Rooms were not soundproofed, i could hear the kids in the pool & my neighbours!!

Our stay at Adina was far beyond our expectations. Beautiful apartment, super clean! Brilliant amenities, amazing location - the value is amazing! Plus the team were so lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful. If your coming to Sydney I’d whole heartedly recommend a stay here.

Adina Townhall Apartments are newly renovated and so beautiful. My room was so beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

A little old but excellent position and friendly, helpful staff. Not a lot of wall sockets for power, gym was OK but needs barbell and bench.

Quiet. Easy walking distance to transport. Don't like the shower over the bath, would be better with a handrail for safety.

Never offered any VIP upgrade, parking terrible to find. Apartment is walking distance to tram and train also walking distance to Darling Quarter. 24 hr grocery nearby and close to eateries.

The area where the property is situated is not easily accessible by car, which is not Adina’s fault, but because how the city roads were designed. Plenty of 1ways and no entry roads led us to going around in circles before finally finding their parking. They never mentioned or offered any VIP access/perks to us upon checking in. Only finding out now from Expedia that I actually have VIP access/perks which I was not able to avail. Property’s location is not close enough to public transports and dining areas. It would require a bit of walking but not that far, around 10-15 minutes. But it’s not convenient if you’re with an elderly. There’s convenient stores and small cafes in the area if you just want to grab a quick bite. Facilities and amenities are average We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and it’s spacious enough, with a small balcony.

The property is in a good convenient location. I felt it was reasonably priced for location. had some maintenance issues during stay but I wasn’t too bothered.

No tags to put on the door to request housekeeping or privacy. We ask housekeeping to clean when we leave in the morning. When we return in late afternoon, hours later, room is never clean. Then they wake us up in the late afternoon when we’re napping before going out for the evening. Why can’t they clean the room before 4pm when guests are out for the day??

Great location (near Town Hall Station). It seemed quite run down though.

Overall good stay would recommend if you're there for a couple of nights and want something fairly basic and central. I was in room 58 - quiet and away from the lift. Traffic noise was not an issue. People at reception were helpful. I had checked in at 9am to store my luggage while I went to work. They put a hold on my card for security. When I returned later to pick up my room card and complete check in, they put another hold on my card. Not a big deal. I just expected the receptionist from earlier in the day to communicate or leave a note for the receptionist on the next shift that this had already been done. In Feb, the weather is quite hot. The A/C wasn't cold enough. I had left a card in the slot to ensure the A/C would run while I popped out for lunch. Housekeeping entered while I was out and removed the card so the room was quite warm the rest of the day. I tend to like my environment cooler at 20 deg C when it was more like 25 deg

We paid an extra $50 for a disabled room and i couldn't get through the bathroom doorway in my wheelchair and took several layers of skin off my knuckles trying

Was good but was expecting some tooth brushes and tooth paste but was none and we had to go out and buy some also the pool was so cold was expecting heated pool other than that was good

Unfortunately Adina's quality has slipped in recent years. The room was tired, small & very stuffy and the balcony was grubby to say the least. It would have been nice for housekeeping to supply milk on day 2 aswell. I won't be choosing Adina again.

City apartment great location

Stayed at Adina Town Hall with 4 children under 12. Hotel is in a great location for both Darling Harbour and city. The staff were very helpful. The apartment was large, the indoor pool was great my only comment would be that I was charged an extra $ 50 per day for a roll away bed because it was for a child not an adult. I would stay again.

Great location and spacious suite but quite dated. The carpets had ridges and bumps.

Excellent central location, across the road from Town Hall Station. Walking distance to so many amenities such as shopping and eating places. Also we made use of the saltwater pool every day of our stay.

Positive : Great location. Staff super nice both Front of house and House Keeping. Very attentive. Great sleep, pillows and bed. One of the best shower pressures ever👍 Negatives : Carpets definitely need replacing and furniture is old dated and tacky.

Adina apartment Hotel

The location was awesome. However the apartment looks, feels and is not only dated but looking very tired and in much need of a revamp. Different cleaning staff also has different cleaning standards. Does not feel like a hotel.

Friendly, easy check in. Beautiful rooms in a great location for shopping and dining. Will be back.

Property in need of deep cleaning. Unit is super dusty and laundry room have dust flakes everywhere Cleaners are good though, they helped us placed in our dirty dishes into the dishwasher so we always come back with clean dishes

Needs a bit of fine tuning to make it great

It is the best location ,3 mins walk to Town hall train and tram stop ,great value ,bed comfortable.but the walls are thin, the room doors are a foot apart ( meaning every time next door closed there door it was very noisy 😕.views were grim,we didn't get refills on tea/ coffee kept having to ask.checked in Saturday had to ask for a bathroom clean on Wednesday as still had not been cleaned.fresh towels and bed made every day ,but lacking the thing people appreciate ( cleaning). Front desk were always lovely,for a base to enjoy Sydney from then it's ideal.

Value for your money, average hotel room is just a studio where as adina offers an apartment experience for the same price.

Disappointing option unlikely to be repeated

1.Inflexible on early check-in (unlike almost every other Sydney hotel I have stayed in). 2.Very intrusive construction noise from 3.00pm check-in until 5.00pm when builders left floor below. Reported to Front Desk and Duty Manager did, to her great credit, profusely apologised and subsequently provided a nicely worded hand-written note with a half-bottle of wine. A welcome gesture. 3. Overall impression was that of a down-market establishment and not one that we would rush back to given the many alternatives. This booking was made due to the hotel proximity to a business venue.

Central location, great staff and spacious apartment. Lifts were slow during peak times and missed the pool level if guests got in at a lower floor.

