Nice view
Please fix your electrical problems and hire new people to clean. The floor was dirty everyday during our stay.
Relatively good location with proximity to train station and some good options around the property. Would have been better if the amenities for the kitchen is improved with cleaning cloth, kitchen paper….nevertheless, it’s a good property for family stay
Amazing views
Beautiful hotel, spacious apartment on 24th floor with sweeping views of Munich. Wide variety of food choices right outside the door and train station nearby. Will definitely recommend.
The room we had with a balcony was excellent! We loved all the amenities!
Highly recommend staying at Adina! It’s nested inside a cool business area with plenty of food options (visit Tasca across the street for authentic tapas!) and several coffee shops. Just a couple of blocks from the train station that can get you into the city centre in just five minutes, access to many many train lines, and easy access from the airport. We felt very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are perfect, the kitchenette is well equipped and came in good use. Even has a laundry machine.
Hallo Munich
First stay in our entire Germany trip… nice and clean accommodation….. staff was friendly and helpful.
Excelente hotel. Metro quase ao lado. Piscina e academia excelente. E uma vista maravilhosa!!!
Nice hotel
Hotel is in great location,3 min walk to train station.Comfortable beds, nice shower, good pod coffee machine.Reception staff friendly.Would stay again was a pleasant hotel.
Excellent staff, clean hotel and all around great experience!
Perfect Stay in Munich!
My husband and I came from America to visit Germany and chose this hotel. The rooms have a luxury feel and are very clean. The bathrooms are really nice and equipped with a wonderful shower and plenty of space to put your toiletries out. The cleaners come every 3 days to clean up and provide new towels and anything else you need. The indoor pool and sauna were great considering we were here in the winter. This area of Munich is Uber friendly and it is very easy to get around the city. There is a Christmas festival here that started November 15th right around the corner that was really cool. There are also tons of very modern restaurants within walking distance with people out and about. Overall the area felt very safe. We originally booked for 6 nights but needed an additional 2 nights due to a flight cancelation. Melanie at the front desk was EXTREMELY helpful. Not only was she able to give us the additional 2 nights but we were also allowed to stay in the same room. Her kindness and patience was much appreciated.
It is not acceptable not clearing the trash bin and not replace the clean towels for 4 days during my stay. It is difficult for me to return to this hotel.
Great location, beautiful room, great amenities
Liked the views, room was nice, breakfast varied and tasty.
Very happy for everything
Reception staff were rude and unhelpful, but place is nice.
Amazing property! The hotel is located a quick 4 minute walk from the train Ostbahnhof station which has direct lines to and from the airport (MUC) as well as to the city center of Munich & Oktoberfest. Very safe and quiet hotel. Nice staff. Stunning views from the room, lobby, dining area, gym, & terrace (mountain views). The restaurant had the BEST latte I’ve ever had (highly recommend). Room was awesome for 3 people (king bed & pull out couch), had a great view of the city, spacious, and kitchenette with large fridge was very handy. I highly recommend staying here. Very easy to use the train system as tourists, and is a main station for many different train lines. I am looking forward to coming back again and having a latte at the hotel restaurant. 11/10 recommend staying here
Amazing stay, incredible staff, beautiful accommodations.
Property was very modern and well equipped, room had everything we needed. It was close to transportation and restaurants. Was very happy with our selection.
Hotel was located near the train and subway station so it was easy to get around. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was smaller than expected. The studio room is a better option.
Would stay again
Fantastic location two blocks from the Ostbahnhoff train station that is a main hub to get everywhere. It is also right next to a giant farris wheel that is always lit, so if you get turned around, it is an easily seen landmark to get you home. The room we had was very spacious with a separate sleeping and sitting area. It also had a small kitchenette with convection oven/microwave and small all-in-one washer/dryer unit. Check in was very easy and for us, English was no problem. The location again was perfect that allowed us to easily get to Salzburg, and the main tour bus area. We also had several amazing Bavarian meals at local restaurants with virtually no tourists which was fantastic. Highly recommended and we will stay here again for our next trip to Munich.
One of my favorite hotels of all time: thoughtful layout of rooms, beautiful views, great access to public transit via Ostbahnhof and perfectly friendly staff. Love it!
Good and bad for us
The hotel room was clean. We paid for 3 days at the front desk on the first day, had an emergency that required we leave the next day, the hotel refused to refund us any of the next 2 days. Not the kind of service I would like and won't be using this one agian.
I really liked how convenient the train station was. It made getting around so easy. We also liked how many restaurants were around.
This hotel is great if you are using trains. Not if you want to just walk Munich. House keeping was terrible and someone came into our room randomly. We didn’t feel safe. The area is a big party area of very loud at night. Would not recommend for families even if it has a washer in the room. Sheets were scratchy and AC worked part time.
