Great service and staff

Staff was very friendly and helpful in shipping two boxes to Cambodia

Great location and super nice people, particularly the breakfast girls. The pool was being worked on while I was there. But it was rainy season, so there wasn't much you could do up there. One heads up, take your ipad with you because the tv only gets one channel. But there is a lot to do around Da Nang.

Perfectly nice hotel rooms. Pool on top floor was a wasteland, might be in un-used winter mode? Empty Lots outside the hotel are graffitied and fulk of rubbish. Beach, food, shopping all in easy walking distance, plenty to do. Beach is great.

Room booked through Expedia had no view at all. Blank Wall. Had to pay extra for an room with a view. Will not use Expedia again due to getting room without a view even though room description says "window". Might as well talk to the hotel direct.

The breakfast buffet was full of options with perfect staff which was ready to go up and beyond to make sure youvare happy...and the tv reception in the rooms was excellent and really made my stay there unforgettable. Also the hot water for the shower was as good as any of the best places in the world. It's also a very close walk to the beach which is beautiful. The staff was very polite and extremely willing to help out whenever needed. I wish I was rich enough to have tipped all the staff $5 just to show them how good of a job they were doing. Especially the ladies helping out at the breakfast buffet. They all deserve to be tipped by everyone who eats there every morning.

Clean rooms with beautiful city view. Great breakfast buffet No hot water sometimes. Shower area is too small. Water from the shower heads spattered everywhere and pooled up in the bathroom. Lights in the bathroom are too dim. My husband could not shave as a result.

Nice stay in Da Nang!

The breakfast buffet was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. It's in a good location, there are a couple of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The only negative thing is about the prices for transportation services (to the parks, airport, etc), it's cheaper if you get a grab ride. Really nice hotel!

Pros: Nice hotel, near My Khe beach. Clean rooms. AC works very well. Rooftop pool and bar are as advertised. Cons: Located on busy street - market across the road plays loud music. Fewer restaurants nearby that further south in My An. During my stay, cigarette smoke would occasionally enter my room from other guests smoking against the rules. The staff tried to help, but it was hard to communicate with some in English.

Just Right for a Night (or two)

Really enjoyed our night here, great rooftop pool and the view was stunning. Fair prices for food and beverages. Taxi drivers know the hotel, and the location is close to a lot, including a great stretch of beach. We would stay here again no question.

Adaline is a clean, friendly hotel near the beach in Danang. Service was great, hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. We arrived early, but were allowed to check in, and a child's crib was available. The room is small, but for the price, it was a great value. The location is good, right across from the beach. Breakfast buffet was good.

Adaline Hotel had given me a remarkable memory with the following good impressions: - Location: 290m away or just 5min walk to the beautiful My Khe beach. Accessible to many seafoods restaurants, convenient stores and pubs. 35min to Hoi An city by Hoi An express MPV (VND 110,000 per pax) and 16min to Da Nang Airport by taxi (VND 100,000 per taxi). 10min taxi ride to the Han wet market (VND40,000). 15min to Lady Buddha - Stabding Kwang Ying by taxi (VND100,000). Excellent location! - Room: Modern, spacious, clean, comfortable, simple yet Functionable. - Breakfast: Delicious Vietnamese foods, nice coffee and breads. - Service: Staff are polite, friendly and always with smile. - Overall: Great hotel! It was a 5 minute walk to the beach with many restaurants close by. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

Good location for the value

Great boutique hotel that is well located just 300m from the beach. This hotel has everything you need from a large comfy bed, rooftop pool, clean shower, excellent breakfast and friendly staff. The price was amazing and so cheap for an exceptional stay, I cannot fault this hotel. Truely a gem in Danang without the big price tag.

Convenient Position near the Beach

The hotel was in a side street near to My Khe beach. The hotel room was very clean and pleasant. An unusual bathroom arrangement with a clear glass view into bathroom from bedroom but they did provide a blind for privacy. The breakfasts were very good with a wide choice of Western, Vietnamese and Chinese- soups, dumplings, bacon and eggs, spring rolls, fresh pastries and cakes, fruits, yoghurt. Eggs could also be cooked to order at the Egg station which doubles as the Pho station with a different type each day. The buffet staff were very attentive and friendly. The pool however had green mould in some areas and needed a thorough clean. Overall a great experience and if the pool had been sparkling clean would have given a higher score as it was good value for money. Good place to stay in Danang. Don't miss seeing the impressive Dragon Bridge. Each Saturday night at 9pm for about 10 minutes the dragon spours fire and water.

