The experience at Adiwana Unagi Suites was splendid. All the staff were more than polite, helpful and awesome hosts. The girls in the Spa were professional and very pleasant. Recommendations to stay here if you plan to visit Ubud.

The staff is truly incredible too. They treat every guest like family, remembering names and where they're from. I highly recommend this resort to everyone. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Everyone from the front desk reception to the restaurant staff were very helpful, always going above and beyond - the floating breakfast was also really nice. They were also very responsive to answer all our questions and inquiries and provided many recommendations for activities to do. The restaurant was very good, providing a variety of options. I really, an awesome place to stay.

TravellerEverything was amazing, the staff, accommodation and the food. I must admit that Adiwanas staff were the absolute highlight. Sadly I didn't get everyone's name but the young ladies at the front desk were excellent. Vopi from the restaurant was one name I do remember and she was perfection. Thank you Vopi for many excellent memories. Management should be very proud of all the staff at Adiwana Unagi Suites
TravellerI don’t think I could’ve chose a better place to stay in Ubud.. The property is spotless and well maintained. The suites were beautiful and spacious, and the food was delicious! The hospitality at this location is impeccable! No request is too big or small and they offer a free photo shoot session with 1 free photo and a free shuttle to town and back (access to the restaurants and shopping). Trust me and book this place!

There are many hotels with better facilities, but it will be difficult to get such a service anywhere A really sincere response warms my heart. I was so touched by the staff for a short time. The food is delicious and the jungle view swimming pool is the best. Spa facilities are so affordable that if you're planning to visit Ubud, please choose here.
TravellerAdiwana Unagi is an absolutely brilliant place to stay. The customer service was excellent from the start at check-in, right through to the very end. Each and every staff member was always happy to help and greeted us with such positive energy. The room was clean and spacious and we had our own private pool which was lovely. The main outdoor pool was great too with jungle views. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, with good vegetarian options. We also liked the free shuttle bus to and from Ubud centre and the daily treats left in our room. Overall it was an amazing experience and we highly recommend this place.
