safe and they would even move them into our rooms for us. She gave us a map of the area, and then connected with us on What'sApp to give further recommendations about places to eat etc. She texted when our rooms were ready, gave us a full tour of the little snack bar where we could get coffee, juice, biscuits & yogurt, and ensured we had absolutely everything we needed. For check-out, she arranged a cab and told us where to leave our keys and even gave us a code to get back into the hotel in case we left anything behind. We loved the charm of this small, family hotel. The rooms were compact but very comfortable. The location was terrific -- easy Metro access, or walking to Trevi & Spanish Steps. I would stay again in a heartbeat.
Enjoyed our stay!
The staff here was amazing! They communicated with us via WhatsApp to alert us that our room was ready and to provide us with a lot of helpful information. As it turned out, we were unable to get a taxi to the train station after checking out. Two very nice men took our suitcases and led us to the train station on foot, all the way to our platform. They would not accept a tip. The coffee bar was a very nice amenity. Excellent location. I need to mention, however, that the bathroom - especially the shower - was pretty small. But that is the case in a lot of places in Italy. Enjoyed our stay.
Great service, great location!
Staff was fantastic, great communication, so professional! Loved coffee bar onsite, clean rooms, inroom bathroom, comfort mattress! Great location, close to everything easy to walk. Would definitely stay again when in Rome!!!
Wonderful service, convenient location, clean space!
Friendly and accommodative staff.
Communication was incredible. We arrived early and our room was ready. We were given lots of information for our short stay and they couldn’t have been more helpful, nicer and more accommodating.
Amazing
Absolutely amazing service.
boutique hotel , very well located , walked to trevi fountain, spanish steps, metro , buses with no problem. the staff was extremely helpful with cabs and recommendations and helped us get around easily ! the complimentary espresso ,water , and shortbread cookies were amazing. they also had umbrellas handy when it rained.
Super central and Best staff ever
I have to begin with the staff! Amazing amazing people. It felt like having a family. I cannot say thank you enough, for waiting up for us into the wee hours of the day when our flight was delayed, to recommendations, to little treats in room and all. This is not a traditional hotel with a manned reception 24 hours, it’s important to note that. I do like that myself but nothing beats personable service and this is what you get here. Daily texts checking in with you and just the willingness to help The location is super central off a major road, which of course ones with the “perks” of that, noise! I am a super light sleeper so travel with ear plugs and eye masks ordinary and Ear plugs were also provided here in case I didn’t bring. I’d say bring an eye mask if you are light sensitive. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel in a heartbeat and look forward to coming back again soon.
Amazing hotel! The staff is top notch!
This hotel was fantastic. It's located to a lot of restaurants and is in walking distance to the coliseum. The staff was great and any issue we had, which were few, were quickly addressed. They went out of their way to make sure we had a great time and even recommended a wonderful restaurant in Venice which we really enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again. These people truly care that you enjoy your time with them.
Exceptional and beyond great customer service. Convenient location with trevi and spanish steps 5min walkable distance. Thank you so much for this great service you have provided to me. Grazie!
Staff and location were great! Room was fine
The staff was so amazing and helpful. We stayed only 1 night(catch flight back home) and the staff was always in contact with me regarding my arrival, transportation, or anything we needed. The shopping strip(high-end stores) is about 10min walking, Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps are 5-8min away. The hotel is in a perfect area. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you again to the staff. We will be back to explore more!!
Nice 2-night family stay
We had a nice 2-night family stay at the hotel in August. The location is very central: only a few minutes away from the Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain, but the windows are triple-glazed so very quiet. The rooms are very basic with no frills but comfortable. The service was outstanding: they helped us with everything we needed and were super-kind and helpful!
The staff here was extremely accommodating in every way you could think of! We had a flight from Milan to Rome and were arriving earlier than check-in, but Favio and Leslie had the room cleaned and ready for us. They explained everything that was nearby and communicated with us very responsively through WhatsApp if we had any questions. There was espresso, biscuits, and water complimentary in the lobby, which was very nice. On many occasions Favio arranged either a car for us or whatever we may have needed. The location is ideal for walking to the Trevi Fountain or The Spanish Steps as well as tons of shopping! We also needed our luggage held on the last day due to a late train ride, and this was no problem. I don't think we could have stayed anywhere more accommodating than Albergo Delle Regioni. Although the space was small, it provided exactly what we needed for the little time we spent in the room. Highly recommend staying here if you visit Rome!!