The apartment is fairly spacious, on high floor and has good view. Location wise, it is a 15-20 mins walk from the train station, no shelter. Apartment is not well kept, dusty. We booked for 4pax, and apartment did not prepare for 4pax including not providing towels. Had to call up housekeeping in evening to set-up the sofa bed, and ask for 4 bathing towels. Not worth the money spent.
It was easy to check in and close to an Sbahn and Ubahn station. There are some clubs nearby that you can slightly hear but it wasn’t bad and only Friday/Saturday nights. The room was very spacious and the washer/dryer was nice to have.
Great place to stay.
Amazing views. Beautiful room. Goats and chickens on the roof of the building across. What more can you ask for.
Very nice property. Comfortable stay.
Very clean. Large rooms. Front desk staff unfriendly. We asked that no one enter room to clean and this request was ignored. Washer inside room did not work and staff was not helpful in resolving the issue. When maintenance worked on washer they left parts loose in the floor and never told us someone was going to be in the room working on it. I walked in the room with my mother after breakfast and a man was in the floor working on the washer after I specifically asked them not to. Horrible communication. The restaurant staff was the most friendly. Would not stay her again.
Close to major train station
Lovely room with great facilities. However we stayed over a hot weekend (30 degrees) and the air con was inadequate, maintenance measured the temp at 26-36 degrees in various parts of our room. Air con apparently working fine, just too weak to make more difference. At night, it was too noisy with night clubs until 2-3am to open the windows, a d air con went onto low Dane option automatically.
Modern apartment with good amenities, convenient location to train.
Great location close to Ostbahnhof. If arriving via Ostbahnhof you can walk the tunnel underneath the train platforms which brings you out on Friedenstrasse (by Burger King). From there it is only 2 blocks away next to the ferris wheel. The hotel is modern and clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and sauna. Rooms are cleaned every 3 days and if you run out of anything (coffee pods, etc.) reception is very helpful. Lots of amenities nearby. We bought groceries at Edeka and Lidl by the main entrance Ostbahnhof and DM in the station for toiletries, etc. The area right by the hotel is vibrant, has a lot of food options, bars, bakeries, etc. Downsides were that we could hear some noise from the clubs in the area and the AC did not seem to work very well (centrally controlled maybe?) Overall though we really enjoyed our time at this hotel and we would stay here again
Amazing views and great facilities
We had an amazing view over the train station and the city centre. Nice large dining table and everything we needed in the kitchenette. Really nice shower, clean and stylish decoration. Super comfy bed. We loved the pool and enjoyed using the gym and sauna. The noise from the nightlife below was a little annoying on Friday and Saturday night, but the air conditioning provided white noise to cover the bass and occasional shout/cheer. We couldn't hear anything from neighbours and the trains were quiet with the windows closed, so overall it was peaceful at night. We loved looking out at the chickens and sheep grazing on the roof below!
Great place to stay, Munich East railway station very close by
Nice apartment hotel. Very accommodating staff.
Awesome hotel
We chose this location because of its location, amenities, and for a home base that we’d love to come back to every night. We could not have been more happy!
Hotel is new, great facilities, convenient, close to train station
Incredible view, responsive staff nice place, close to train st
excellent all around
excellent hotel. very clean. massive rooms. excellent views.
It was a pleasant stay. Nice ammenities.
will definitely consider this hotel when we return
newly developed part of town. 10mins by car to marienplatz. parking is onsite. food at the resto is very good but choices are few. Hotel feels new and just beside the ferris wheel.
Cleaning every third day unless saying you want it more frequently is poor
The stay is in a great location to bahnhof. Staff is great also.
Great hotel/great amenities/lively bar and restaurant on the weekend. Pricey food at restaurant but great service and pretty good food. Room was great. Washer/dryer did what we needed. Gorgeous views from the room/lobby/bar/restaurant. Felt removed from the center of Munich but otherwise wonderful.
Besides our toilet not working for over a day with multiple conversations with the front desk and not being aware that they only clean the rooms every 3 days, the hotel was very nice. Great bar & restaurant on site with many other dining options right next door. Close to metro & very easy to navigate.
Wonderful Experience
Had a wonderful experience! Hotel staff upon check-in were very pleasant and welcoming. Hotel was very nice, great food, and amenities & facilities. Great location with all the activities in the area!
Being from the US we didn’t know how to get to and from the train stations. We walked a very long way around the first time. The second we took a taxi. The third time a taxi driver told us we could connect to the hotel from the train station with a very short walk and go through the tunnel. Would have been nice to know from the staff. Also the door to the pool you have to be observant. I’ve never seen some weird push button you have to push after you use your hotel card. Other than that the stay was fantastic. Accommodations great. Food a bit pricey and not a lot of it, but it was delicious.
