WORST PLACE EVER.

Worst place ever!!!! Cold, unable to put the heating on came on at a set time 3-8. Window did not shut properly so it was freezing all night. Smelt funny. Room was half decorated. Toilet seat broken. Couldn’t wait to leave. Would have found elsewhere if we could. Left as soon as we woke up in the morning. DO BOG RECOMMEND !

There was no parking as they advertised. I drove around for 1 hour and still found nothing. I told the desk person I was cancelling and they will not issue a refund….. nor will Expedia. Very disappointing

Property was good for my needs and easy to get to the Metro which is just across the road. Staff were always available and helpful so no issues there. It was a lively and busy area but had no issues personally and also just a 20 min metro to Duomo. It’s very basic accommodation but for the price I really have no complaints about this and the shared bathroom was clean and didn’t have to wait whilst there.

After booking my room I got to the hotel and he gave us a double bed when I was suppose to have 2 single beds because they were out of single bed rooms ,if i wanted air conditioning in cost 5€ more didn't get TV because it would have been another 5€

The staff were really lovely and helpful. The rooms are basic but have everything you need for a city break. There’s not much to do in the area around the hotel but the metro is so close you can see it from the hotel.

No good, these are the thing that you have to deal with: -Constant noise from the street -unclean bedding -shared washroom -no elevator (you have to take the stairs with your luggage) -no fridge, microwave or tv remote -bad area in general -room is pretty small and has nothing but a bed

It's a very bad hotel, there is no car park...they broke the window of my car fron of the hotel, toilet in the room for money, air conditioner for money, it's not even worth 0 stars....

Terrible service

Terrible service, I booked in error the wrong dates and I tried to get a refund, but the property ignored all my requested. DO NOT BOOK HERE, they don't have any customer service.

Overall good. Boards fell off the bed frame, but held up overnight. It got pretty hot overnight even with the A/C on and the window open. The bathroom was also pretty small.

If youre looking for a 5* experience, you're looking in the wrong place. But for a simple nights sleep, with excellent connection to the centre of Milan this hotel is ideal. Pros - Metro next door - Friendly staff - Huge double bed - Cheaper than most - Clean The hotel does lack any amenities whatsoever, the tv barely worked in my room and the "terrace" is just a few garden chairs surrounded by broken furniture. It was very hot but the windows open very wide! Perhaps a common theme in Italy, but upon leaving the hotel each time you have to leave your key. Understand for safety reasons, but if the reception desk are elsewhere, i found myself waiting several minutes. Overall if youre a solo traveller and just need a cheap bed for a few nights, whilst exploring Milan, i recommend.

We booked in hotel Corvetto but when we reached there, they said our reservation is not there, then me and my family went to another hotel. Its quiet difficult for me and family. I have confirmation and everything but they said no reservation for you.

Property was much better than expecting with its 1 star displayed. Would definitely stay gain for its convenience and had absolutely no hassle during stay

I booked a room with an en-suite and was giving one without and a separate bathroom, this was not what I booked and wasn’t impressed! I got told I would be moved to the room I booked in my second day my last night of staying! I didn’t get told a time and I suddenly had a knock at the door saying I had 5 minutes to get my stuff together as I was moving rooms! Förutom att personalen vad trevlig så var allt annat super underkänt, mycket dålig kvalité på allt. Rummen lika kalla som utomhus, de kräver 10€ per natt för att få kontroll till AC och TV. Okej vid akut men undvik annars. Att metro stationen var precis utanför var anledningen till att jag valde detta hotell, men det var så dåligt så jag kände knappt av den glädjen.

Le personnel était sympa, la propreté était moyenne. Par contre l’isolation était terrible entre les différentes chambres et le couloir. On entend tout, et le pire notre chambre donnée sur la route. On entendait tout le trafic dehors et meme le passage des piétons. Pour les personnes avec un sommeil très léger comme moi je vous déconseille. En plus on découvre qu’il faut rajouter un supplément de 39€ pour deux personnes et pour les trois nuits. Et non pas 15€ comme c’était indiqué sur le site.

I'm not happy because the total payments supposed to be 445€ for 7 days which I did paid 410€ before coming then at the hotel to complete the payment of 35€ the man who was in charge ask me to pay 91€..I want a refund of my extra payment!

