Place undergoing some upgrade

Very dated not like pictures bathroom needs updated and deep clean bath water was brown

The staff being receptive to meet the needs of all request, Justice was a Gem. He provided excellent service

The property is great. The staff is very professional and friendly. I don't think I was part of VIP. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the cleanliness, quiet and services. I recommend this hotel.

The room was extra roomy, the staff went out of its way to help your stay very comfortable. Free shuttle to and from the airport. wifi was extra fast except during the storm hours. clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast food is also excellent. Location is great as well, 6 minute to the airport and near major embassies and museums and city center, very safe.

Excellent value and location

fast wifi, hotel room was a suite configuration, comfortable. quiet and clean. the restaurant food was excellent, half of the food was Chinese. In a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Offer free airport shuttle, will be back again on Wednesday before flying to Osaka on Friday. really like the hotel.

My stay at Airside Hotel was good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Clean and nice place to stay.

The air-conditioner wasn’t working and it took 3 days to get a technician. Condition of rooms were poor and showing age. Showers splashed water onto floor and 1 room didn’t even have a shower curtain. Daily breakfast suppose to be open 6:30-10:00. When we arrived around 9:00 we were told it was closed. Also room service not billed to room- had to pay cash as you ordered. 1 room’s doorknob was falling off.

Airside hotel visit....three days....

The hotel was located close to the airport which was very convenient. The staff was courteous and helpful and the restaurant was open conveniently and available twenty four hours for room service too. The food was great. Stairs to the upper levels no elevator but the room was clean as were the bedding and the towels. I would absolutely stay here again should that opportunity arise.

Everything was ok except for the bathroom didn't have light except for the shower area, love the free ride to the airport

They refused to pick me up at the airport citing forgetfulness… thats unfortunate.. Aside that all services were great..

Nice place to stay. The place is closer to Accra Mall snd other amenities. The staff are very kind and checkin was smooth. My room was upgraded to a VIP status. I would definitely like to stay again.

A lovely experience with a friendly staff

Good property with friendly staff. Very helpful and accommodating. Airport shuttle was great and hotel is convenient to the airport. Hotel staff connected me with a we hired driver for a tour of the city and that was totally worth it.

In transit for a domestic flight the next day, the cleanses to the airport, the free shuttle and food service at the hotel made the stay a hood one. The Hotel is showing it’s age a little bit but the staff are great and the food was good. Limited selection on the TV and a bad evening where water pressure was almost non existent but upon arrival it has been fine.

Disgusting & Dirty Hotel, not recommended, 1 Star

The fridge wasn’t working & spoiled my food that I bought the night before. Most of my diary products went bad, the power outlet wasn’t working, the water pressure wasn’t good to take shower, the power went off, the hot water tank was leaking, there was no backup generator when there was a black out, customer was poor & anytime I requested a service, they never show up or care that much. The place was too old & disgusting. There was wifi in the room for such hotel & the place was dirty. The bedsheets were dirty & I had to use mine. Also, the online price that I saw was $63 per night, but I was overcharged for $248, which am not happy about that & need a refund for the overcharged amount

Staff are very friendly. Hotel is in good condition. Microwave in rooms would be a good idea. Overall i would recommend it for someone looking for a basic, acceptable and affordable place. This is literally about 5 minutes from the airport

The location is close to the airport. The place is simple but clean and has all of the basics covered.

The hotel is very near the airport and near the malls. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fresh everyday, with different options daily. Hotel is clean and well taken care of. It is an older property, but they make the best of it. Fast wi-fi available. The free airport shuttle was great too. Unfortunately, I did not get to check out the poop because my stay was short.

I was quite disappointed during my stay because it is listed that the swimming pool is available but upon arrival it was under renovation till further notice.

Our Second Home

My wife and I have stayed in many different hotels and guest houses in Ghana. Airside Hotel is the ultimate. The food is unbelievable and the staff feel like family. What ever you ask for, it is done instantly. My wife and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay in Accra. The hotel restaurant is open 24 hours.

I like its being close to the airport. I did not like the attitude of one lady at the reception. There was one reception who cold hardly smile and greet, she gives the keys as if somebody is forcing her. However, on positive note, there was one reception who was excellent, totally opposite to the other one. I always felt welcomed when she was there. I think this is one of the areas your hotel need to improve on, on customer care. A training would be ok.

I was fine with everything except the internet. The internet provided by Air Side is really terrible and something should be done quickly.

Great staff and good location just 5 mns from the airport

I was really pleased to see that this hotel was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was really great. I will definitely come back to this hotel
