Very clean and comfortable .The staff were friendly . Secure and great location .
Good location in Perth
We liked the location of this hotel as it was only a short walk to get into the center, ferries, trains. We did not have a car but managed to get around on the public transport ok. The side of the hotel we stayed on facing the Convention Center, was quiet for the best part.
The room had lots of space and the
Great location
Within an hour of arriving in Perth, my husband lost his backpack and his wallet. Whilst he backtracked to see if he could find them, I took our luggage to the Adina. I was a bit of a mess, but Kem at Reception couldn't be nicer, offering me water and words of encouragement, and suggestions on how to search for the lost items. That meant a lot at the time and I'm thankful for his kindness. The location is fantastic. Right next to Elizabeth Quay bus and train stations, it's ideal as a base for exploring Perth, especially by the excellent public transport. There's a direct access route from the hotel to the bus station. Our room was a bit dated, but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Everything required was provided. The bathroom vanity had water damage and swelling but it didn't impact our stay in any way. All in all, we're very happy with our stay at the Adina.
Hotel itself was nice and well kept. Staff very nice. Daily cleaning wa snot good. Even when we put the ‘request cleaning’ tag on the door all they did was make the bed and give new towels. We were there over a week and the floors/ showers/ toilet/ sink were not cleaned a single time. Nor were the sheets changed. I clean my House at home more often. They would only give us 1 toilet paper roll at a time so we kept running out. Laundry insuite was very convenient. Bed was comfortable. Nice kitchen in the room but our oven was dirty and smoked when we pre heated. Called reception and they said they would have someone clean it and they never did so we could not use the oven the entire stay.
The room I booked was not the room I got upon checking in. The $100 deposit was not refunded for a week! The cleanliness of the room cutlery mould in the shower! Won't be staying here again.
This is an inexpensive property that is perfectly located next to the Elizabeth Quay and literally right next door to the convention centre. The nice thing about the Adina hotel chain is that they give you the option of storing and preparing your own food and drink. When traveling for a while, as we have been, it is nice to have a break from restaurants. In terms of on site amenities I would say that Adina hotels are very good but short of spectacular. The restaurant experience is good but not fabulous. The rooms are more than adequate but not luxurious. The location, we thought, was exceptional. They seem to be trying to cut costs in terms of housekeeping so I would say that it wasn't awesome but they are accommodating if you ask and, as I said previously, the price is right!
Clean, quiet, well furnished, plenty of space, with excellent kitchen, laundry, and bathroom facilities within the apartment. Absolutely spot-on, and I’d be keen to stay here again in future.
Have stayed here several times now. Always good for anything in CBD. Great location. Amenities well kept and easy parking options.
Great property
Spotlessly clean, well equipped and perfect location
Convenient location for what I was looking for
Great location & big rooms. Booking included wine. Air con failed during the night so had to transfer.
Mixed Reaction to visit
Overall good but with a few communication problems. The location condition and staff met or exceeded expectations. The only two issues relating to the booking were the cost of parking $ 150 on top of $ 550) for 3 days and the fact that the in house dining was closed. As we were on a self drive holiday the location, facilities and staff met all of our expectations and I would gladly stay here again. I'm hesitant to recommend it because online mapping and information kept identifiying it as a difference venue with an identical name. In addition if you did get the right one the driving directions were incorrect leading you onto a free way entrance. Unfortunately the staff were unaware of this. During our visit (second week of Jan) there appeared to be few customers and although the location is central and near to tour venues it seems that a good venue is being downgraded by poor marketing.
Said we would have to pay for a room upgrade wheh it should have been a VIP entitlement. Clean and tidy apartment. Not easy to find the entrance but once gound, all.okay. Pool was a bit average. Tiles falling off. Rest of it okay.
Really great location. Entrance directly into plaza meant navigating hot weather much easier. Fabulous to have fridge.
My partner and I loved staying here for the week! Perfection location for transportation and walking distance as well! Would definitely stay here again! Good gym, sauna and pool
Everything was great except there was no hot water
No notification about check in times from either hotel or hotel.com. Check in was 3pm and I arrived at 12pm and sat in lobby for 3 hours. Had my suitcase so couldnt go anywhere.
Good price for the location
Great location, spacious, clean.
Myself and daughter had a great stay it was easy for us to attended the Cheer competition at the convention center and was great that we could head back to our room when we needed a rest. Will definitely stay again next year.