Staff is extremely welcoming and available if you need anything. Good location as well and quiet at night.
Very cute hotel
This mom and pop hotel is amazing! It sits just off a main road near many places to eat, shop and walk to the Trevi Fountain. It is very clean and has less than 20 rooms. They bring you a welcome snack upon arrival and set your bags up in your room. Air conditioning was very good. They use the WhatsApp to send you messages and will answer any questions 24/7 on the app. They also have a cellphone that you can take with you to do the same thing. They have a coffee, tea and water station you can use any time for free. It is very clean. They gave us good recommendations on places to dine and how to get a taxi. They also ordered a taxi for us for departure. They are very kind and we will be back to stay with them again.
Rome 2022
Location is perfect for site seeing. Rooms are very small/crowded and while the staff was very friendly, they were disorganized
Clean and close to everything. At the heart of the city.
Making improvements. Strong smell of adhesive. Access to front door driving challenge. Taxi only road.
Very close to the metro. Walking distance to Spanish Steps, the Trevie Fountain and to the Pantheon.
Great time at the Albergo delle Regioni.
Brilliant 3 nights at the Albergo delle Regioni. Staff very helpful and could not do enough for us. They also provided us with an early check in which was great and also offered a late check out. Location is excellent for the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Overall a really enjoyable stay in Rome made better by the hotel amenities and staff.
Very cute little hotel in the perfect location. We only stayed one night but the staff let us keep our bags and use the room until our flight the next evening. The perfect place to stay for a short stay visiting the city.
The location was great. Walking distance to many 'must see' sights. Very easy to get around, and close to the metro station .
This turned out to be a good pick for my four night stay in Rome. I am living in Verona and wanted a short getaway, My stay was excellent. The staff is super friendly and helpful and my room, while small, was very clean and quiet at night. All you really need. Coffee was available 24/7 in the lobby and the location is super (next to Metro, Trevi, Spagna, etc.) And the price is very economical for such a good location.
Great service, great location! Highly recommended!!
Don’t Look to Somewhere Else, This is the Place
One of the best places I have stayed ever. I travel solo a lot to learn cities, culture and visit museums. This place was just the best. The room is perfect clean and modern, location is central, the staff is perfectly helpful and you have espresso for free. They are just the best. I loved the stay. When I come to rome, I will always stay at Albergo Delle Regioni. I wish every city I visited had one Albergo Delle Regioni
Wonderful stay in the center of Rome
The hotel is very conveniently located in the center of Rome within walking distance of all major attractions. The rooms are small, but very functional and have everything needed. I would also like to point out the exceptional friendly service by the staff - there to provide guidance and help out with the stay.
The host was extremely helpful in so many ways. I was made to feel at home and at all times he was willing to make sure I had a very good stay. I would certainly return to this Hotel. The location is perfect for me, working in the city for a short time.
Great stay
I really enjoyed my stay here. Location is great, bed comfortable, communication easy and overall I had a nice stay. I would really recommend if you’re planning a visit. Very convenient.
Excellent location and fabulous shower
Excellent place to stay in Rome
I like this hotel. The location is excellent and the staff friendly. They gave us a local iPhone that was very helpful to find our routes a locations..
We had a wonderful stay! The staff really made the experience seamless and were always ready to help answer questions about the city. The hotel’s central location means it isn’t always quiet, but it was a great place to stay.
Lovely staff, great location, nice roo., extra's like free coffee, tea, still, sparkling water, bottle to take with you, cellphone, etc
Very good for a few days
We had a very nice stay at Albergo delle Regioni. What we liked: - the friendly staff, - the smartphone that we could take outside with us (it's always useful to have an extra phone if your battery dies), - being able to leave our luggage even after we completed check-out, - the coffee machine, the reusable water bottles with mineral/sparkling water in the kitchen area, - the room smelled nice and was clean, - 3 towels per person + an extra towel in the shower, - the quality of the shower gel and the water pressure of the shower, - the multiple USB charger station, - the cheap price, - information about WIFI access was given straight away at check-in, - and of course the location: it's minutes away from Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps. What could be improved: - the walls were quite thin and the inconsiderate guests next door woke us up by having a phone call at 4am. Also, if you wish to sleep with the window open, street noise is quite an issue - but it's alright once you've closed it. - the mattress felt like it needed replacing, - there should be at least one electrical socket on both sides of the bed. Thank you very much again to the staff.
