Gorgeous old building in a great central location for the CBD. Staff were excellent. A very comfortable stay.

Great size rooms with lovely high ceilings. Carpets could do with being replaced. Pool, gym and sauna all good.

Definitely recommend. Stayed in 2x Studio apartments. Rooms were clean, shower hot, quiet location, balcony overlooking the courtyard, pool and gym were in excellent condition. Surrounding area felt safe. Would highly recommend.

I always look for an Adina hotel because they are very reliable. Our one bedroom suite was spacious, comfortable and well equipped as they usually are, and it was conveniently located. The old Treasury building is very attractive and the internal courtyard a peaceful oasis. The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here.

Great location and quiet rooms

A very pleasant stay in a spacious studio. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the courtyard. The only negatives were the carpet looked a little tired in places and the mattress could do with changing. Found it a bit flat on the sides while still firm in the middle.

Adina apartments are close to the Central Market & Chinatown which makes sourcing items for your apartment easy. Both the tram & buses leave just around the corner. You can also easily walk to Rundle Mall for shopping, breakfast or lunch. If you’re a senior make sure ti get the metro card from the tourist information centre just behind Adina. Parking is easy at the nearby parking station. Make sure to get a card from the staff so that the parking is cheaper. The apartment we had was clean and comfortable with everything you can possibly need. You do hear some street noise but you are staying in the city so it’s to be expected. We loved the pool and spa. We had a fantastic stay & would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Room looking a bit tired

The Adina in Adelaide is a good, central place to stay in a cool old building with lots of character. We found that it was a really good location to access the transportation that we needed to get around town. The area was safe although I wouldn't classify it as a spectacular location. It met our needs nicely. As with all Adinas, this one had a kitchen so that we were able to cook a lot of our own meals and easily store food for snacks. This one also had a washer and dryer in the suite which was helpful for us as we were in the middle of a long trip. I thought that the housekeeping wasn't great. The carpeted floors seemed to be in need on a good vacuuming and the kitchen wasn't outstanding in the cleanliness department. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay and we found that the front desk staff was really helpful. I also liked the onsite courtyard and the lap pool downstairs!

Nice hotel, needs a refresh though.

A nice two bedroom apartment with two king beds and a kitchen. Plenty of dishes and crockery, a kettle, toaster and pod coffee maker and a dishwasher, fridge and microwave. Unfortunately we weren't there long enough to make full use of the apartment. Good shower pressure, comfortable beds. Not super keen on the ground floor apartment - it felt dark and the many of the shutters were broken so didn't stay open sufficiently in the morning to let light in. Recommend requesting an upper floor apartment maybe. The premises is looking a little tired though - swelling and pain damage on bathroom doors and carpet looks aged. Nice location in the city of Adelaide though and because we got in just as the kitchen was closing, the bar man gave us a great recommendation for dinner nearby.

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Very well located which is important when you don't have a car. The restaurant and bar was great and we happily invited our Adelaide family to join us several times.

Great stay

The Adina is centrally located in the CBD across from a lovely square. Trams and busses are nearby. There are plenty of restaurant and coffee nearby. The hotel has a central courtyard with rooms around the perimeter. The hotel is older but well kept.

As it was the old Treasury Building and steeped in history it had a wonderful atmosphere. Would definitely stay there again. Apartment had nothing lacking. Perhaps a stronger light in bathroom or a shaving mirror. Nothing else. Don’t think I’ve ever reviewed a place so highly.

This is a very well appointed and conveniently located property. Staff were quite helpful. Only complaints are we had a room looking at a wall about 10 feet away, no view at all. I’ve come to believe that is what they assign when you book through a site such as Expedia. The other complaint is the fee you pay to settle the bill with a credit card; that I know understand is commonplace in AUS but had I known I might have opted to have the room prepaid before we arrived.

We booked this on the fly and were pleasantly surprised. Beautiful old building. Lovely king sized bed. We would stay there again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay at Adina. When we entered our room it was nicely air conditioned and comfortable, blinds were open letting in a lot of natural light which was lovely. Our room had a microwave, toaster, kettle and oven which all worked perfectly well and meant we could cook a meal in our room for one of the nights. We had planned a day trip to Glenelg on one of the days and reception were kind enough to loan us 2 MetroCards (with credit) which are required to catch the Tram, Bus, or Train in Adelaide (can also use CreditCard) The reception staff were very attentive and welcoming. We had run out of tea bags in our room, I called reception and within 2 minutes one of the kind reception staff was at the door delivering more tea bags. This was very much appreciated. Also asked for 2 robes and were delivered these without any hesitation. We made use of the swimming pool, spa, sauna and gym on each of our nights stay and all facilities weee kept clean and working. The gym was the highlight for me. Had exactly the equipment I liked to use. Rundle mall is a 5-7 minute walk with plenty of shops and eateries and supermarkets. Thanks for making our 1st trip to Adelaide so comfortable. Would recommend Adina to any future travellers.