Great location to walk every where my Needs more attention to the bathroom floor being cleaned properly A shame because if clean would have been very good
We enjoy our one night stay. Staff helpful
Perfect location for Perth Convention Centre. Restruant served excellent food. We have stayed before & will stay again.
Safe
Right across the carpark from Convention Centre, a few minutes walk from bus station and train station, Elizabeth Quay and Perth CBD. Good sized unit. Everything you need supplied and in good condition. Very clean. Very helpful reception staff. My only minor issue would be not enough, well-placed power outlets but that applies to most hotel accommodation nowadays in these days of multiple gagdgets that need charging.
Air conditioner was not up to standard.
Was central to town while i was there for business
Comfortable,great location,
Our room was comfortable and clean.Staff very friendly and helpful.Great location ,easy to walk to elizabeth Quay and to bus and train terminus.Short walk restaurants and bars.We would definitely stay there again. Opposite convention centre.
Safe and Quiet Place
Hotel was clean and comfortable however seeing this accommodation has a 4 star rating and they aren’t afraid to charge you for it, I expected it to be a lot more modern with better facilities. It Resembled more of a 3 star motel in my opinion.
Nice location. Clean comfortable, nice compact gym. Easy pick up and drop off
Ask a was very clean, in a central location but still quiet. Easy access to public transport, restaurants, shopping and a car park if needed.
great location
Great location if you’re attending the convention center. Rooms are average and kitchens need an upgrade, stains all over the couch. Water from the tap tastes like a chlorine pool. Overall 5/10
The location was ideal as we had a ball to attend at the PCEC. The only disappointing thing was the restaurant was not open for breakfast.
Great locations. Easy to get to.
Loved it
This was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay. The front desk staff, especially Philomena, were wonderful. We appreciated our spacious room, being able to exercise in the gym, and the location of this property. I would definitely stay here again. Philomena, thank you for making us feel so welcomed to Perth and for giving us excellent recommendations of things to do!
It was close to Public transport. Rooms were a generous size. Amenities were well thought out. Great mini kitchen for arranging our own meals.
Great city location serviced apartment.
Hotel is located centrally in Perth. Easy to get around with train station close by. You can either park outside the lobby door or underground in the carpark. We had the 2 bedroom apartment - very spacious and is cleaned every day. Great value! Called a couple of days prior and asked for a crib to be put in the room. When we checked in a port-a-cot was set up with clean sheets for the baby. Great service! Room is clean - but the bathroom needs a good scrub on the floors. And some cosmetic issues with the bathroom cabinet doors. But overall great place. Will happily stay here again with the family.
Budget Hotel
Awful hotel all around. Killed several bugs in the room, lipstick and wine stains on the glasses so they clearly were not cleaned, found a wad of red hair in the bedsheets, no ability to control heat/ac in room and could not open the bedroom window so it was miserably hot, desk staff were not willing to accommodate late check out, key cards never work in elevators. This should be a budget hotel.
We consider Adina Mounts Bay as our home away from home on medical trips. They never disappoint. Staff are wonderful, the unit is perfect
Won’t be back, stay elsewhere
Room wasn’t very clean, items such as toilet paper not topped up after being cleaned daily. Bathrooms in poor condition. Dryer vent kept flying off when used. Called reception for toilet paper, 40 mins later it still hadn’t arrived, called again and asked them to leave at front door, they came and knocked. Called reception to ask if they had a microwave in the apartment, reception did not understand and kept telling me they were unable to confirm if there was a ‘Michael’ staying at the hotel. Repeated myself numerous times and they still could not understand. Only positive was that the bed was comfy.
We were there for a conference but found it easy to get around town and to some wonderful parkland
a good place for short family trip
spacious and comfortable room for a family trip of 3. there is a link way to the Elizabeth Quay station and bus stop (has blue and green CAT buses) from level 1. no F&Bs nearby, need to walk a distance away. the toilet bowl is abit yellowish and the hand towel seems to have pale yellow patches. there was once the rubbish in the bathroom bin was not clear. the staff is friendly and helpful. the delivery of bath towels is quite fast when there is a request. seems like there is no cleaning of table tops or surfaces before we check in. some parts of the table top and surfaces have stains. the wet wipes which I used to wipe those table tops and surfaces are either black or brownish.
Good accomodation in front of convention centre
Good accomodation in front of the convention centre.