Room facility is good but no room clean for 4 nights stay. We asked for many times but there was only one coming at 7pm for the last night. Will not choose the hotel for the next trip.
After recently spending 8 nights here, I would not return to this property or recommend it to others. The hotel appears lovely enough, but the details made it unpleasant. We traveled with our 2 children (18 and 20), and requested connecting rooms upon booking months ago. We did not receive connecting rooms, and our second room was on a different floor. After expressing my displeasure, we were given a second room on the same floor. This was still very inconvenient for many reasons. Also, the second room had clearly been smoked in by the previous renter. We complained to the desk and were told someone would come with an”special spray”. The spray didn’t work, and we bought a bottle of Febreeze at the store which we emptied in the room, and it didn’t help. This meant all our luggage and clothes had to be kept in our other room to prevent them from smelling of smoke. One of our rooms did not get cleaned after the first 3 nights, and we had to complain 3 times to finally get housekeeping to clean our room, which wasn’t done until the fifth day. The bed sheets were not changed out our entire stay. As others stated, noise is a big issue from the clubs and construction, which is no fault of the hotel. Some front desk staff were friendly, but others were not and were borderline rude. Prior to this stay, we stayed at the Adina Stuttgart, and I can’t say enough good things about that location. The Adina Munich could not have been more different.
All good but the very loud music of their restaurant till 2/3am was too much
Fun hotel, close to subway station. Loved the large rooms, equipped with laundry and kitchenette. The pool and rooftop terrace was lovely. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay here. Wished the weather was a bit better for us, but that’s not the hotels fault!
Hotel staff were amazing, bartender was even better. Rooms were spacious and clean. Wished we had more time to explore the city during our trip.
Was not informed at check in that housekeeping is not on a daily basis.
Not worth the money
Got to hotel looked lovely, found condom wrappers in room, asked for a clean went out for a few hours came back and no clean! Disappointing for the money, only changed the towels once in 5 days after being asked
The room was very nice and had everything we needed!
Great hotel, comfortable room, good location
The staff were attentive and friendly. They made our stay very comfortable.
Good hotel
Very good!
Beautiful property! Lots of dining options right outside of hotel, pool/spa area was incredible, room was well appointed and clean, rain shower was great! Parking garage close by.
Centrally located but car or transportation needed. Nice hotel. Great breakfast. Parking on site 60 euros
Lots of food options within walking distance.
Super fun and pretty hotel
Very chic and modern and the room was so big it felt like your own apartment. The property is quite pretty and even had life music in the bar when we arrived with beautiful night views. Having a washing machine in the room was a huge bonus. We also loved the most sauna room in the wellness center. We stayed two nights and liked our hotel. One note is that hotel is in a sort of gentrified area so it is really chic and has lots of nightlofe right near it but the area feels slightly dingey. Not dangerous by any means though so it was fine for us. The train right to. Munich center was just 15 minutes. Recommended!
Good stay
Friendly front desk and quiet, clean and near to station
Great place
Fabulous place to stay and lovely clean modern room. Definitely recommend to anyone and will be back
Munched in Munchen
Staff very friendly and the hotel was very clean and modern. We had a room on the 24th floor and the view was fantastic. The hot water stopped working in the morning on most mornings. There was a fire alarm just as we were about to leave one day - had to walk down 24 floors of stairs to get out. Our electronic key cards would only work for a day - constantly had to return to reception to re- activate them. Other than that, very nice hotel stay. Liked that it was close to the Munchen OST train station which made for easy transportation.
A not-so-hidden Gem
For the last couple of years, we have stayed at Adina without giving it a second thought. It feels like home away from home, so much so that we have a favourite room type and the staff always obliges us by making it possible for us to stay in the same rooms. The location is perfect as transport to and from the city is available with ease. The hotel is located in a tall building with breathtaking views of Munich. The bar and restaurant are amazing as are the city views, hospitality and food. The staff is super polite. I have nothing but praise for this little gem - I cannot say 'hidden gem' as this one is pretty much visible from a distance.
Woken up at 3am by a fire alarm. Couldn’t sleep due to the loud noise from the clubs nearby. No apology or communication issued regarding the fire alarm as well. Staff were rude as well. Besides that, the room is nice and spacious but will not be coming again
Need to be aware there are night clubs close to the hotel. One venue pumps up the music to maxium and goes till 5am on both Saturday and Sunday mornings. This penetrates right through the hotel walls. My corner studio was lovely. The restaurant, bar and staff all good. Couldn't give a higher rating due to the noise promlem.