The unit was spacious and had everything we needed

Excellently located property with kitchenette (microwave/toaster) & usual kettle and fridge. Lifts can be slow at peak time morning checkout (5 mins). Well located to Town Hall station and airport train, tram and walking distance to Chinatown.

Staff were friendly and helpful from start to end. The rooms were spacious and clean (we had a 2 bedroom room). The only criticism is it took 45mins to check out from level 16 to car park as the lift system is not adequate. We even left at 10am when check out was 11am. Make sure you allow extra time if needing to stick to a time schedule. Otherwise an enjoyable stay. (Our second time).

Just OK

The apartment was very large for a one bedroom. The location was very good, close to most things or an easy walk. The decor of the apartment was very basic and drab although it was very clean. The air conditioning is controlled centrally, not from the room, and was sitting on 25 degrees making the apartment hot but even hotter in the bedroom.

Perfectly located for attending a conference at ICC, spacious with opening windows and a balcony, very clean, new well stocked kitchen. Too cold for the pool while staying but it looked lovely. I would happily stay again.

It was a great area close to shops and light rail.Unfortunately it was in need of upgrading and renovation.Shower in the bath very dangerous,sheer curtains dirty and see through at night,hot plates on stove couldn’t be controlled so on high at all times, tap in kitchen sink hard to turn off and stop leaking.Carpet looked warm and dirtyStaff absent at the front desk at times,I was very disappointed as it wasn’t a cheap rate we expected better

Room (2 bedroom apartment) was extremely spacious and clean. Room was quiet, beds were very comfortable. Easy parking, very friendly and helpful staff. Nice little on site cafe. Had a great stay and will definitely be staying again next time we are in Sydney.

Friendly staff. Easy check in process. Rooms were mostly clean with the exception of someone’s sock on the ground and someone’s snot on a wall. Otherwise all in all a great apartment that’s conveniently located within a short distance to most things we wanted to do.

Very spacious. Conveniently located. Quiet except for noisy plumbing - awoken early by groaning pipes when other guests had their morning shower.Comfortable king sized beds. Unresponsive aircon control. Could not get it warm enough on a very cold night. Parking is first in first served. Luckily there were spaces available when we checked in.

Our stay was great and the apartment clean and roomy. The only problem was the shower over the bath which I found impossible to regulate. It was either scalding hot or too cold, try as I might I couldn't get a comfortable heat.

The room was clean and tidy and the staff were lovely. I would stay again.

The beds are terrible, sheets make way too much noise when sleeping. Pillows are too soft but double pillow makes it too high. Aircon is impossible to set correctly. Lifts take forever

This was a large, 2 bedroom apartment. It had all the requirements for a few days stay. Our only feedback would be that seating for 4 adults was confined to one relatively small sofa. Maybe another easy chair or two would be good?

The rooms were spacious and they had great original artworks in the foyer, hallways and rooms.

1 minute walk to Town Hall station, perfect location if you need to be in the city. Good price also.

Fantastic place to stay

Service was fantastic- 3 bedroom apartment was really nice and the view was great. The apartment was extremely clean and the beds were super comfy. The air conditioning was really hard to work with no instructions anywhere. We ended up getting someone up to set the temperatures for us. This was no trouble at all for the hotel staff. Pool was smaller than we thought it looked in the photos. Great place - will stay again.

In a great location. Very dated apartments and we had what I guess is the worst room in the hotel with a view of a concrete wall. Not what we expected

We Stayed in the Premier Apartment 3 bedroom. The room was clean but old. The pictures advertised for this room are very deceiving and we were disappointed that we did not get the large window city view that Adina advertises. Instead we got a room with a tiny balcony and not the pictured view from a large curved glass window and dining table situated for optimal city viewing. We felt quite ripped off by this. The walls were slightly marked, ammenities were old and run down and some furniture was stained. Parking was easy but expensive at $35 for the night. Location is great and there are many dining and shopping options only a short walk away.

We're very thankful that we choose to stay at Adina apartments. It was conveniently located in the city and the apartment provided our family of 5 with lots of space during our week long stay.

We didnt receive the cot on check in, but that was resolved quickly. Functional, it had everything we needed and convenient location

Reasonably priced, room was clean, comfortable bed, beautiful city view on balcony. I liked the kitchette as had all the necessities such as fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, plates bowls cups. Good location for trains/trams. Pool & sauna looked good but didn't have time to use. Definately go back!

We loved how convenient this place was to the city area - food , shopping and the light rail to circular quay.

Staff friendly and helpful, giving us great directions and helping us to connectc with tours and even helped with contacting our next hotel, as our flights were delayed. Property location fantastic, less than 30 mins walking or you can catch the train.

We have stayed here several times. it’s a fantastic location for travel, across the street from a Town Hall Station entry and close to the George Street Light rail. also close to Coles Supermarket and an Asian supermarket in World Square (lower ground). The apartments are practical and well equipped. staff are friendly and helpful. The service is excellent: any requests we made were attended to immediately. Very central to all places we wanted

It was exactly the kind of accomodation that we wanted.The staff were helpful and knowledgeable.We needed an 0430 wakeup call and a taxi to the airport.Done,no problems whatesoever. The staff were very efficient,bright and cheerful.We reported the fact that the bath/shower tap would not shut off properly and wasteing water,it was repaired very quickly. Altogether it was a great experience.

On the monday, the construction team started about 7:00 and created a lot of noise for about 2 hours. Would have preferred that they not start using machinery at that time. I was aware of construction happening but wasn't expecting it to be just below my level. No view from my balcony but that's okay. Couldn't choose from cool or heat from A/C control. TV channel selection was very good.
