Great location , very comfy bed and room was well equipped.
Found our second stay not as great as our first. Carpet stained, not as clean, and bed was hard.
Property spacious but lacked basic cooking equipment. Unit was not cleaned well enough on arrival and during stay.
Adina was central to Elizabeth Quay, Bell Tower,Perth Mint, Swan River. A blue cat bus was great to get to Kings Park and the Museum. Free busses are a bonus. Apartment was roomy and clean with a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Excellent kitchen facilities.
Close to Perth City
Basic but large rooms, semi equip kitchen, carpets old and room smell a little, opening windows helped daily. In centre of Perth City - walking distance to shops and hospitals
Great location
Nice central hotel/apartment
Highly recommend this hotel/apartment with the amenities provided and a walk to the main part of the city definitely will stay again when I'm in Perth
Old and tired property. Unsafe area, heckled every time we walk out the door. Washing machine didn’t work so had to move rooms. Shower in new room was a dribble but didn’t want to move again so put up with it for two weeks. Staff were friendly and helpful, the only good feature of this property.
Very close to everything. Good nightlife around also
The pavers out side on the foot path were uneven going to
Great place to stay highly recommend
Great place to stay
They are working hard to improve
A handy hotel in a run-down area of Perth. Staff were great but the hotel looked a bit tired.
Pleasant stay however bit noisy from Karaoke.
The location is perfect right in the middle of the CBD. The complex is nice and the rooms are neat and tidy and spacious with lots of storage and a little kitchenette. I stayed on the 3rd floor facing the street and as there is a bar downstairs which has open doors, it was quite loud and on a monday night they had a karaoke night, so make sure you ask for a higher room or a room away from the street if you need to rest. Music stopped around 10:30pm.
No parking!
For a 5 night stay, paper towel in the kitchen would have been nice, also one complimentary laundry soap. Also the windows were disgustingly filthy. Otherwise the room was good, staff very helpful (we had to ask for a second chair in the outside space but it was delivered very quickly). Location was excellent for transport and shopping. Thank you!
Bubbly Smiley staff greeting you ,,,very helpful Adina Hotel is my preferred Hotel it's convenient
Superb apartment to stay, close to everything
Friendly and helpful staff and excellent communication. Due to our granddaughter wedding,Hotel staff prioritised arrangement for early check in and we would like say Thank you and much appreciated.
Great location and amenities
Great place to stay close to what needed excellent customer service
We really liked the location-short walks to transportation, shopping, museums, dining, the Quay. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious, the in-room laundry was a bonus. Unfortunately, the room, carpets and furniture were worn and should be replaced soon. In addition, our balcony overlooked the parking area and a small roof which had had garbage (including a bottle of urine) tossed up onto it, so that was our view. Hotel staff said they couldn’t do anything about removing it, so we had to look at it for the duration of our 5-day stay. If we stayed there again I would request a room with a better view!
Air conditioner needs replacing as parts missing off it. Room smelt very stale. Shower wasn’t working properly
spacious, close to everything
Great property and staff were very helpful, especially Gautam at reception.
Great experience, nice apparent, in a great location, staff friendly and very helpful and all the amenities you need. Truly recommend.
I will NEVER ever go near this place again. Very poor communication from staff. Practically made to feel like an intruder. AC could not be made to cool on a very hot night. Bed mattress extremely hard and uncomfortable. Dirty corridor and room carpeting. Water leaking from refrigerator No parking available Elevators that went where they felt like it. Booking here was the worst mistake I can immediately remember. Completely and utterly ruined New Years' Eve for us. Left after 3 hours rather than spend the night that I had paid far too much for. Cannot adequately voice my disappointment and anger with the whole affair.
Cheap and Super-convenient.
Close to shopping area.Very large living room.
Truly great location
Really conveniently located hotel for transport, shopping, cafes. Easy walk to Perth Train Station, Murray and Hay Street malls, Barrack St jetty The apartments are well equipped. There's lots to like
Great location, needs an upgrade in some areas if the unit especially for the cost of it.
