Good place to stay. A very welcoming front counter service. And very helpful staff

It’s an airport hotel. It did the trick. The room was ok although ours had no window but we were just there to sleep a few hours.

Friendly staffs

Perfect for a one night layover. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was limited in choice but we didn’t really care as we only stayed one night. Food quality was fresh and good though. Would stay again next time we come through.

Although the area around the hotel looks a little sketchy we were pleased to find the room clean, staff helpful and the shuttle service to the airport very efficient. Good value for the money.

Owner picked me up from airport and dropped me back the next day. A small charge for the return. Hotel was very clean and tidy. Room was very nice, clean and lots of hot water for the shower which had been an issue with other hotels I have stayed in Vietnam.

I think the Service was great and I think the staff are very hard-working. Honestly it's probably one of the best hotels around that area.

Lovely room and comfy bed. Slept 11 hours. Shuttle to airport (close) very convenient! Breakfast provided. "Nothing" in the surrounding area though! It was a good place to stay before a long flight.

A great hotel for our one night stopover in Hanoi. Close to the airport and the free one way shuttle was perfect. Big comfortable bed and a delicious Vietnamese breakfast topped it off.

Such a great place when I arrived in Vietnam that I stayed again on my way out. Very clean. Everything looks new and is in good working order. Highly recommend. Nice breakfast. Free shuttle. Wish there was more dining options in the neighborhood but I enjoyed walking around and visiting with all the friendly neighbors.

This is our second stay at Airport Classic Hotel in Hanoi. We had an excellent stay and were well taken care of. We would recommend staying here if you need to stay close to the airport. It was excellent and thank you again!

Great internet connection, free shuttle to the airport 10 mins away, friendly english speaking staff, clean room, breakfast included, ideal hotel for short stay to catch an early morning flight. Good value for price.

Ran water for 2 minutes, there was no hot water coming out for show.

The hotel is close to the Hanoi airport which is exactly what I needed. The room was clean but simple. No shower, only a bathtub. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was limited to 1 item of your choosing. If you need an inexpensive hotel for 1 night then this hotel is sufficient.

Staff were great. Sketchy road where hotel situated but didn’t need to go out. Breakfast was sufficient. Good for 1 night connection.

The neighborhood is poorly lit and does not have many good dining opportunities. If you are using this hotel before catching a morning flight, try to grab dinner elsewhere beforehand. The hotel itself, however, was clean, with a lot of space in the room, and offered a nice breakfast.

this hotel is terrific value close to the airport with free car to the airport. We were getting in late afternoon to Hanoi and had a morning flight out and just wanted a bed, dinner and ease to airport. this met all our expectations. Simple street restaurant only 80 meters away provided good value excellent meal. Could not recommend more highly for a budget great value hotel with great staff.

This is close to airport, if you need just a stopover it’s fine

We had a perfect stay and wish we could have stayed for longer. The weather wasn’t very good when we got there so we decided to spend some time on the roof top pool and enjoy afternoon tea which was lovely and had stunning views of the city. The staff were all really kind and the room was a good size. We checked out and left our bags with the hotel. As our flight late in the evening the staff let us spend some more time in the evening by the pool, use the showers and in the bar before getting a taxi to the airport which we really appreciated. The location of the hotel is excellent and easy walking to everything. The coffee shop under the entrance did an excellent egg coffee which was a must try. Would definitely say again.

We were looking for a decent place to stay one night between flights. This place fit the bill. Clean. Friendly staff. Nice bed. Snacks, coffee and water and beer in our room. Plus coffee and fruit in the morning. And they picked us up from the airport and took us back right on time. Neighborhood is crummy but there are a few decent restaurants popular with locals.

The room was tidy, staff were all kind, and the bed was so comfortable . Hotel staff kindly gave me the taxi service to Noi Bai international airport.

The Airport Classic Hotel and Travel did what we needed it to do - provide a bed for us near the airport for a very early start the next morning. If you are looking for luxury, this won’t be for you. We were not offered our welcome drink (although the tea was sitting on a table in the foyer) - not a prob. We were not told there were no TV stations (on enquiring I found we could watch YouTube - that’s ok). We were not provided with any information about facilities in the surrounding area, e.g. where to get food. (We found the Main Street but nowhere that had food for dinner, then we found a couple of eating places closer to the hotel frequented by locals - we enjoyed our dinner and the experience but be aware, it is authentic local cuisine and you will be sitting outside on small plastic chairs. We also enjoyed our own exploration of the area. We strangely appeared to be a novelty to locals.) There was an electric jug in the room but no tea or coffee - didn’t need it. There was no bath mat, but even worse than this, there was no hot water - and this last is where we drew the line. We thought perhaps the hot water had run out by that evening (fair enough, these things happen). We had cold showers. We thought we’d be able to have a warm shower in the morning, but still no hot water. I can cope with not having most of these things. Mostly what I want from a hotel is a comfortable bed (we got one) and a decent shower... I informed the manager about the water situation.

