Great hotel, would stay there again. If I had to nit-pick, it would be that a) the pillows were difficult to get used to, b) the bed sheets were not wide enough and kept untucking from the sides, and c) ditch the coffee machine and provide freeze dried coffee or coffee bags. Apart from that, the stay was great in every way.

GREAT HOTEL CLEAN EXCELLENT LOCATION

Looking at the reviews on line of several other properties, this one seemed the best. I did not expect the property to be as nice as it was. I was pleasantly surprised at just how nice everything was, especially for the price. I would expect to pay 3 to 5 times more if this was in the USA, especially to be on the beach and have such nice pools. I definitely recommend to anyone that has any doubt, you won't be disappointed. Staff was very nice and accommodating for any of my needs. Definitely spend a little more for the beach side view. I accidentally booked a smoking room and was not able to change rooms....I could not tell that it was a smoking room and I'm highly susceptible to cigarette smoke. Can't compliment enough, my only complaint was that I didn't stay longer!

This is an exquisite resort hotel in its true meaning. The hotel is sparkling clean, the hotel staffs are properly dressed, respectful and highly serviceable. I love everything about our stay here, i would go back in a heartbeat to enjoy the level of hospitality they offered, nothing compares. The hotel is further from the city centre in Deira, so be ready to spend extra on taxis to and from the city, traffic is heavy too, and some taxi drivers drive crazy but luckily, we didn't have any incidents. I had a fantastic time and will be back.

Beautiful relaxing setting and attentive and friendly staff.

The resort is about an hour and a half away from Dubai. You have to plan accordingly to go into the city. The resort itself is exceptional. It’s absolutely beautiful and had an amazing spa, Arabic restaurant with shisha and poolside service at the beach. Staying on campus for the day is easy to do.

Place was BEAUTIFUL, safe, and staff were great! When i needed a cab, was told to download their version of Uber caked "Kareem" (i think that a the name). Food was good, drinks were beautiful and classy, and room was awesome. Would definitely return

Nice & quiet beach hotel near Dubai

The biggest advantage of that hotel is that it is not as crazily crowded as some of the Dubai beach ones. It has a nice private beach where you do not need to wake up at the crack of dawn to secure a lounge chair & a nice spot. The hotel is pristine & has a lots of waves making it very enjoyable. The room are superbly decorated & very large. The balcony itself is huge & with beautiful views. The food is tasty & there is n unbelievable amount of fresh & healthy options which is very welcome in the sweltering heat. Frankly it was my loss not have explored Ajman beforehand & I look forward to going back to this jewel. Last but not least, the wardrobe is humengous which is a nice change from most hotels & very welcome news for all the ladies out there I am sure!!!

Such a beautiful hotel. My room was spacious, as was the balcony. The beach and pool were amazing. The ambience, food and service at Bab Al Bahr restaurant were wonderful - highly recommended and great value for money. Just disappointed with breakfast - not the best choice and service wasn't great. I managed to speak to one of the managers on my final day, who reassured me that things would improve. I would definitely return.

Ajman is the hidden gem of the UAE . Ajman Saray hotel is an all rounder excellent hotel . Staff of various positions do their best to make guests stay enjoyable . No negative issues to report .

I and my husband stayed 9 nights in January 2022 and I would definitely recommend this hotel as the best beach hotel in Ajman and, probably, in the entire UAE, here is why: 1. Rooms: We had a sea view room with balcony and it was spacious, nicely decorated (numerous silver-frame mirrors all over the room and matching oriental ceiling lamps) and always perfectly clean (special thanks to Abhijeet – so welcoming, polite, and responsive person!). The balcony was large and the view was exciting; the bed was super comfortable and the bedding was silky and well-smelling; the shower hot and strong. 2. Beach and pools: The beach was always clean with lots of loungers available; the pools were clean, although a bit too shallow for me. As a special feature, you could request a congratulation sign on the beach sand to take memorable photos of from the balcony. 3. Meals: Breakfast was satisfying, fresh, diverse, tasty and beautifully served. Meals at the beach restaurant Bab Al Bahr were good, especially meat and side dishes. 4. Service: I would like to specifically mention the hotel’s service, as any person there, be it the front desk officers and concierges, the guards at the elevator, the managers and waiters at the breakfast restaurant (special thanks to Yana, Wyden, Olha, Zue Zan, Aldrin and Masum), were always extremely responsive, nice and ready to help (e.g., if a guest forgets to put on a mask, they would promptly, without reproach, give out one to the guest).

The best part of this property is the pool/beach area! Beautiful views and it felt very relaxed overall. The restaurant near the beach had really good food. The shower in the bathroom was excellent and we also had a huge tub. My only complaint was the food was quite pricey. This was our 3rd hotel in Dubai, but had the most expensive food. The seafood buffet on the Friday was a bit disappointing. I'd likely stay here again if I got a good deal on the price.