Fantastic. Close to everything
No wine as per booking. The beds are hard and single beds joined by sheets. Zero sleep! Fell between two songle beds. They do not have double or queen beeds. Only single beds which are pushed up against each other. I would never recommend anyone staying there. Aweful when you can sleep
Really appreciated how quiet our apartment was. Loved our stay!
Comfortable beds and a spacious apartment
After staying in other Adina's we were a little dissapointed with this one. The smell was as if the room was an ex smoking room and we got it when we first walked in. Otherwise it was good
Our studio apartment was roomy, very clean and the bathroom lighting was excellent.Bathroom had been updated. Kitchen facilities were basic but quite adequate with fridge, utensils and microwave. There were lots of small cafes and restaurants within close proximity of hotel. The carpet would need replacing in the near future but hotel is well aware of the need for some refurbishing.
Close to cultural centre. Safe and private.
Adina is an older hotel but has all the amenities we needed. It is very centrally located, only 1 minute from Hay Street mall. Compared to other hotels nearby, it is very affordable. Even though we arrived at 1 am, the night staff were friendly and helpful. We will stay there again for sure
A hidden gem
Staff were very friendly and helpful at check in. Room was a great size and loved it had a balcony. Nice central location. Would definitely recommend.
Adina staff where very accommodating to our needs and delays in our departure by alliwing us a further late ckeckout and providing some additional services at a smalll fee. They went above and beyond. Great service and staff were very good.
The room was dated however clean and tidy. Staff were pleasant and friendly. However the area around the hotel was particularly gross, lots of antisocial behaviour: yelling and swearing could be heard from the street and there was a fight which required the police 40 metres from the door to the hotel. It felt a little unsafe after dark. Not many restaurants or cafes within a close proximity, pretty much everything is shut on a Sunday and Monday evening. No room service available at the hotel
Great position - easy walk to harbour, Perth train station is very near. Helpful staff and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend your stay here / all mod cons in apartments with washing machine and dryer
Clean and comfortable
The hotel is easy to get to if you get the train from the airport. The welcome from the front desk was great, very friendly. The area can be a bit iffy with some homeless people sleeping on the street but they did not bother us. Very close to Mall with Woolworths and cafes. The free local bus stop just down the road. We didn’t have a car so being close to public transport made getting around easy. I felt we had good value.
Good location
Was central and close to public transport Plenty of room and clean Serviced and staff very friendly and met all our requests
Better than average
Great location, and good accommodation
Good location
In a great spot. Rooms are a little bit dated but a good size & comfortanle
Found the location very handy to rail and bus transport options. Shopping was right on the doorstep. There was little noise distubance - even on the night of the football derby.
Very handy to city centre. Staff very friendly and accommodating to our requests.
Disappointing
Staff were helpful and professional. The bathroom was reasonably renovated and clean. However, the 2-bedroom "Premier Grand" apartment was anything but. The dining set, lounges and carpet were stained and needed replacing 3 years ago. The apartment was musty and smelt with little opportunity to open windows to help. The kitchen cupboards and general layout was very impractical. Only 1 of the outdoor seats was unbroken. Had to request a second TV remote for the master bedroom. The lounge for a family of 4 is simply too small even though there is ample room for a larger suite. The surrounding area made us feel unsafe as, visiting a city, we were largely on foot. Several adult shops in the immediate surroundings and several groups of unfortunate people continually loitering around the entrance of the accommodation. Overall, could not wait to leave.
Difficult arrival
Very difficult start, found that the heating (aircon) did not work in my room. Waited a long time for maintenance and told nothing could be done. I had to ask for a heater, but was supplied a small, very old, low-quality appliance that was wholly inadequate for the large room. I asked for a second heater and was told that was not possible. I asked if there were any other solutions such as moving room. Staff were uncaring, unhelpful and rude (despite my patience). After several hours and the realisation I would FREEZE without better heating, I asked again. On this occasion a duty manager was called who said of course I could move rooms. Why this was not offered when first asked is unknown, but would have saved a lot of fuss and a lot of wasted time. Once the duty manager was involved, genuine, adequate care and respect was maintained - ASK FOR THE DUTY MANAGER FIRT TIME.
