Best hotel experience in the past few years.

What should I say, we booked the hotel because of their good ratings and our expectations were surpassed. The small villa like boutique hotel with its garden is very charming. A dog in the backyard which is cute and gives an extra touch to the ambiance. We had the superior room, overall very clean, big and nice. But the biggest plus is the staff, Ms Sema is such a lovely person. Always took care of us, even ordered food for us as we didnt know where to order. Even she‘s the boss, she was helping out in the kitchen when needed and made us her special omelette (ask for it and tell her you heard it). Also breakfast which was included was delicious. Next to some basic turkish breakfast you get daily special home made bread varieties. All in all, very friendly staff, a cute dog and definetly my future go-to boutique hotel in alaçati. Wonderful hotel and hospitality!

My husband and I had a fantastic long weekend in Alacati, and very much enjoyed staying at the Sultan Konak. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted with coffee and homemade cakes, and our room was cozy and comfortable. The breakfasts were amazing, the hospitality was out of this world, and we felt very well taken care of. Ali was so friendly and very helpful, and anything we needed or wanted was taken care of very quickly. The Sultan Konak has a very friendly atmosphere, and I would give the warm hospitality 6 stars! Our friends have a house just up the street so we were happy to be close to them, but the hotel is a (very) short walk from the center of Alacati and the restaurants and shops. This didn't bother us one bit, as the walk is nice and safe and short, but if you want to be closer to the "downtown" this is a tiny bit away. I am so happy we stayed at the Sultan Konak, we will definitely stay there again the next time we are in Alacati, Cesme. We felt very much at home and very comfortable. Great memories!

Hotels.com üzerinden alış yaparken hotels.comun detaylı bilgi vermemesi dışında herşey mükemmeldi. Çok severek ve memnun kalarak 2 gün geçirdik. Bir dahaki gelişimizde de yine kalmak isteyeceğim bir işletme. Herşey için teşekkürler

Tatilimiz cok guzeldi, otel sahibi ve çalışan tüm ekibe cok tesekkur ederiz, kendimizi evimizde hissettik, samimi guler yüzlu bir ekip bizi karşiladı. Hosgeldiniz kahvesi icin ayrica teşekkürler. Huzurlu konforlu keyifli bir konaklama oldu. Tekrar gitmeyi cok isteriz, herkese tavsiye ederiz.

Alles prima nur hier und da hat man bei der Reinigung nicht ganz aufgepasst. Zu dem war zu unserer Zeit leider eine Baustelle nebenan, die dann tagsüber stört wenn man im zimmer ist.

Super personeel en een prachtig verblijf gehad. We hebben 6 dagen genoten alsof het onze eigen huis was. Wij zullen zeker terug komen.