Avevo per errore sbagliato data di prenotazione e malgrado varie telefonate e mail inviate non ho trovato nessuna disponibilità a risolvere il problema. Ero anche disponibile a pagare un sovrapprezzo ma non c'è stato niente da fare, non mi hanno mai risposto e hanno comunque preso i soldi dalla carta

Très bien placé par rapport au métro, qui est sur la ligne direct par rapport au Duomo, donc assez central par rapport à toutes les visites de Milan. Très bon rapport qualité prix, nous avions une chambre qui donnait sur une cour et d'autres jardins, donc archi calme, même fenêtre ouverte. Je recommande!!

Das Hotel muss komplett renoviert werden. Alles ist sehr schäbig. Für kurzen Aufenthalt war ok. Ich hatte Zimmer mit eigenem Bad - es war auch ok und sauber. Zimmerservice war jeden Tag da. Haartrockner funktioniert nicht, keine TV-Fernbedingung im Zimmer. Viele große Supermärkte in der Nähe. aber sonst Pennerviertel!

Als je dit hotel boekt verwacht je al weinig, maar je krijgt nog veel minder dan dat. De kamer is enorm enorm klein en oogt heel vies, er liggen vieze dekens verstopt in de kast en je hoeslaken moet je al helemaal niet omhoog trekken. Een deken kan er niet vanaf, je moet het doen puur met de hoes. Een gedeelde badkamer kies je voor, maar een badkamer/wc (in dezelfde ruimte) voor een stuk of 7/8 kamers is wel heel weinig. Als iemand een halfuur gaat douchen terwijl jij nodig moet plassen kan je geen kant op. Ook buiten het hotel is vervelend omdat je bij elk vertrek je sleutel in moet leveren bij de ‘receptionist’ die constant aan het bellen of roken is. Ook is het echt extreem gehorig en gewoon totaal vervallen. De enige sfeer wordt gecreërd door een kleurrijke foto op de muur die er helaas stuk beetje beetje vanaf valt. Zoek alsjeblieft van te voren de reviews op en luister daar naar, ook al zou je 10 euro per nacht betalen raad ik deze enge plek ten zeerste af.

Nous avons choisi cet établissement car nous avions prévu d’arriver dans nuit, et comme indiqué leur site, la réception est ouverte et le checkin est possible H24.Je réserve donc une chambre, et j’essaye à plusieurs reprises de contacter l’hôtel afin de prévenir de notre arrivée tardive, aux environs de 00h00-02h00 du matin. Très peu réactifs, personne ne me répond. Après 3 relances par mail et 2 appels, je parviens enfin à joindre quelqu’un qui m’informe qu’il n’y aura pas de problème pour l’arrivée dans la nuit. Il me dit que le supplément est de 20€ par personne.Soit 80€ pour une famille de 4 personnes. Cette information n’est indiquée nulle part sur leur site. Sachant que j’avais déjà réglé le prix de la chambre, je n’avais pas d’autre choix que d’accepter cette mauvaise surprise, un peu dépitée je dois dire car cela correspond quasiment au prix payé pour la chambre. Après 1000kms de route, nous arrivons à 3h00 du matin avec nos enfants en bas âge. Le réceptionniste me dit tout d’abord que la personne chargée du check-in n’est plus là car j’avais précisé une fourchette entre 00h00 et 02h00, et qu’il était 3h00. J’essaye de lui expliquer que l’horaire n’a pas d’importance, l’essentiel étant de prévenir et de payer les frais supplémentaires.réceptionniste nous demande les documents d’identité des enfants, que nous n’avons pas. Il me dit que l’entrée ne sera pas possible. Nous avons dû partir sans aucun geste commercial. Fuyez! Ce sont des voleurs

When we did the booking it was written you a private bathroom/toilette. We arrived the reception told us that we booked with the community bathroom. Then we asked we wanted to be upgraded of course we will pay, he told hs was fully booked. That was not fully booked. The truth is they don't have room with bathroom privately. The bathroom in every level were outside of your room 😡 Instead to tell us the truth he started to tell us that we are trying being intelligent and we are not. Unfriendly to the highest level.😡😡😡