Party of 3 spent 2.5 weeks at the Adina in historic central Perth. Location was within close walking proximity to groceries, shopping, restaurants, Elizabeth Quay, theatre, museum, galleries, library and parks. Public transport was at the street. The area along and across the street from the building is lined with historic architecture however the storefronts are partially empty and a jumble of styles which disappointingly presents, as rundown. (Perth would do well to preserve the original facades of these historic buildings which in turn would improve the aparthotel’s location/value/cache significantly.) We required two bedrooms, two full ensuite bathrooms, a kitchen, laundry, and air con. The apartment was well furnished, beds were firm/comfortable, bed linens were quality grade cotton. Kitchen was well appointed with large/small appliances. Tea, coffee, sweeteners, and fresh cream for coffee were provided as were dishwasher detergent, dish soap, kitchen towels, and boutique bath soap/shampoo Side notes -oddly 2nd king bedroom didn’t have an exterior window; for light it had a wide sliding barn type door that opened onto the central living room and subsequent balcony doors -Washer/dryer were housed in the king ensuite closet -The shower head was adequate however, a shower wand should be a necessity for cleaning all hotel bath/showers -Carpet/furniture needed steam cleaning -Wall hooks or closet at the entry would be useful -Excellent staff, courteous and helpful!
I am very disappointed with the cleanliness of the property given the amount that i paid. The toilets were dirty. There was hair on the bath tub and the toilet. The sides of the toilet bowl were dirty with stains. The shower area was also dirty especially the wall and the grout. It wasn’t scrub & clean properly. The apartment was dark and not bright. They should consider the lighting. The comforter/duvet was also dirty. It was a bad experience. I wanted to check out early however after much consideration we chose to just suck it up and stay for convenience sake. The counter staff there were good and friendly. Location was also excellent.
Property is ok. The place is aging and the air conditioning and water pressure is failing. I checked into a room where the air cond heated regardless of how cold I set it. When showering, the water pressure would turn off and on constantly. I was allocated another room which was clearly a smoking room at some point. At least the air conditioning worked a little better but the water pressure was still an issues. The staff were excellent and always polite and helpful. Good stay for a few days but I would look for more modern options if you can afford it.
Would be nice the room equipped with bottle drink and toiletries.
The reception staff are amazing and very friendly and made the stay.
I was quoted a price and on my first morning they want to charge me more or move us to another room
Its been my 2nd stay with Adina,,heart in the city easy to shops restaurant public transport
The hotel is well situated on the non busy end of a main road leading to Elizabeth Quay. The dining and grocery options are excellent and within walking distance, as well as many POIs to visit. The hotel itself was fantastic. Our 2-bedroom apartment had a kitchenette and 2 bathrooms. We were greeted with a room upgrade and a complimentary wine. The staff were very friendly and happy to assist. The facilities include a pool, sauna, and a gym which were well maintained.
Helpful and friendly check-in.
Friendly check in staff who made our stay of differing nights for our party seamless and very helpful. Will definitely stay here. Next time I’m in Perth.
Next to Hay street mall
One block away from Hay street Mall, main shopping precinct, short walking distance to Barrack street jetty. Spacious fully equipped two bedroom apartment.
Short stopover
Pleasant place to stay
Tired in need of refurb.
Tired facilities in need of a refurb. Shower head and bath tap could only run together. Shower tiles had mouldy grout. Carpet was old and worn. Transition to tiles was by duct tape. Staff were friendly and helpful, no complaints there. Hotels.com offered gold member benefits that were neither offered or discussed.
Very close to train and bus station. Great location. A little dated. The pool area could do with some upgrading.
Too tired. Too expensive.
Property feature are of a normal expected standard, however i have scored low because for the price we paid it shoyld have been so much better. Property is tired and is need of refurbishment. Staff were excellent but the property condition lets them down. Not up to the usual Adina standard. I wont be back. Supposed to be a non smoking hotel but people smoking on neibouring balconies.
