Really noisy..can't sleep till 1am

Best place to stay in Ubud — highly recommended

This is hotel is in the centre of Ubud so you go straight out to bars, restaurants and shops. The staff are lovely and looked after me. However there was a bar next door with a band and the music pounded on until 10.30pm ish, when it is supposed to stop. So not an oasis as some reviews had made me suppose.

We had a 5 day stay at Adiwana and absolutely loved it. I would highly recommend this place. The staff is super friendly, very comfortable amenities and stay overall centrally located, about 7min walk to Monkey Forest and 14mins into town. Easy accesibility. Will definitely stay here again

Had a great stay

Adiwana Resort Bali exceeded expectations with its delightful meals and a standout floating breakfast experience. The Balinese massage was truly exceptional, providing unmatched relaxation. Well maintained great staff in the middle of shopping

We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Adiwana Monkey Forest. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we ended up staying at both Adiwana Monkey Forest and sister property Adiwana Resort Jembawan, both beautiful and polished boutique hotels in central Ubud. This one is near Sacred Monkey Forest. The reservations staff was very apologetic for the inconvenience, and upgraded our rooms and comped us a Balinese massage, which was greatly appreciated. The premium room was very nice, very clean with decent shelving/storage, a large bathroom and tub, and big balcony with ample seating. We saw a family of monkeys pass by! The staff was exceedingly warm and gracious; they even invited me to join them in making daily offerings. I did notice there was loud music from a neighboring establishment that went until about 11pm that night, it didn't bother us, but imagine could be loud for some people.

We had such a lovely stay here. This hotel is located on a very busy and noisy main road (which we chose for walkability). But once you are inside the property, it is so quiet and peaceful. Our room felt so private and secluded. It's a small property, so there was always plenty of room at the pool and at breakfast. We really enjoyed the daily afternoon tea service that was included in our rate. The staff members here were so kind and serene. The hotel is beautiful and unique with a lot of local flavor. We would definitely stay again.

This property is breathtaking. The staff from the moment we arrived were the best thing about the property. As beautiful as the place is, the staff take it up another notch. They make this place a 10/10. My mother was sad to leave them. They were very accommodating. I would recommend this place to everyone. It is also very convenient to restaurants and shopping as well. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would love to come back.

amazing stay, amazing location so many amazing food options u also have the spa and also more spa with 2 min walk... great staff great room.. love the pool..we stayed for a week and we are happy ..recommend .. very close to Monkey Forest.. monkeys walk in front of hotel too.. amazing and recommend .. Beautiful Resort near the monkey forest

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The resort is situated near restaurants, shopping, and the monkey forest. If you want to go further afield, there are drivers everywhere (really - every few yards, someone will approach you offering taxi service). The pool is small but it was never crowded when we were there.

Great location and very friendly staff. Beds were comfortable and the room was in a quiet location. Breakfast was great Nd healthy with good options for vegetarians/ plant based eating. The only con is that the rooms are dark. I like staying in welllit hotels. The hotel is close to shopping, monkey forest and hiking trails. I would definitely recommend this hotell for future guests.

Large, comfortable room with very nice bathroom / tub / shower. Boutiques style resort very convenient to all of Ubud. Breakfasts were great variety and unique.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond with any of our requests. Our driver and guide Adi was very knowledgable about the area and taught us a lot about Balinese culture. The room was very nice, comfortable with an interesting bathroom design. We enjoyed the pool area which was perfect for our 3 year old - not too big, not too small. Adiwana is a nice and quite place in the best location. If you need more exciting nightlife you can just walk right next door. It is also walking distance to the Monkey Forest and all of the shops and restaurants that Ubud has to offer. The only part that could use improvment is the breakfast selection and quality.

I love this place! It's very organic and natural and si peaceful and clean. The staff was extremely wonderful.

Hidden Gem amongst the Chaos of Ubud!

The Adiwana Monkey Forest in a secret gem hidden away in the busy centre of Ubud. Centrally and Ideally located it was perfect for getting out and about in Ubud as well as taking day trips to elsewhere on the island. The staff were friendly and helpful, referring to you by name and holding casual conversation when you saw them. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. We made the most of the spa massage - would recommend to anyone staying here as it was incredible! The pool is small but you're unlikely to spend much time sunbathing when there is so much to do and so easily accessible. Plenty of good bars and restaurants within walking distance making the nights fun and enjoyable, the only difficulty is choosing what to do!