I had a great stay! The staff was super friendly and very helpful.
Very enjoyable, clean and in a good location. Very quiet at night
Great stay.
I’m a huge fan. It was wa a really great time. I’m especially a fan of the phone / map thingy they give you. It helped a lot. he staff was fantastic.
Travelling for 2 months and this is the best we've stayed in. Clean, neat, convenient to everything, and reasonably priced. And the most helpful informative staff. We are very impressed.
The location is perfect- central yet quiet and the staff is very welcoming and helpful.
Loved it!
This was great for our long weekend in Rome! The location, service, and bed were perfect. I think any negative reviews for this hotel are because people are expecting American sized bathrooms- the bathroom and the shower (and the room) are very small, but it’s all you need for a short stay! Fabio the host was incredibly friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay again.
Comfortable and convenient
Conveniently located small hotel, clean and in good condition, with helpful staff. Liked the breakfast option even though the area was a bit small. Room was a bit small, shower also tight as others have observed. But everything worked out for us. We asked for ice and milk one evening and they provided those free of charge. They have umbrellas available for use, the free cellphone was very helpful, and they worked with us to book an airport shuttle that was outstanding as well (basically a private ride to the airport with luggage help, ...), It was slightly noisy at times (from adjacent room, or outside) but nothing that bothered us. Also, having the Barberini metro back in service would enhance the convenience of this hotel. We did find a laundromat, grocery store, .. not far away. Great location for Trevi fountain, spanish steps, ...
We loved our stay in Alberto Delle Regioni! The staff were so lovely and friendly, always wished you a good day when you left the hotel and welcomed you back on your return. The hotel is small but perfect for a weeks break in the lovely city of Rome! It is perfectly located, amazing restaurants near by and close proximity to all the tourist locations. Should we return to Rome, we will definitely book to stay here again!
The staff were fantastic! So friendly and helpful! It’s a small family run place, and they care about you! Room was very clean, you are able to get fresh towels daily if you like. The included breakfast in the mornings are great. Including coffee, pastries, sliced meat, cheese, and juice. The area is pretty centrally located to many different sites. Overall wonderful. The shower was very small and did not have a curtain or great barrier to contain the water from the rest of the bathroom. Would have to put towels on the ground to prevent water flooding out. Wish there was a small refrigerator or microwave, but would still stay here again!
We selected this hotel based on its proximity to the Barberini Metro stop. Upon arrival we learned that this stop is closed and will be for several more months. There are bus stops nearby but the busses are not as dependable. While the cost is good and the rooms are a decent size, the hotel is very dated. The housekeeping staff does a good job but the cleaning products that they use leave a very strong overwhelming smell. I could still smell the cleaning products on my clothes when I returned home. The hotel is also very stingy with the toiletries. We were there for five nights and got one very small bar of soap. The shampoo, body wash in one container and the hand soap in another are all the same product. At breakfast they would put out one -two pieces of meat. They would cut the one piece of chicken into several smaller pieces. I think that they would do better to charge ten more euros and not be so skimpy.
Little nice hotel with excellent location close to all attractions. Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff! Was very pleasant to have bottled water available for the guests in the fridge in the lobby. Overall, very good impression and recommended for a week stay to explore the city.
Nice place convenient
The people were great and went the extra mile. It is close to everything. We had free calls to the states and a mobile phone to get us around.
Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable. Couldn’t fault the facilities.
Albergo delle Regioni
Alberto delle Regioni hotel was a great find just off the street near Barbarini square with many attractions within walking distance. Service was excellent and the room was quite comfortable. We will stay here again when we return.
