Charming hotel
Charming little hotel in the old town section of Nazareth. The owner Bassam was an excellent host as was his staff. Especially helping out with a few additional supplies that i requested. Also helping with getting my luggage up and down the stairs, and some recommendations on places to see when my tours got cancelled. The room was spacious. It had a desk, fridge and a kettle, tea and coffee. The bed was fine. Shower was good. However the hot water can take some time to come through. It does get there eventually. There are also mirrors in the room including a full length one. The hotel is a short walk to Mary’s Well where there are a few restaurants and a mini mart for supplies. It is also very short walk to the markets in The Old City and The Church of Annunciation. If traveling in by bus, i suggest getting off somewhere near Mary’s Well to save you pushing luggage up steep hills. (yes i made this mistake! lol) Thanks Bassam. Appreciate your kind hospitality. And i loved the chocolate! Nice touch.
Excellent location, very helpful and friendly staff, unique building with good vibes. Very hard to find when using Google maps through scary steep small roads (whereas much easier route is available), difficult to park until you find the bishops parking lot very close to the hotel
The property is a sight to behold to itself. A beautiful old building from Crusader time, the stones and architecture is exceptional. I don't think you can walk in here and not say "Wow". The family that owns this place is top class, very friendly and personal. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to anyone.
The architecture of the building is unique and beautiful. I really enjoyed being and sleep in this building.
I ran into owners a mass at the church of the annunciation felt at home. Hotel felt safe and at home.
good family hotel
Family hotel in a renovated old building. Nice room and good hospitality . If you want to stay in the heart of Nazareth - it's a good and recomended place to stay
Great stay
Great authentic place to stay, close to all attractions. Lovely people
Warm hospitality from the family-owned and run boutique hotel. Clean rooms, great atmosphere in the renovated crusader building. Each room is unique. Lots of light, even in the bathrooms. Parking was offsite but close by and convenient. Hotel is walking distance from the open market. The family provides lots of information and always ready to help. We have already booked our next visit!
Amazing Place and Service!!!
Amazing place with amazing service!!! First of all the host/owner Bassam was super nice and most accommodating. We booked last min and he came after his work hours to let us in. He also made sure we were parked in a place where we wouldn’t get a ticket. The place was very clean and full of interesting history. Bassam and his mother told us the several hundred year old history behind the place. We are breakfast at their dining hall, which was cooked by Bassams mother and was delicious. One of the best experiences here! 🌟
Great stay in a great location. We didn't take breakfast but the coffee was excellent. We extended our stay..
A sure bet for your next stay in Nazareth
Al Hakim provided my family a wonderful starting point for our vacation. To start they are located in the heart of the old city so once I had parked in the lot they had recommended (a five minute walk from the hotel) we were close to everything. They are natural hosts making sure everything we wanted and needed was cared for, making us feel as welcome as can be. The hostess made a point we each got our preferred type of breakfast and adding local pastries and goodies to the already delicious and wide variety laid out for breakfast. They also were helpful with information about what to do, what hours things were open, etc. The hotel itself is charming, a beautiful combination of old architecture and modern convenience. In short, I left the hotel certain I will be back.

Loved the breakfast. They were extremely helpful and friendly.
The proprietress was charming and our room was delightful--literally feels like sleeping in a cave. The property is within walking distance of the historical churches and a lot of eating places. It was a real treat and we would stay there again.

Best place we stayed on entire Israel trip!
We really enjoyed our stay here! The hosts (family run) were fantastic! Super helpful with suggestions on what to see & do, and also every restaurant they recommended was fantastic! Walk to all the sites in Old City Nazareth. The place is charming, historical & super clean. The breakfast is excellent with a local flavor which we really appreciated. By far the best lodging experience we had on our 2 1/2 week trip to Israel. Will be back if ever in Israel again!
Caring hosts who assisted us in every way.
Best hotel experience during our trip to Turkey and Israel. We were graciously welcomed later than usual checking. Our hosts assisted us in planning our stay in Nazareth and Tiberius, making us feel like guests of their family.