Awesome stay
The amenities were nice, and the people were kind.
New hotel in an area close to transportation and dining options.
Great place to stay in Munich!
Very good , at reception we were informed that breakfast was included only to be denied at the resturant
Very disappointed in management. We booked a room with 2 beds. The pictures clearly showed a foldout couch and said room was for 3 people. They charged extra for the extra person. They also charged an extra $50 for another person in our party saying they needed an upgrade to check in early. I feel mgmt was just looking to upcharge everyone
Loved our stay at Adina - we will be back!
Very clean and luxurious property and 5 min walk to the train station. The in-suite laundry was very useful for us. The only downside is the area which is more of a business district, so those on vacation looking for tourist attractions (which was my trip purpose) may want to consider a different location. This was not a big deal since the train station is so close.
Would absolutely recommend! Great hotel with fantastic views. 5 minute walk to the train. Close to amenities!
Good
Very nice rooms, plenty of space
Awesome stay! Would definitely stay here again.
Perfect for Munich
We stayed in a sky terrace room. It was quiet, spacious and had a great view. I enjoyed being able to see the "famous sheep" on the rooftop next to ours. It was also great being so close to one of the main train stations in town. The reception staff was great and helped us consolidate two bookings upon check-in so that we didn't have to change rooms during our stay. They also helped us print out a few tickets that we needed for activities. There were couple of minor things that I noticed were that we sometimes had to reconnect to the Wi-Fi multiple times. I also had some difficulties with the espresso machine in the room, but I think that is more user error since we don't typically have those in the United States.
Boutique hotel, but if you want to sleep at night, not for you. Noisy!
Perfect Munich Stay
Beautiful city view from the sky terrace room. We also got to see the "famous" goats that are on the nearby roof. We decided to extend our stay after the initial booking, and booked a cheaper room class. Upon check-in though the staff member was able to let us stay in the same room for all 6 nights. The public transit was very easy to access. Lovely bars nearby that weren't too loud for us.
I don't think I have ever stayed in a hotel and never heard a neighbor. We did not hear doors closing, people talking or staff and cleaning people in the hallways. Anything we asked for was provided quickly. Everyone was attentive and polite. The train station was just two blocks away. I usually like to stay closer to the city, but with Octoberfest it was not possible. We had no problem getting around from the train and underground station. I would highly recommend the Adina.
Odd location. Felt like I was in the middle of a development area. However the Ferris wheel was nearby also convenient to the Ostbahnhof. There was a entertainment venue nearby which was noisy till about 4am.
Good place to stay. Best value.
The A/C didnt fully work in the property. Also, I stayed 6/7 days but not sure whose fault it was, but was told that I would not be charged for the last day. I still was charged for the last day. I did like that the staff was friendly.
On weekends, you can still hear the beat from street music at night even though the rooms are soundproof. The UBahn is farther away than it looks on the map, 8 to 10 minutes walking. Tiny kitchen without microwave. Other than that, great staff. great views. We were on 18th floor. Good sauna, pool, and bar. Next to the Ferris wheel there is a break in the fence and you can walk over to Rewe market 3 blocks away to buy any groceries you need.
The apartments are great and the bar at the restaurant as well. I want with my 8 year old son and he loves the pool but the pool area is now frequented by groups of 20-30 years olds drinking, mostly glass bottles which are then left standing by the pool. Therefore I cannot recommend this hotel as a family hotel any more. However if you are going with a group of friends, it is great. The area has lots to offer for going out and eating out. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Perfect!
Perfect hotel - will definitely stay again!
Everything great
The breakfast staff; specially the ones in charge of the eggs, were the best. The parking was a bit complicated but the reception team always very helpful
First, I thank all the hotel staff for their cooperation and kindness. As for the room, it is very clean and comfortable, of excellent size, and the view was beautiful. The hotel is beautiful and has all the services that the guest needs. It is close to the train station, about 5 minutes walking. Finally, I highly recommend it.

Great stay
My studio room was very spacious. Clean space and a stocked kitchenette which was nice. I was on the 21st floor and had great views of the city. The hotel is in a very cool area with a lot of food shops/restaurants and outdoor seating. There's a ferris wheel right next to the hotel that gives you even more views of the city. Transportation is super convenient with the Ostbanhof nearby; it's only a 5 minute walk.

Modern, Convenient Hotel with Excellent Service
A newly built high-rise hotel that is clean and conveniently located within walking distance of the train station. Our initial room was next to the rooftop bar, and it was quite noisy. However, the hotel staff were very accommodating and promptly moved us to a quieter room away from the bar.