Overall experience was good. Stay was comfortable. With regards to Indian food - not enough options in 'room dining' nor in the Mejhana restaurant. Kids had a good time. One thing that troubled us was, we had requested for a inter-connecting room as we were visiting with kids and parents. So even though there was an availability - we were still told that it is not available and upon insisting we were given inter-connecting room but had to wait for another 2 hours - which was not a pleasant experience since it was way past check in time.

The hotel is only 6 years old but felt like 30. Hote staff are superb but infrastructure is bad. My bathroom smelled of sewage that cannot be fixed despite how thoroughly the housekeeping cleaned it.

The staff was really good, however the water from the loo and the shower was in really bad condition and unusable.

Quiet Stay with Sea View

I’ve been to Ajman Saray for dining but I’ve never stayed as a hotel guest. I really enjoyed the experience and will definitely visit again. I highly recommend a sea view with balcony!

Hotel is not proper for females or families, female is our group was subject to harassment by other intoxicated guests, and upon complaining to the management, they responded by serving them more alcohol. Duty Manager Ashutosh is useless. Not recommended, Fairmont next door is much bigger in name, facilities, and class.

Good hotel with minor issues.

The stay was good overall. We found the hotel to be crowded especially given COVID-19. The room was well maintained including the turn down service. Our fire alarm went off in the morning due to a faulty alarm to which the hotel compensated by giving us sweets. Our room was not ready when we checked in and was delayed around 30 minutes. Other than the over crowded aspect, we enjoyed our stay and do see coming again.

Daycation

Overall, I had a great experience. The staff (special mention Sofia and Cheriza) was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful and we love it.

Below my expectations

Bit below my expectations as I had some issues during my stay .. very slow check in & checkout experiences .. there is a renovations going on at the beach's restaurant which makes some noise if you want to relax and lay down on the beach .. services are bit slow in general. The best part the beach, the sun and nice clean room.

Lovely stay

Lovely stay here. I got upgraded to a sea view which was lovely. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The pool and beach was nice too abit crowded due to holiday season.

Amazing experience. All excellent. Would stay again. Opportunity to improve: 1. hot water from taps was just warm. Could be hotter. 2. A hand sanitizer in the room could be more useful.

Beautiful hotel, property, and staff

Beautiful Hotel. Very nice staff - especially Chris from Nigeria at Bab al Bahr. Beautiful pools, lounge chairs, very comfortable rooms, beautiful decorations. We plan to return sometime! Also, the breakfast was delicious.

Service could be much better

check in was the slowest ever, we waited 30 minutes to check in and another 30 minutes to check us in, the lady was so confused and took forever. rooms could not be ready before 3pm and check out is at 12. rooms were comfy and spacious. pool was average. Another disappointing thing is that due to covid they said they are not allowed to keep espresso capsules in the room. However, they claim that you have to pay 20dhs to have one capsule of espresso in the room. what a shame for a marriott group

Nice staycation location

A nice hotel worthy of 5 star experience. Everything was good, with the only exception check-in took a long time to get the room ready although we informed ahead of our arrival time. During covid 19 some restaurants and kids play area was closed.

Ok for about 600-700AED, we paid 1300 which was ridiculous. It’s fine, but no way it should be in Luxury Collection

It was an oasis of relaxation in these times. Beautiful decorated, courteous service, very clean and super comfy beds. Excellence Bar restaurant by the beach. In overall a good staycation.

Staycation after COVID

The hotel is clean and big room size. The access to the beach is very nice. The employees need to be trained on information of the facilities and the charges. We had an experience of charging us the coffee capsule although we were not informed that this is not as part of 99% of hotels complementary. Soo I advise to ask more than one person at the reception because you get more than one information for the same topic. The over capacity on the night bbq dinner at bab al bahr restaurant made it a chaos and they got overloaded where the quality of service and food drops. I recommend not to overbook or accept clients if you can’t meet the standards of service. In general it was a pleasant weekend.

Stuff are all very helpful, they provided excellent services for our big family group during entire stay.

Amazing stay, great hotel!

Went here last year and was amazing and this year was equally great. Staff welcomed me ‘back’ (don’t ask how they remember me) and check in was swift, personal and effective. Upon entering the room, same smart and relaxing decor as last year. I must say, this hotel must have the most comfortable beds in UAE. I prefer a medium firmness bed and these ones you soak into wonderfully. If anyone has slept on a brand new Premier Inn bed (Hypnos), you know the feeling! Food was great whichever restaurant you choose, we loved the Arabic Restaurant in particular as a stand out, but all the other places are very good. Great place to go and relax with ample facilities for most people. Thanks to the team for another great experience and I certainly will look forward to my next visit.