Fantastic Hotel

We had a great 1 night trip to this hotel before our flight the following day, the hotel is excellent, really clean large rooms, a jacuzzi bath, perfect breakfast and a free airport shuttle service, would highly recommend.

Very friendly staffs. I like the breakfast options - was given a full meal with drinks (coffee/tea) and some bananas for dessert. Room was spacious overall, and 2 bathroom options (free standing & bathtub with massage). Highly recommend. Note: I also stayed in the Old quarter and it was super small compared to here. The only con is that it is far from the downtown. But other than that, definitely will stay here next time.

My daughter loved that there was a bath tub for her to enjoy. My family had a great stay and will be back again in the future. We thank everyone who operates the Airport Classic Hotel & Travel. My wife and daughter enjoyed their breakfast. We are also very pleased that a ride is provided to return to the airport. We would definitely recommend staying here if you need a hotel near the Hanoi Airport.

Excellent airport hotel with superbly helpful staff and excellent quiet rooms. The area by Hanoi Airport is not attractive but a brief taxi ride can resolve that. The free shuttle to the airport terminal is fab. Highly recommended

Quick and easy check in. Ordered breakfast the night before and it was ready in the morning. Staff ordered pizza for us ans brought directly to the room. The free taxi service to rhe airport was fantastic for a early morning flight.

Staff are very friendly, everything else worthy of your money.

Great location, clean, and friendly

This is a great option for a place close to the airport for a night or two. We stayed for one night, arrived late at night but were able to get airport pickup organized by the hotel, which was excellent. The room was large and clean, and though A/C wasn't turned on when we arrived, the room cooled down after sometime. The breakfast included was delicious, and the friendly staff were helpful throughout our stay.

It was kind, clean, and nice. I’m willing to revisit.

Recommended airport hotel!

The stay was beyond my expectation. Short distance to airport and free shuttle to airport and breakfast provided. The room is large and quiet at night though is near to aiport. I would recommend this hotel for those having early flight in the morning.

Good for staying near to the airport

Small hotel that is not too far from the airport, made it an easy stopover for the night. Room was clean but fairly basic, and all we really needed for a night. Breakfast was included, definitely recommend that you have the chicken pho. Staff was friendly and provided a shuttle back to the airport for us the next day.

Absolutely recommend this hotel. The rooms are squeaky clean and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and kind. The free breakfast was actually very good, you order when you check in. Also, the free ride to the airport was fast and instantly provided when we asked. Great team and a great hotel. There are some good.pizza and fried chicken places within walking distance. Worth the price and able to have late checkout for reasonable price

The young man who picked us up at the airport said that he own the hotel. He was very helpful and friendly. Check in was very fast. Our room was clean and the air condition worked. There were a few choices for breakfast and we picked chicken pho. His mom got it ready for us in the morning. We highly recommend this hotel. The staff were wonderful.

Very good hotel if you need stay close to the airport

This hotel is ideally situated to the airport , the car shuttle which was included in our room price delivered us to the airport in comfort and the driver was friendly and efficient. At the price of £28 per night with shuttle and Vietnamese breakfast included ! It was great value , I would stay here again

Service, room and cleanliness is excellent. Location is convenient for airport transition, but quite far from Hà Nội Center.

Airport Classic Hotel is a very new and very nice hotel. Great price for a hotel near the airport. . Really great service. There was a 24 hour front desk, early checkout and free shuttle to the airport. I stayed here because my flight out was early morning. It’s the neighborhood that’s dirty, trashy and seems unsafe. No restaurants were open even though it was late afternoon. If you’re staying here you might want to consider bringing your own food and not leaving the hotel until you’re checking out.

This was a great room for the price and it was close to the airport. The employees were helpful and timely getting us to the airport on our schedule.

The hotel was quite convenient to the airport, only minutes away. But there were few options for eating around the area.

Friendly staff, clean room and great breakfast but there is no gym as listed. Also the air conditioning did not work, there was little hot water and WiFi was spotty. The neighborhood feels a bit sketchy. Overall it’s fine for a one night stay with a free ride to the airport.

This hotel has poor sound proof; I can hear someone talking from inside the room and it travels.

No heat or hot water in room.

This property is not a 4.8 star property. It had no hot water, we were not told we had to ask them to turn on the hot water, it wasn’t until we called twice did they turn on the hot water for our room. Our sheets were disgustingly stained, there was some type of gross mucus like substance in the tub - the pictures on the listing are very misleading. The only thing that lived up to the listing was the free shuttle to the airport. They also tried to charge us upon checkout, even though we had already prepaid in full via Expedia. Our recommendation would be to steer clear of this hotel.

The staff were very helpful and made sure we felt safe and appreciated. Transfers were a breeze as well.

This is an amazing stay if you are looking for a comfy place to rest near the airport. I had a very early morning flight and wanted a place to sleep nearby to make sure I didn’t miss it. This place is very conveniently located a short drive from the airport. When I arrived there were immediately people ready to help me bring in my bags and show me to my room, which was comfy and nice. Additionally, they provided a free ride to the airport in the morning, which was lovely. An amazing stay!
