No menu available as out of season.wifi very poor and intermittent. Bar staff ignored you . Telephone in room not working . Market on Wednesdays block your vehicle in. Breakfast too late start. Will not be staying again . English it spoken no tv channels in English. Bin in bathroom broken.

A very nice modern hotel perfectly integrated into a small restaurant and bar. Very Italian feel, hosts were very accomodating and helpful. Room was very tight, but level of finish and cleanliness was exceptional. Dinner in the restaurant was a delight, wonderful flavours mixed wit local Friulian wine. Car parking also undercover in old barn. I recommend this hotel.
TravellerHotel próximo a Udini com restaurante e pizzaria anexos, quarto e banheiro amplos e estacionamento disponível. Se não me engano nas 4as feiras tem uma feira livre em frente ao hotel. Café da manhã com frutas, sucos e opções de pães.

Hotel situato in una posizione strategica per visitare: Udine, Aquileia, Palmanova e Grado, camera pulita e molto spaziosa, colazione (dolce e salato) ottima e abbondante, il gestore/proprietario giovane, gentile e accogliente, lo consiglio per coloro che desiderano una sosta nella zona.

Hotel molto comodo, pulito e confortevole. Il fatto di avere il ristorante, in questo periodo, è un gran vantaggio e si mangia bene. Molto cordiali dall’arrivo alla partenza. Camera perfetta, colazione abbondante. Ritornerò

TravellerLeider sprach niemand in der Unterkunft gut genug englisch um uns einige wichtige technische Dinge erklären zu können. Wir standen um 1 Uhr morgen, nach einer Hochzeitsveranstaltung, leider vor verschlossenem Tor da wir anscheinend mit dem Auto in der Lichtschranke standen welche das öffnen des Tores Verhindert. Nach mehreren Versuchen das Hotelpersonal erreichen suchten uns einen anderen Weg ins Hotel und stellten das Auto auf einem öffentlicherem Parkplatz ab. Eine ähnliche Situation gab es auch mit der Klimaanlage. Vielleicht sind wir nur nicht mit landestypischer technischen Besonderheiten vertraut, trotzdem denke ich es sollte gerade für die Lichtschranke eine Hinweistafel geben sowie eine Notfall Nummer um das Personal nach 23.00 Uhr zu erreichen. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft recht sauber, das Frühstück einfach aber ausreichend und die Zimmer hatten eine gute Größe und eine schöne Ausstattung.