What is not to like, brilliant people running a brilliant hotel. We have stayed at many Hotels in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Fujerah,(Dibba) most are great some with minor negative points however, the Ajman Saray, right now, is favorite amongst them all.

You won’t find better service anywhere

We were here for a week. The service from the staff is one of the best of any hotels worldwide. The soft sand extends into the sea and the water is lovely and warm.

Great hotel

Good place for family, very comfortable nice hotel, highly recommend it.Only improvements I would say there needs to be more variety in breakfast it got very boring eating same thing most mornings and more healthier options required. Kids club not much to do for kids over 8 need more gaming activities

Excellent experience from check-in to check-out. Food at these kind of hotels can be difficult to judge, however from all the ‘resorts’ I’ve stayed, this was the best with excellent quality of food. Room was as per the hotels pictures which was very nice, very comfortable bed and housekeeping did a great job making sure you had everything you needed after spending time on the beach. A sincere thank you to the staff who were always willing to help and nothing was too much to ask. Overall, THE best beach hotel in UAE I’ve stayed in!

Great staff,Great hotel !

The overall stay at the hotel was excellent . The breakfast and dinner were great !! The pool area and the beach were excellent . The service and staff were awesome . The only thing that put me off were that my bath towels in the toilet were stained ! The check in took longer than usual since they couldn’t find my complete booking .. since i booked through Hotels.com . But they made it up to me by upgrading us to a better room.

1st Time At Ajman Saray

Morning arrival greeted and checked in by friendly and useful staff.Good selection of breakfast, great in room dining experience provided by Paul and Katrina. All staff encountered from checking in to checking out, pool , beach and Gym all provided and gave the hotel a positive feel to be in. Been to the other 5 star hotels around the area, what made this hotel stand out was no doubt the number of friendly staff.

Great rooms but cramped facilities & tired pool

Check-in was good, and rooms were comfortable and of good size. Breakfast was fine, but pretty busy. The facilities, particularly the pool area, were cramped and had pretty tired equipment. Broken sun beds and literally on top of other guests - it was a real fight to get a sunbed! We choose Ajman as the price was cheaper than equivalent hotels in Dubai Marina or the Palm. Everything was fine, but we would spend the 20-30% premium to stay in Dubai next time - it’s worth it for the better service and facilities

The hotel is nice .. but you should book a sea view because the city view is useless. The beach is narrow. The swimming pool is crowded because non-residents enter the pool as well

I recommend this hotel. it a luxury hotel in Ajman city. the city is 30 min away from Dubai. if you drive that can be a god option since the luxury hotels in Dubai are way more expensive. the staff are well-trained and they care a lot. breakfast and lunch buffet was awesome. the pools and the beach area is very charming and fun. the hotel's architecture is fascinating. you can feel the Arabic theme all over the hotel.

Very clean comfortable rooms

The hotel staff were very good and extremely helpful. The buffet restaurant is not very good. Breakfast was probably the best but dinner was not very good. Food was very repetitive, even though there was theme nights. Food was not vey warm and not of a very high quality. Very disappointing. The beach is small but the sunbed a were comfortable. Unfortunately the hotel next door had 2 functions on that started at 4pm during our stay and the music level was unexceptable. We paid extra for a sea view room but had to close our doors yet still could here the music until 1am !! Even during our dinner outside at the buffet we could hardly hear each other due to the noise!! Shame but this has put us off visiting this hotel again

Amazing Stay

Overall my family and I had a wonderful time at the Ajman Saray. The room was conforteable and accomodating for my whole family. We all enjoyed the ammenities of the hotel. The room was very clean and luxurious. We will definately reccomend this hotel for anyone willing to have a resort style relaxing stay.

Family weekend at Ajman Saray

With the family (including 2 teens and 1 pre-schooler), were looking for a clean and nice beach with relaxing surroundings and this is what we have found in this place. Breakfast was verygood, plenty of options that suits all ages Rooms were super clean and beds were comfortable lovely balconies for a nice cup of coffee facing the sae service was very good, despite the crowed the check-in/out time was fast swimming pools were nice the only area of improvement i can suggest is the Kids club as most of the toys are broken or not functioning so a little bit more of attention will be great however the lady there was super creative and nice that made my picky 3.5 yr leaves with super smile with her beautiful face painting.

Relaxing birthday weekend for my wife!