My wife and I spent 5 nights here and enjoyed it very much. The room was fantastic, the staff was always available and helpful, the pool area was perfect, and the breakfasts were great. We also loved the location.

Adiwana is a beautiful hotel on a bustling street. Heaps of dining options in the area and breakfast was yummy with large portions!

RADNA at the front desk was amazing! She thought of everything we might need and delivered it nefore we asked! Bery attentive and beautigul. We could not have asked for a nicer stay!

This hotel is seriously so nice! The staff is beyond accommodating and the room was beautiful. The bed and bedding were so comfortable and we had an amazing view of the pool from our balcony. The pool area is gorgeous. It’s also in a perfect location when staying in ubud, we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go! I would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Love this property, like living in a jungle oasis but on a main street.

The service is impeccable! And I cannot rave enough about the staff! They were beyond helpful and friendly. And the breakfast was fantastic. It is small, but LOVELY. The location is very central in general and it is surrounded by lots of food options, the monkey forest and shops. Monkeys were all in the streets - it was delightful!

The Adiwana is Wonderful!!!

The Adiwana Monkey Hotel is excellent in every way. The hotel is small but very cute & well kept. The staff are as friendly as they get. The location is ideal for the area & the massage I had was top notch. It was a great place to stay & I’d recommend it to anyone.

My favorite of the three hotels I stayed at in Ubud and that is without considering the price advantage. Excellent friendly staff all around. Great managers. My room was nothing glamorous but sweet, modern and clean with a balcony. Location was excellent. Close to the best restaurants, shops and restaurants. Close to the palace and the Monkey Forest. Thank you for the great stay.

A gem in Ubud!

A beautiful new hotel in a great location! It was very quiet and our room was well appointed. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Due COVID there was really nothing open around the hotel in relation to cafes, restaurants and shops. Ubud is deserted but I am sure it will all change once COVID is able to be managed and tourists return. We would certainly return without hesitation.

We were made to feel really special by the fantastic staff at the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble and special praise to Ratna who was excellent. The room and facilities were first class. Nice setting considering it’s on a Main Street in Ubud. Great location and short walk to monkey forest. Had a floating breakfast for a small extra charge, which was fabulous. Thanks again to all at Adiwani Monkey Forest.

Exceptional hotel

The staff were utterly exceptional at Adiawana Monkey Forest. From the communication before my arrival on arranging a hotel pick up, to every element of my stay I was made to feel so welcome and attended to. The spa treatments were perfect and the hotel arranged trips and activities for me which were second to none and were based on my individual requirements and brief.

Highly recommended!

Our stay was incredible. We were in the heart of it, close to the hustle and bustle of the center and palace and to the tranquility and beauty of the monkey forest. The staff were fantastic, extremely hospitable and made sure we were happy and comfortable at all times. The room was very clean, spacious and had all the amenities required. The breakfast at the beach watercress was also delicious.

The staff was friendly, proactive and helpful. The hotel is sited in a very convenient neighbourhood. The spa facilities in the hotel are excellent.

The staff ! They are the kindest, most welcoming hotel staff I have ever experienced in my 2 decades of international travel. I can't say enough about how warm and hospitable they were. Not too intrusive, very genuine, relaxed and professional.

The Adiwana Monkey Forrest is the most amazing botique hotel. The property and rooms are stunning and the staff provide exceptional service. Plus breakfast at the delicious watercress restaurant is included. The location is perfect as it is in the heart of town and easy to walk everywhere. I highly recommend staying here if you are coming to ubud.

Everything exceeded our expectations. It is strategically located near almost everywhere you may wish to go to around that area; YET the place is so tranquil and relaxing. They readily heeded our request to allow us to check in early. All the staff are very cheerful, polite and quickly acted on every requests and concerns we had.

The staff at Adiwana Monkey Forest are absolutely exceptional. I tend to be very picky as I am a creature of comfort/lover of luxuries and prefer to spend a lot of time in my room in the evenings as opposed to outdoors; however, the staff and hotel far exceeded my expectations. They are warm, kind, genuine and classy. I strongly recommend staying at Adiwana Monkey Forest if you want to have a stress-free vacation. My only suggestion to the hotel would be to have Watercress offer more gluten free options on the breakfast menu. As a celiac, it would have been great to have another option in addition to the gluten free avocado toast (which was delicious). I will return in the future due to the hotel's demeanor, amenities, cleanliness and continuous effort to meet expectations.

A beautiful retreat tucked behind the bustling Main Street of Ubud. A pool area to die for and staff who could not be more accommodating if they tried! Ever so friendly!