Great location. City central and close to the ferries
Great location for convention centre
We were happy with our accommodation
Was a nice place to stay. Centre of Perth. Suited us well. Would stay her again.
I have been to many places but adina apartments had been the best so far. Comfortable, staff were attentive, very very close to train stn and city. Everything at your door step. I would recommend staying here again.
Perfect small apartment with excellent facilities. Large fridge freezer, washer and dryer, oven. 10-15 min walk to Perth station. Reception looked after my bag after checkout, and there was a shower available to freshen up before leaving for my flight. Staff so friendly and helpful. Excellent place to stay and explore Perth.
Good central location in CBD, opposite the convention centre. Convenient and easy access to eateries and river cruise jetty. Our one bedroom apartment is well appointed with modern amenities and comfortable bedding. Will recommend to any business or leisure travelles.
spacious
I would not recommend
Sadly this was not a good experience for us at Adina. The apartment was in a poor condition with cracked tiles, water damage, ill fitting doors, damp linen, soiled furnishings and very dirty balcony etc. whilst the room staff had tried to clean it in the time they had, the underlying cleanliness was very poor. I spent the first two hours cleaning on arrival - and sadly it got worse. On our first night the toilet overflow started at 3.20 AM and the carpet in the bedroom was soaking. The tumble drier didn’t work ( even the gaffer tape left to close the door failed). Max, house maintenance was brilliant and daily housekeeping was fine but the underlying issues were too great. Senior management didn’t seem to be bothered. I have stayed in many serviced apartment and this was bar far the worst. I would not recommend. Location for the conference area and CBD was ok. In an effort to say something positive, the iron was good!
Tiny car park
No water suppled to the rooms No dish washing materials No kitchen wipes
The location was great all covered walkways which makes it easy to get into the city on hot days
Perth holiday
Great spot close to everything. Awesome apartment.
This was our second stay at this hotel. It is very convenient for the CBD with friendly helpful staff who told us about the tree CAT buses in the city. An added benefit is the swimming pool which we used for a dip in the hot weather a couple of times. Works well for a visit to Perth and v convenient for the Convention Centre across the road.
We like the apartment which has the washing machine and the dryer so comfort to wash and dry clothes everyday. The apartment is very close to the train and bus stations so convenient to use the public transport. Overall we had a good time to stay at Adina Apartment Hotel.
Everything was alright until the checkout day. Two guys from the front desk lied in the front of my face about name change request on invoice. The Indian duty manager on night shift and An Luu were probably only people with integrity at this Aparthotel.
Adina was very convenient to the transit system. Rooms were cleaned regularly and management was helpful.
This is a good choice if you are staying in Perth. Centrally located it has a range of amenities. Please note only the one room apartments have laundry facilities but there is an excellent laundrette in West Perth. Helpful and friendly staff.
Great location, great amenities, neat and tidy.
The Adina is very conveniently located and the staff very friendly and helpful. The property itself is a bit tired and could do with a bit of love, particularly in the bathrooms which show signs of mould and rust.
Was a great mainly. Very clean pool was great. Spa was not working nor communication and it was a bit weird that house keeping was cleaning our room while we were sleeping. Other than that was great
Great location. Safe and easily walkable with plenty of transportation options nearby.
Great location. Easy access to the CBD and surrounding suburbs. Main reception parking was limited and someone had blocked the driveway causing a delay to our entry. The main (paid) carpark was very small but adequate and was $30 a night (not mentioned in the initial booking detail anywhere) and the exit was not automated instead each time a push on the intercom was required. A tad antiquated for 2023. Room was a decent size/layout but the bathroom was tired/old and the vanity doors were slightly damaged, otherwise satisfactory. We had to request another frying pan as the one in the room had a damaged surface - was replaced straight away with no issues. Staff including the manager on duty were polite and very helpful. Overall a good stay and would return again. Thank you.
Good hotel with facilities for longer stays.
We were very happy with our room and the service provided by friendly, professional staff. The pool area needs upgrade - broken tiles on spa floor and most tiles on back wall are missing. Pool deck needs refreshing too.
actually have mini bar and 24 room service
Great location and very friendly, efficient staff. Well worth a stay if you want to be close the city and river.