Quaint, family run hotel in the heart of Rome
We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It’s a smaller hotel, but rooms are modern and it’s walking distance to train, central area, Spanish steps, fountain, opera house etc. It was a bit hard to find, so if see the ‘Clarks’ store sign you simply need to go round the corner and walk up the ‘side street’ to get to this hotel, it will be on your left hand side. They serve an authentic continental Italian breakfast and the baking is made fresh everyday. Daniel was so helpful and and friendly, he spent a lot of time with us teaching us about Italian culture. The also give you a free cell phone that has GPS to eat you back to hotel, as well as recommendations for food, entertainment, outings etc. They also arranged a shuttle for us to be picked up from the airport which was nice after a long flight:)
Great place!
Very nice place, the people attending are very welcoming and pleasant. Very well situated near to best places in Rome downtown.
The staff was very helpful and nice. The rooms we're clean and the location was the best. I will surely be back!
Fabulous location, nice small hotel, good sized room, staff always available
Excellent staff service, very polite and always happy to assist you. Room standard is average but its cleanliness is of a high standard including beddings. I must admit the shower cubicle was very small. Breakfast was a very basic, croissant, cookies, cake, fresh orange and juice, yoghurt plus tea/coffee. The most attractive thing is that there was a free phone made available with free local/international calls and free unlimited data usage. Overall, I wasn't dissapointed.
Right in the middle of Rome staff very helpful and very very friendly a pleasure to stay we will be back
a good place to stay
the hotel located in the center. Daniella and Fabio's attitude and service was amazing
Very nice hotel in city centre, great hospitality
A very new hotel just opened in Oct 18. Located really at the centre where most of the attractions are within walking distance. The front desk who is also one of the owner namely Fabio helped me with tips and information during my 3 nights stay there. Hotel is small but with BIG hospitality. Fabio is such a gentle and caring person who is always ready to assist. I surely will go back again in my next visit.
Perfect location in the heart of Rome. Close to the sub way and all bus stop. The staff is great and friendly. You don't need to bring your cell phone, they give you one as part of the service and is totally free
Impeccable, friendly staff, coffee and fresh croissant in am. Will go again !
Very clean, good location within 20 minutes walk from Termini, 10 minutes walk to Trevi Fountain, 20 minutes to Spanish Steps. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room overlooking the street but quiet at night as mainly shops. We are returning 😀
Very nice hotel. Lives up to the pictures online. Rooms are small but comfortable with a good bed & pillows. Air conditioning is in the room. Breakfast was simple and light but had quality components, including an employee ready to make different types of coffee for you. Really the only thing we didn’t like was that the only way to get WiFi in your room was to use a phone the hotel provided and sign in with your personal information. There are just a few steps to get into the hotel, maybe 6 or so. Overall a wonderful experience. If we return to Rome, we would stay here again.
Hotel is in a fabulous location. Room was clean and of a good size compared to some hotel rooms in Rome! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Loved the little breakfast in the lounge area, perfect to start our day. Whilst the hotel is small, it was perfect for us and I would definitely stay here again. Fantastic value for money.
Reasonably priced hotel in the central Rome
This is a small hotel with no frills but the location is excellent for your trip to Rome. Very easy access to the sights of Central Rome. Within easy walking distance of the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colosseum, Pantheon, etc. Easy access to public transport just 5 minutes from the hotel. Daniele gave us a great welcome and was very happy to offer help and advice. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome.
Great little room - great location
Great location, tucked away off of the main street. Bed was extremely comfortable and they provided a mobile wifi that you could take with you for only $5/day! The only things we didn't like about this room was that it was so small there was really nowhere to put your luggage without having to walk over it, and the shower was also very tight.
Very nice hotel! Amazing and helpful staff!
I spent 3 nights in Albergo Delle Regioni and all I can say is that the staff - Fabio and Daniele were very friendly and went out of their way to help us with whatever we needed. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The Manet phone that they provide is a great idea, which helped us a lot during our stay in Rome. The morning coffee was great as well and they also offer a very nice selection of cakes and croissants. It's centrally located near great bars, restaurants and attractions and very rarely we needed to take a bus or metro. Highly recommended!
Wonderful
Wonderful stay with super friendly staff. Great location close to lots of bars and restaurants. Walking distance to Colosseum, Trevi Fountain etc. Thank you Fabio and Daniele for a great time in Rome.
Maravillosa

Our stay was truly wonderful. The staff gave us many suggestions for what to do and where to go eat. You can communicate with them easily by phone when there is no receptionist. The bar in the lobby was also a nice surprise. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be coming here again.
