Close to the hospital I was visiting, quiet and comfortable room, great showers and nice breakfast

The property initially had a peculiar air conditioning setup that made the hotel quite cold. However, this issue was promptly resolved when the team provided us with heaters for our room. The breakfast service offers a buffet only on Fridays and Saturdays; on other days, it is à la carte. The front-of-house manager, Mohammed, deserves special recognition for his exceptional customer service. He immediately addressed our concerns about the air conditioning and the breakfast service on our first morning, ensuring everything improved significantly afterward. As a thoughtful gesture, Mohammed went above and beyond by delivering an impressive assortment of cakes, treats, and fresh fruit to our room, adding a personal and generous touch to our stay. From that point on, the service was outstanding, making our overall experience thoroughly enjoyable.

Dining options are few but overall the stay was very refreshing. The green areas and walkable paths around the hotel is relaxing. Definitely recommended.

Nice room and Friendly staff

Room and staff were great. 20 mins drive/£7 Uber into town. Breakfast a little underwhelming as the buffet was only available 1 of the 4 days we were there. Good facilities.

I expected a better arrangement for breakfast. They have a along way to improve. First time to use this hotel in Aspire zone. An absolute disappointment!!!!

AC wasn't getting fixed

AC was super cold, they couldn't fix it so they turned it off and then it was hot.. doors are not sound proof, you listen to everything outside at morning!

Great location. Comfortable and clean room.

Excellent location by the Villagio Mall and the Aspire Sports academy. Mostly locals and athletes use this hotel. The room does need a power strip for using a laptop. There are not enough outlets int the room. Excellent staff.

Sink was not draining. Staff cleared it the next day.

Clean, fine service, and good value!

Lovely hotel near Villaggio Mall and Aspire Park. 20 mins away from the downtown area. Clean, professional and friendly staff, great breakfast buffet and large well maintained rooms. The only minor issue I faced was that room's door wasn't locking, and had to wait for about an hour before it was fixed. Overall, great experience, and thank the staff for the lovely experience.

Very good hotel. My only take is the long distance from many important attractions and you defenitely need to rent a car.

Best hotel in the best location in Doha. Staff very friendly and helpful. More than one restaurant with a variety of food choices for everyone. Many great nearby shopping malls and the best park in Doha. All a waking distance from the hotel.

a place to recop with friends

i was down with flu and need rest. the staff esp the receptionist was very accommodating knowing we spent almost a month travelling in europe. the extended checkout was much appreciated to allow us to catch the flight to singapore. the stay waa pleasant break on our journey home

The staff inter the room while I was sleeping . Room was Environmentally hot, Air condition was not cooling very well.

It was such a fantastic stay, this hotel will be the targeted destination whenever I visit qatar the room was super excellent and it was big in comparison to other hotels the hotel is about 5 minuted driving from villagio mall I like how fancy the hotel is as well as the European design

Very pleasant stay with beautiful surroundings

Minibar broken, reported to staff, unfortunately not fixed. Also, toilet was blocked, not acceptable at all. This was my third visit to the hotel, unfortunately I was very disappointed this time.

Good place with a less than 5 star of services ,,, a had a problem in my shower as there was no hot water and the sank was blocked, then i contact the front desk, they asked me to wait till the night time as they are full booked . in the night the team the had no idea about my issue and they ask me to see if the problem solved. off cours it did not solve and nothing append, after a long duscust with them they found to me a room without thous issues.....

In need of renovation.

In need of renovation. Old hotel, shower that the water nearly didn’t come out of due to limestone. Very noisy toilet.

O Hotel é antigo e afastado dos bairros principais de Doha, até aí tudo bem. O que é inaceitável e foi lamentável durante a minha estada é um hotel boutique, com classificação de alto padrão, não ter água quente nos quartos e instalações muito precárias. Fiquei oito noite hospedado porque já havia contratado uma tarifa incancelável com o pagamento antecipado. O meu quarto não tinha a maior parte das luzes acionadas por interruptores. Simplesmente porque eles não funcionavam. Chamei a manutenção e a solução foi acender e desligar as lâmpadas enfiando e tirando os fios das tomadas (abajures e luminárias). Não havia também uma iluminação de teto no quarto, tudo escuro e inacreditavelmente precário. Honestamente, merecia o dinheiro de volta do hotel e do Expedia. Como podem recomendar e avaliar bem um estabelecimento como este? Lamento.

Good choice if you are around Aspire Zone

Surrounding is fine if you go to Aspire Zone Otherwise a bit far away. It is a nice hotel in castle style, but it should be renovated as everything is a bit "older"... Taxi into the city is just 5-6 euros as taxi is very cheap in Doha. Very nice staff.