Good location for the train Standard aparthotel, but has the basics you need and a decent size room, close to centre of the city.
The reception staff were fantastic. Really helpful re travel arrangements and helping us to get to the places we wanted to go to. The gym and pool were under renovation when we were there. The room was fine. Carpet in the room probably could do with replacing.
Good
Was ok stay
Location was awesome, parking was great. The bed was comfortable, so some good things. The room had an awful smell every time we entered. We asked cleaning staff for air freshener or glen 20 and she didn’t have any, need to contact reception. So rooms arent being refreshed, carpets were grubby and kitchen tile floor was sticky sound every time you walked.
Review
Clean and comfortable friendly staff my only grumble was that despite signs informing not to eat drink or smoke around the pool area some others did so.
Nice staff and nice hotel, nightime security guard is very friendly and nice
Location
The partment and the gallery on the level the apartment was, was the smelliest that anything can be. However the check in staff and every other staff was very co-operative, courteous, patient and going beyond their means to assist. Just the condition of the property was the worst.
I liked the convenience to all I wanted around town. Close to transport, restaurants, shopping and sight seeing. I would stay there again in a heart beat..
Festival weekend away
The hotel/apartments are currently under renovation but they are managing it well
Very nice apartment, and very spacious with everything you need. All kitchen appliances, cutlery, crockery, washing machine and dryer. Free wifi. beds were very comfortable. Apartment was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartments are very close to the CBD and marina areas, museum and art gallery, and 2 shopping malls just a few minutes walk.
It was a good stay. Convinient location, good property
Not so great
Probably wouldn't stay again ... the carpet and curtains were really old and outdated. There was a distinct unpleasant odour. It is just old and needs major updating.
Great accessibility to public transport and food from this location, everything in walking distance.
Helpful, friendly staff. Very clean room. Great amenities. Very well located near malls, public transport and arts precinct.
The room had a bit of a funky smell, I believe this was coming from the bathroom. The shower was also very noisy. The venue appears to be quite run down and needs a makeover
Fantastic spot area right in C.B.D staff were very friendly and helpful. Only thing is master bedroom bathroom needs a better clean of tiles in shower needed new tiolet seat and not clean in tiolet. Jug leaked sane with washing machine but staff came up to fix problem straight away. House keeping was done everyday which was Fantastic. Great on balcony to enjoy at end of each day plenty space .
Fathers Day
Excellent Saturday night to celebrate with friends and Father’s Day
The unit is just nice to meet our needs.
Easy to find. Close to everything.
Close to public transport
Walking distance is good for all things in the city.
Very welcoming staff, our room was ready on time. The room was spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable and shower pressure just right with lots of hot water. We have no hesitation recommending this property.
The location was very convenient and staff were helpful. I felt a little unsafe in the foyer when people wandered in off the street and also hung around out front. Our room was very spacious but there was a very distinct constant smell of something that seemed like it was used to disguise a worse smell. The wall connection for the TV in the living room kept breaking. Lastly, the couch was too small I think. We stayed 4 nights so spent a fair amount of money … the smell was the worst thing for me. Luckily could open doors and windows to let in some fresh air.
The spacious 2 bedroom apartment met or exceeded all our expectations. The fully equipped kitchen enabled us to cook meals. Supermarket just around the corner and 24/7 convenience store on the corner.
Enjoy staying here everytime!
Staff were great
Parking on site limited, so book in advance. Otherwise nearby Wilson and CPP carparks but not so convenient. Was assisted however withe unloading and loading car. Thanks for great stay.
For a top of the range apartment it did not make it Quite austere with an air conditioner with the front vents missing, a disgraceful remote & a rusty unit on the verandah I will say that the check in was dxcellent
HOTELS, really good, and the room was very nice. I like division
Great apartment hotel in the heart of Perth CBD. Well equipped kitchen.
I think the lifts may be due for service.

Fantastic location right in the heart of the city — walking distance to cafes, restaurants, bars, and a supermarket. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with great city views, a balcony, full kitchen, laundry, and a generously sized bathroom. Ideal for a comfortable and convenient stay!
