Our room was lovely, meeting all of our needs. We enjoyed the hot tub and the complimentary breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel to others

Great accommodations for the price

Good

It was terrible experience, there was no water in the room and when I went ask the at the reception, he said they don’t have water and will have to buy and when I went buy water at the machine it was not having an option to take credit or debit card. When I asked the receptionist if he can give water from the kitchen, he said it will open in the morning and will have to wait till morning. There was an ATM on yhe premises where I had to withdraw 10 dollars with 4 dollar withdrawal fee and buy 3 dollar water bottle and the receptionist was bery very very rude, his name was Sachin. There was also a problem in the room, AC was making very irritating sound and couldn’t sleep

Clean lobby and room and friendly staff. The refrigerator ran all night and was loud.

Snowblowing of snow was a bit noisy @ night. Breakfast was very good in the morning

My stay at the Admiral Inn was exactly what I was looking for. I needed a place to stay while a winter storm blew through. The gentleman at the front desk let me check in early due to the impending storm which I very much appreciated. My room was exactly as shown on the website with a clean, comfortable king bed and a clean bathroom with a lovely shower with 4 shower heads and great water pressure. I hung out in my room while the storm happened outside. The room had normal cable channels and strong wifi. There were plenty of options for breakfast the next morning and ample seating for guests. I did use the fitness centre, it has 4 cardio machines and some weights, enough to get a quick workout in. While I didn't use the pool or hot tub they did look clean. Overall, the hotel met expectations and was a good value.

I like the ambiance of the place. It feels like home.

Staff was absolutely fantastic, the pool… Heaven. The pool and hot tub were fabulous, warm and clean and greatly needed on a snowy day.

I stayed at the hotel while my husband was in hospital. The staff was aware and always asked me hoe he was doing. The rooms are beautiful. The breakfast is amazing. I'm especially impressed that they use plates, cutlery, glasses and coffee cups that are NOT plastic. Eco responsible. Amenities are excellent..indoor pool, hot tub and gym. Price is good. Highly recommend.

The hotel is functional not got any wow , but its clean, the rooms were large, beds and pillows so so comfortable. Had iron and board, fridge and microwave, food places and supermarkets within 10 minute walk and ubers were always available within a couple of minutes. Staff were friendly and the free breakfast smelt good, although didn’t get a chance to try. Would highly recommend if you want a comfortable and reasonably priced hotel in and around Erin Mills.

Its location was convenient for all the places I had to go. Also, the hotel had a good choice of continental breakfast.

Clean, staff helpful, no issues experienced, quiet evening.

The only wierd thing with this hotel is that there is a 200 security fee when you initially pay. They said its for security as the name suggests but it doesn't make sense as I'm already paying them when I get there. Other than that super impressed great service very clean and good location.👍

Overall the hotel was ok, but we had a few not so favorable conditions that reduced the overall quality of the stay. We are not haters, so therefore will not define those conditions.

Friendly staff and Hotel is modern and well maintained

Cleaning standards were really poor. Staff was generally kind and willing to help, but amenities were also not the best.

Our Hotel for Oakville/Missasauga

Very good hotel and great value.

Desk and buffet staff were very thoughtful and kind - much appreciated! Decor updates made (so far) feel stylish yet comfortable and our room had a large mini-fridge. Good to know: breakfast buffet to be eaten in dining room only and luggage can't be stored after check-out. Would book again and recommend!

A older receptionist was mis behaving with a customer, he was rude to the lady asking for washroom on ground floor as she didn’t want to go back to her room while washroom was out of order on ground level.

Cold water pressure in the bathroom was very low. Also, shower does not work great, shower head pressure all over the place. Very limited breakfast options. My daughter was not feeling very well after she had breakfast. Very weak coffee and hash browns were undercooked.

We have stayed here a number of times over the last few years shopping trip and have always enjoyed our stay. This time was no different, Excellent staff and service. Will definitely stay here again next year.

Fridge was extremely noisy to the point I had to unplug it, and the the heating/cooling system was very loud, sounds like it needs to be replaced. No mirrors in the room either. Room was nice looking and bed was comfy but with all the road noise and internal noise from the room-sleep was very hard to achieve.

There have been some upgrades to the room since I was here last. Solid floors make the room echo but keeps it very clean.

Not worth it

Place is clean. Location is great. Check-in waa quick and uncomplicated. Shower was interesting with 4 jets. Took a few minutes to figure out and regulate water temperature. Bed is firm, pillows soft.

Beat up place

It’s a beat up hotel that needs renovation and better care. There was hair in the bathroom and the beds were not very comfortable. Overall, convenient location on the way to Niagara Falls.

Hot tub wouldn’t get hot regardless what they did. Pool was warmer. Just a little too far from the city to enjoy it as much as we wanted but still enjoyable. Would return though!

The room was spacious with a fridge and microwave. Ww appreciated being in the backside away from the busy hughway so it was quiet for sleeping. The weekend breakfast was much better than weekday but even that was pretty good. The hot tub could have been warmer but the pool itself was a nice temperature. The shower head was plugged so water flow was restricted. One of the bed frames was not level on the floor so it banged every time our daughter adjusted her weight - it was pretty loud! We loved how easy it was to access the hotel from the main road. Really nice cleaning staff too.

The beds were nice and cleaned. The staff were nice and respectful. The pool was a great addition and the hot tub as well! The price was perfect! All was well until we went into our room, it smelled really bad. Like bad breath. We tried to open the windows and had dryer sheets around the room to mask the smell but it was evident that the room had a permanent smell. The washroom was not in the best condition, the washroom walls had mould in all four corners. We had the maid come in to clean the room but it still was left with a terrible smell. This hotel would have a better review but our room did not make it our best stay.

The desk staff were very friendly and accommodating as we were checking in early. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the complimentary breakfast offered a good variety to choose from.

Without a car this hotel is inconvenient. Limited dining options particularly in the evening. Wanted to purchase water from the vending machine and front desk was unable to provide change. Not as customer focused as they should be though all staff was extremely friendly

Good experience

Our room wasn't ready so they ended up giving a free upgrade. Upon checking out their total was different than what expedia said, because of the free upgrade I really didn't squawk about it. I won't go back.

There were some areas in need of repair such as bass boards and caulking around the shower. Was given room key to accessible room but when getting to the room , it was not ready and housekeeping were in the middle of preparing it for sanitizing and bedding sheets.

Best hotel for the price in the area. The Executive Suite on the 4th floor has the best shower of any hotel I've ever stayed at. Breakfast never disappoints.

Moved to a different room due to highway noise and air conditioner compressor rattled all night. The other room was much better and quieter. Cleanliness could be improved but overall a good stay

We will stay here again. Good rates and a good breakfast. Just what we need for a quick stay. We recommend it.

Great place to stay

An excellent, affordable hotel. Clean and tidy with very friendly staff. The girl at reception during my visit was a gem. My room was exactly as pictured with a comfortable bed, free wi-fi, a fridge, microwafe and tea/coffee making facilities. Free parking and a buffet breakfast included. Location is excellent, right on the QEW (but no traffic noise in the room), lots of shops and fast food places within a short walk on Erin Mills Parkway, and some nice restaurants only a couple of minutes drive in the other direction. Also a short drive to Clarkson train station if you want to visit downtown Toronto.

Always grading on a curve given how expensive GTA accomodations are. Building feels about 25 years old. Nothing overly problematic or excellent about the place. About 25 minutes from the airport, includes a strange "resort tax"

It was the perfect location for the multiple activities I had planned. Room was very nice and accommodating
