TravellerTraveller01. Bath Towel, Cloth Hanger and Toilet Paper did not provide at first place, only provide upon request 02. Window broken, unable close. 03. Wardprobe is shaking, feel like going to collapse anytime. 04. Drawer handler broken 05. TV, 70% of screen is scratches. 06. Water pressure is extremely low, contractor go off, no one able to fix it. No offer for Room Swapping. 07. It do not have water dispenser. 08. No remote control for Air-Conditional .

Lobby reeked of cigarette smoke Several staff sleeping on furniture in lobby Lots of rough characters smoking at front doors Room was not ready when we arrived and had to wait 30 minutes Elevator was quite obviously not maintained Room was not clean Bathroom washbasin and toilet both leaked After travelling in 70+ countries, this was definitely one of the worst hotels that we have encountered. Avoid at all cost.