So Ajman Saray is not as close as Dubai resort hotels but local Taxi fares are only £25 each way from Dubai Airport to the Saray hotel which is worth the drive when you are tired of the frenetic pace of life in dubai and just want a good beach resort hotel Food was good, Room was great (sea view) Staff were all great, Beach was great, Pools were great, maintenance and beach/bar service was excellent with WIFI call buttons.... Overall - highly recommend this great VFM hotel when you are tired of Dubai and want to chill out Guests were predominantly Russian and German with a smattering of Brits, Indians, Pakistanis etc but overall the hotel seemed to have a very calming effect and the whole atmosphere was one of chilled friendly relaxation

Very relaxing with beautiful beach

Thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere around he hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a great choice every morning. Slightly disappointed with the 'City View' was infact a building site directly below, which was a little distracting from the City. That said, it will be worth it for the Marina restaurant development. The plus side was also that the sun came up that side so was able to enjoy that with an early morning coffee on the balcony. Overall all was fantastic and can't wait to return to Ajman ♡

Unique Beach and Room Furnitue

The staff are trained well and they live up to the five star service even with the usual very high weather temperatures. The hotel is actually a resort. The main activity is swimming. It has a fantastic view. The best thing would be to stand on the shore and watch the waves.It is a luxury hotel, and it some with a bathroom and tub with a view. Everything about the room is great, and I liked the high class hand made furniture. It has a good fitness center, and you can find different kinds of restaurants.

Great experience from check in, to meals, to housekeeping and all involved. Hotel team could not do enough to make sure we enjoyed our stay, and were more than helpful and accommodating for our the children with us. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants a holiday!!

Beautiful hotel in Ajman!

The Ajman Saray is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious and the restaurants very good! Unfortunately, the service is not up to par for a 5 star hotel. No greeting upon arrival by the bell staff, beach/poolside service was slow and this happened on multiple occasions. We had to keep asking for service which is unusual in my opinion for a "luxury hotel". In comparison, we stayed at a similar luxury collection hotel in Dubai and the service was excellent! The location in Ajman is great for a weekend getaway but not so much if looking to enjoy Dubai. The drive took anywhere from 40 minutes to 2 hours between Ajman and downtown Dubai during rush hour. Therefore, we moved hotels closer to Dubai due to the drive alone. However, this was not a reflection of the hotel itself because it was beautiful property and easily one of the nicest hotels in Ajman!

Hidden Gem near Dubai

We live in Dubai and wanted to have a staycation somewhere outside Dubai and we came across this hotel. We were very presently surprised. It is such a nice venue, the rooms are gorgeous and very spacious. They have a Friday brunch at reasonable prices lasting from 1pm to 6pm, so very relaxed and chilled (No dress code). We will definitely come back

Perfect to unwind on the beach

Went over Christmas as a solo female traveler for a luxury getaway and the hotel totally delivered. Room was beautiful and very comfortable and the view over the sea was fantastic. Hotel staff all extremely helpful and very discrete. Beach was perfect, loungers comfortable, water safe, pool lovely, beach service not always fast enough but food and drink were very good with a nice amount of choice. Overall, can't find any fault with the hotel, and whilst it was a bit further away from Dubai than I originally wanted to be, I would absolutely go back.

Quiet hotel, everything was great except few stained towels and sheets. I loved the nearby crossfit gym across the beach (@crossfitwpf) and they had special daily rates for tourists. I recommend it for people interested in staying fit.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Check in was quick. Received complimentary ice cream which was nice as weather was hot. Hotel room was beautifully decorated with a grand bathroom. Balcony was huuugggeeee with a great view of the creek. Had in room dining once. Portions were very small compared to other hotels and tasted a little bland. Beach was clean but as weather was windy, there were very rough waves. They have watersports at very good prices. Jet ski half an hour for 200 AED. The hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. Free wifi in rooms was very good. Bed was super comfy and massive. I found the beach strip to be a little small. I had the breakfast buffet which was amazing with a large variety of foods, juices, croissants and bakery items. Fantastic hotel.

Overall it was relaxing but for staying in and watch t.v it was boarding, there is no movie channels like other hotels, mostly news and local, even Oman channel they don't have it. We had to watch from ibad.

Not recommended

I had asked for a sea view room when I booked. Was told upon checking in that it would be extra. Was not impressed. I live in Dubai and traveled to Ajman for a golf tournament. I have stayed in high end hotels in Dubai and have been upgraded free of charge. I'm also a Starwood member which made no difference to Dmitry. After checking out the next day I overheard guests requesting to check in after a long overseas flight. They were asked to pay more and this was at 8 am while checking wasn't til 3 pm at a hotel that is not fully occupied. I'm sorry this is not a place I would recommend purely for the above reasons. I went to the gym to workout. The sun was shining in my eyes and I had to shut the blinds. The man who worked in the gym stated I shouldn't have shut the blinds!