A very comfortable, spacious, quiet, well located place to stay in central Adelaide in a beautiful old heritage building. Close to Adelaide markets, lots of restaurants and Rundle Mall shopping. Very comfy bed and pillows, separate sitting area, kitchenette and laundry were all appreciated.

Great overnight stay

Only one night but the person on reception helped us choose a dinner venue, which was most appreciated. The apartments are a lovely place to stay.

Comfortable and surprisingly quiet. Washer n dryer in apartment was put to good use 🙂. Staff interactions were universally excellent. Very convenient/walkable. Bonus .. stop right outside the door for free downtown loop bus service.

Disappointed that hotel would not upgrade our apt for Gold Expedia member. Excuse was that there was none available even though there were 2 available and 6 the next day. Stuck us in a small apartment with view of back walls of buildings and they said that this was the quiet part of the hotel!!

Very central. Short walk to Adelaide Central Market & Chinatown. Also 10 minutes walk to Rundle Mall.

It’s so convenient. Plus the swimming pool, Sauna and Spa. The reception is very friendly. All is great. Will come back next time.

We had a lovely overnight stay at the Adina. We were able to check in early which was a bonus. The room was very clean and spacious. The pool and spa area were great. Would definitely stay again!

Central but dated

Very dated room and long black hairs behind the bathroom door and all over the walls - defo not mine! Loose kitchen taps. Nice pool, central hotel but needs someone to do some basic maintenance and pre arrival checks on cleanliness of rooms

Classy hotel

Beautiful old building with generous rooms. Dinner was delicious and the staff were professional, quick and friendly. Would recommend for a central stay.

Room and facilities were good and beautiful building. Just wish it didn't have carpet but that is a personal preference as i find rooms without cleaner.

Location is convenient yet quiet enough. Spacious room and a lovely building to stay in. The best part of the stay is the friendly staff, they were super helpful! Definitely recommend to anyone heading to Adelaide for a visit.

Loved staying here felt really comfortable in the room bed was great the best sleep we had all holiday. Would love to come again. The restaurant was top notch food and beverage selection with a cute bar to the side.

Absolutely loved staying here! Staff were fantastic. Friendly, welcoming, professional, and extremely helpful! Apartment was clean and comfortable with all of the modern conveniences and comforts of a home away from home. Nice lap pool, spa, sauna, and highly functional gym! The building itself is an amazing piece of Adelaide history with some very cool hidden features, such as the old tunnels under the building that are accessible for guests to explore via the basement, the old treasury cabinet room is full of interesting historical artifacts and displays some incredible architectural features of the period. Absolutely loved it and would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Adelaide!!

3 night stay

Excellent in every way. We had a 1 bedroom apartment. It was spacious with everything we needed. Lovely toiletries and shower. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Check in was very accommodating and we were given a beautiful quiet room as requested

The hotel and rooms were glorious and a generous size. All room amenities were high quality and we loved the easy access to the shops and surrounding restaurants. The only downside was the car parking as a little walk to and from the hotel but it was safe and easily accessible 24/7 to get the car in and out as often as required.

This is an amazing apartment /hotel. Room 64 has an outdoor balcony & the location of the hotel is so convenient to Victoria Sq. Everything you want to see & do in Adelaide is close. The apartment itself is spacious , full kitchen, living room, laundry . I cannot rate it highly enough

Hotel is amazing. We had a very spacious room that included a kitchen, sitting and eating area, and laundry facilities. Very convenient location downtown. If I’m ever back in Adelaide I would stay here again.

Historically Significant

Interesting layout, great courtyard and restaurant, levels and layers of interconnected historical buildings. Very interesting experience. Neat, tidy, well decorated for the holidays.

The reception team at Adina were outstanding. We truly felt cared for from the first interaction to the last. Kind and helpful they set the stage for a fabulous stay. Thank you very much. Adina is the perfect location close to trams, markets and the CBD. And easy trip from the airport and easy tram to the beaches.

We wanted a quiet comfortable place for my daughter to have a big study weekend and the Adina Treasury was perfect. The staff looked after us by giving us exactly what we needed - peace and quiet and they also were very kind in the one bedroom apartment they allocated us.

Always stay at Adina

We always love our stays at Adina as it’s a lovely building has a heated pool, the staff are great and friendly and location is ideal. The only criticism this last stay was that the rooms were not cleaned very well and restocking of minibar. Bathrooms not being cleaned every day is a downer for us. Floors were not cleaned at all.

Everything about this stay was wonderful. Excellent hotel apartments.

The building is absolutely magnificent, you can feel the status and history oozing through the walls. A truly wonderful property.
