Beautiful beaches amazing service , thanks to wonderful staff. Dina, Nada and Karim at front desk and Sarah in housekeeping provided great customer service and care . Highly recommend!

WOW! This stay was an absolute amazing experience. ALL the staff had the best hospitality and service. I could not fault it at all. Everything including the food and hookah was all 10/10. Would definitely go back

Wonderful beach and superb view from the spacious terrace in the room.

We are so happy to find this charming resort on the Mediterranean in Egypt. The beach is amazing with white sand and turquoise water. The hospitality of the entire staff is matchless. Room was fantastic, right on the water with nice large terrace to enjoy the view. Food in the restaurants has been always great. The experience has been excellent from the moment we walked in until we left. Special thanks to Mohanad (Front desk), Chef Wael and his great dishes, Amr (main restaurant) and Ahmed (housekeeping) We are definitely clients for life in this little paradise. Thanks to great management and wonderful staff to make our experience such an unforgettable one. See you all soon!

Top notch hotel! Not exaggerating, the best hotel I ever stayed in my whole life and I traveled quit bit. Excellent customer service especially Osama from concierge and Thahir from front desk who upgraded my room to sea view room for free, super clean, delicious food, and it’s decoration is wow! The beach service was great, crystal water, and golden sand. I highly recommend this hotel.

I love everything about the hotel , the location , the staff ..and the view ..the whole experience is a dream The only negative comment I have was about the late check in at 3pm ..we arrived at 12:30! ..however we sat by the beach and it turned out okay at the end

Property decor is super modern, food is world-class, cleanness and service is worthy of 7 star ratings beach n water are out of this world wear pool shoes shore is a bit rocky and not soft on the feet. On going maintenance of pool and consistently broken ATM machine was disappointing but least of many guests worries and a nearby pool at their sister hotel was available with hotel golf cart transportation.

Outstanding resort , great renovation . The place is spotless , food is excellent , staff attentive and friendly. Management is present and visible.from the General manager , the Maintenance , the fb these people are present and available. Just perfect

Lovely Classy Hotel, loved the stay, the atmosphere, service and homey feeling in a 5 star hotel was very enjoyable. The pictures of previous generation stars is a nice touch. Its directly on the sea, and the view is amazing, nice gym and pool, though water was cold. Dinner and breakfast were superb...

Very nice Hotel, amenities are good, staff are friendly and respectful, food and beverage are good and tasty but not a lot of variâtes, water sports are good and several choices, the beac is nice and well kept, all in all excellent choice to spend a nice time in North coast

Amazing Stay Really a five star experience. The suite was really good with two terrace on The Mediterranean Turquoise bay.The staff was really helpful, friendly and professional.

Amazing location,heaven, Hotel is unique.Stuff r nt friendly especially front desk they need to get well trained.hotel was under renovation for the entire stay especially infront occupied rooms 😡.room wasn’t clean &i had to spend 2h cleaning wz wipes since i lost trust in proper sterilization, they don’t change bed sheets for 5 days where i asked. On our checking out which was extended by v professional hotel manager Christiana, I called the bellman exactly on the agreed checking out time to collect the bags, 10 minutes later the front desk called and said” hello aren’t you suppose to check out now” I said yes and I called the bellman to collect the bags” he said plz “MAKE IT QUICKlY TO AVOID EXTRA CHARGES” i said i am just telling you i called and am waiting the bellman. I don’t understand really why front stuff insisted to give me hard time. The most rude incident; my 15 years old daughter who were staying in house next to the hotel, wasn’t allowed to enter the hotel to drop me sth& treated in an unacceptable way again from the frontline, who claimed only 2 people r allowed to stay in z hotel for health measurements, ALTHOUGH z hotel was full of workers who are renovating the hotel all day long who r really exceeding # of guests by far, in addition to rooms who contained like 5 people drivers & maids. Christiana interfered again and apologised and called my daughter herself to let her not to feel embarrassed and to come back for an hour.

The location the beach, The breakfast buffet is great but the dinner buffet must be improved (example the four seasons Nike plaza buffet at the zeitony restaurant is much richer).

One of the best beaches I have ever seen, I haven’t seen blue color like that before and the service on the beach was amazing. The location is great as well, it’s beach front hotel so you don’t have to walk to go to the beach. Breakfast has so much variety and very delicious. Transportation was easy from the hotel to anywhere using their golf cars for free The hotel doesn’t allow any guest from outside the hotel to get inside which is makes the hotel more premium and private. My wife and I were so happy to choose AL ALAMEIN in HOTEL in marrasi to spend our honeymoon

Beautiful beach and hotel. All was satisfactory, and wasn't overcrowded. They only need to change the music played at restaurants and lobby to something more cheerful. We would definitely go back...

was so relaxing, clean, great staff, beautiful and clean beach and pool, good food. But long distance to Alexandria airport about 1.5 hr. But other than distance, everything else was great. we enjoyed it a lot and definitely recommend it to our friends and family! - thank you Al Alamein!

Unexpectedly amazing!

Unexpectedly amazing! Delightful, proactive staff with humor, cool decor, beautiful beach, pool protected from Wind, great yoga classes and gym with light, Windows, fresh air, good Apples and fresh lemon/mint water, delicious varied buffet each day. Chairs at tables in inside dining area are cool and comfortable but not high enough to sit at the dining tables. Rooms gorgeous - great beds, linens, towels, decor and bathrooms. soaps and shampoos were high quality! Bikes should be free of charge and you should provide map of small bike trips in the area. Your proactive staff could encourage people to use the same beach towel all day long to save on water/washing!

Boutique hotel on a private strip of beach

The hotel is well decorated for anywhere in Egypt but this one, considering the location was excellent. It really had the feel of boutique meets exclusive beach resort. My hat goes off to the chef in charge of the evening meals...the food was extravagant! One more bonus....largest and softest beach towels I have ever seen! If you are going to stay here in offseason eve aware that everything in the surrounding area is shutdown but this can be a wonderful thing for a private or romantic experience, just make sure you book full board as you may not be able to find much to eat outside the hotel

Beautiful place, lovely atmosphere, the most peacfull weekend i had in years.

I had a wondeeful stay. The hotel is beautiful, luxurious and has beautiful character. Starting with the reception, the ambiance and theme of old Arabic movies and movie stars is really amazing and gives so much uniqueness to the plce. The design of the reception, art pieces and library section are just so beautiful. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful - they make you really feel pampered all the time (Islam, Yousri, Ali Sabri and Mostafa are a few of the staff that provided me with exceptional service). All staff make you feel like you are family and greet with a smile and willingness to help at all times. The beach is of course breathtaking with its clear white sands and all different contrast shades of blue waves. It is surreal. The restaurants are all very good eapecially the beach grill with the delicious food and burgers. The facilities of the hotel are also great - I rented a bike to go around Marasi and i loved the experience. The rooms is amazing. Very luxurious and clean - i would recommend the sea view rooms beacause watching the sunrise on the beach from the room is priceless. By all means, if you want to have a relaxing luxury beach holiday, this is the place to be.