Comfortable and great location for PCEC
The Adina is a really nice apart-hotel handily located for the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre. I was fortunate enough to get a large top floor room which was really nice and had plenty of space. It had a large balcony along the length of the suite, with a view to the PCEC directly across the carpark. The Metro bar adjacent on the ground floor was great for lunch, dinner or drinks but for breakfast I found walking across the pedestrian bridges behind Adina towards St George's Terrace gave plenty of options.
Great facilities and easy walking distance to city
AC unit does not work and blows hot air so makes sleeping at night very difficult. Reception staff extremely rude.
Chose an updated room.
Not all rooms in the hotel are updated. I moved rooms twice, before settling-in: I chose the first room allocated as the second room was not updated, dark and didn't feel clean. The first room didn't have the view I wanted - though listed in their description; however, I was told they don't list the room view.
Great for business trip
Great set up and facilities in the room. Reasonably short and simple walk to the main streets and shops. Absolutely brilliant place to stay if you're attending a conference at the Convention Centre just adjacent. Gym and pool facilities also great, although air conditioner in the gym could have been a bit cooler!
The hotel staff and amenities were very good. The room we stayed 131 on the floor was noisy all night from a motor, or fan that did not stop, not a very good night's sleep.
It was an ok apartment. In our room, the air conditioner didn't work, and the oven wasn't working properly either.
Great location and friendly staff who were very helpful.
Not great!
We were going to stay for 5 night. 1st night with late arrival the aircon was not working. I complained the next day 4 times and i had a letter from maintenance that said was fix. (Was not fixed)! Then the manager said the place was full and could not be moved. Seems they expected for a 5 star hotel that it was appropriate. No offer of a fan or anything to help specifically with managers evolved.
Location to Perth Convention Centre
Close to convention Centre and City
Great property, would happily stary there again. Close to transport and a short walk to all the sites. Great room and the best pillows!
Very disappointed. What was advertised on the site was not what we experienced. It said there was a laundry, there isn’t supposedly. If you wanted bathroom supplies you had to go and ask at the front desk. We were expected to do this dishes which is fine, but no plug. Had to have exhaust fan on to use toaster, there was no exhaust fan. I definitely would not stay there again.
The only thing I didn't like was the operation of the air condition system. I could not alter the temperature. As I was only there for one night I didn't make a fuss as the property was very comfortable all round.
Good sized rooms with kitchen and laundry. Pool looked like it was mid renovation. Staff were helpful and friendly. Walk to shops downtown.
Good central location for city centre, transport and Kings Park. Clean roomy apartment.
So So
+ Large room and generally comfortable + Close to CBD - Water pressure/shower hopeless at peak hours - Two lifts only - long waits particular when one out of service - Key cards used for access everywhere but generally takes several attempts to get them working - Rooms facing Mounts Bay Road have noise from bus port - Advertised to have free on site parking - that is not the case it cost $35/d but generally not even available
Nice and quiet. Room could be cleaner.
Great place to stay. Excellent location and safe. Excellent customer service and restaurant very good
Fabulous location and excellent hotel apartments. Will definitely return.
Very close to Perth Convention Centre. Rooms tidy but pretty small.
Loved our upgrade, great location, quiet and private
Super convenient
Perfect family hotel
Best family hotel so far! Thanks for a great room, with a great courtyard, great gym, easy accessibility, beautiful location, comfy bed, yummy breakfast
Good central convenient location, easy parking,
The hotel apartment was spacious, high ceilings and large windows provided lots of light and relaxing feeling to the lounge area. Kitchen was had all the necessary implements and having a dishwasher is great for the clean-up after relaxing wine catch-ups with friends. Early evening was a little loud as other guests were getting ready for a night out. But largely late evenings are quiet. Blockout curtains in bedroom was wonderful for a sleep in. Minor scuffing on cabinetry doors and kitchen flooring in the suite we stayed in but I can understand there is natural wear and tear over time. Sadly the restaurant was not open so there was no room service available. Reception was kind enough to provide ice when requested. We would recommend and would make the choice to stay again.

The staff were exceptional! Every single member that we came across greeted us with a smile and a friendly hello. The room however was extremely disappointing! Desperately in need of some serious maintenance, repair, and updating. Dishwasher was old and starting to fall apart. Plug did not fit in kitchen sink. Couch was very worn, stained and uncomfortable. Beds were well past their replacment date, very uncomfortable!!! Shower pressure and temperature chopped and changed constantly and the plug hole in the bath was severely rusted. Extraction fan did not work. T.V.'s were also well past their replacement dates! I could go on and on.......