Our favorite hotel in Vietnam

This our fourth trip to Vietnam for my wife and I and DaNang is our favorite city and the Adaline is our favorite hotel. The beach is a short walk from the Adaline. Excellent friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast and the roof top pool and bar is just wonderful. If we ever make it back to Vietnam again we will definitely spend some time at the Adaline Hotel again.

Great breakfasts. Close to beach & restaurants

Lovely hotel, nicely appointed and fabulous value for money. The buffet breakfast was huge with great choices for all tastes. The staff were always polite and friendly. Our only negative was regarding getting information from staff about travel by train to Hue. We asked several different people but didn’t really get a clear answer on the best way to book tickets. Not sure if it was a language or knowledge gap but it could have been easier to get an accurate answer.

Recommended to stay here for a budget-saving price

Overall, it was satisfactory to stay for one night! The staffs, especially receptionists, were highly welcoming to us when check-in. Room service is also perfect, satisfying my mum and me. Three minutes walk to the beach, ten minutes taxi ride to the downtown costing 3~4 bucks. Everything is fantastic, making our trip happier while staying at Adaline Hotel & Suite.

A good value for money city hotel

A relatively new hotel with facilities like a roof top pool and spa. Rooms facing the road area bit noisy, unless you get a room above 10 floors. Breakfast is good with local and international food served. Helpful receptionist too.

Overall the staffs are friendly and always willing to help. room itself is great. double deluxe room with partly seaview, actually the seaview is at the very corner but it doesn't matter as during my stay everyday was raining and I didn't want to look at outside at all. Room service is until 9 p.m which drives me crazy, while the restaurant nearby will open until 10. Apart from this, price of the service like laundry and transportation is absolutely reasonable.

great budget option near the beach

I selected this hotel for price and location, as I wanted to be at the beach and had stayed nearby in my last visit to Danang. The location is a block from the beach, there are many restaurants nearby, and the street it's on goes straight into downtown across Dragon Bridge, which is walkable. The hotel was a pleasant surprise - the room was nice, the rooftop bar/pool pleasant (although we didn't really use because of weather, and the most pleasant surprise was the excellent breakfast, the best of any hotel I've stayed in in Vietnam. The staff was friendly and good, although the bellman screwed up some at our arrival, not responding to carry our bags up the front stairs and then breaking my sunglasses that I'd set on my backpack while checking in. The biggest disappointment probably was that all the cheap open-air seafood restaurants on the block across the street were gone, surely because the block is to undergo new construction, although were were able to easily find others. These places are one of the highlights of a visit to Danang, amazingly fresh and cheap seafood that is very well prepared, reason enough to go to Danang.

My room we got was very clean and spacious, great customer service, their breakfast buffet and restaurant service were fantastic, many dishes selections, nice rooftop bar and has a swimming pool, great for city views, only 5 mins walking distance to nearby restaurants and beach. Motorbike rental is avail but has to fill up own gas. We enjoyed very much and will definitely come back again and highly recommend anyone to stay at this hotel !

Good hotel, pity about the music

Located close to the beach and restaurants, friendly staff, good selection of either Asian or Western breakfast, well equipped comfortable room. One down side was the music round the pool which was OK if you like gangster rap played loud, not ideal if you want to read a book. Great hotel

It was amazing and the service was the best.

The check in was a little not so smooth. Not so sure why are they so particular about which individual stays in which room when we all booked it as a group friends. Don't even have a welcome drink when a much smaller 2 star hotel had a much more impeccable service. The location is a little odd, not really in front of the beach although it's a short walk away. So one would need to bring along towels or just simply drip dry on the way back to hotel, crossing a major arterial road. Not much amenities in the area except a few seafood restaurants. No convenenient stalls around either. Happy with room and massage recommendation. Happy with the breakfast buffet too. Delightful porter at the lobby is commendable. Actually don't really have to book the partial sea view as it really isn't much of a view.

Close to everything

Bedding/pillow are very soft and comfortable. Room is very clean. Staff is very attentive to details. Some do speak English making easier to converse. Do use the hotel's transportation if you want to make day trip to nearby attractions. The price is very reasonable for a small group and you can make it as a personalized tour for yourself.

The hotel itself was okay...the room was not as big as we expected though,we found it quite "small".,but it was clean and comfortable.. Service was great...from the front desk to housekeeping.. There was indeed a building being built next to it..so resting at daytime is difficult...but it was fine for us and they did apologize for it.I would recommend that they put it on their advertisements so that guests would know beforehand.. Overall though-this hotel was great.. :)

Amazing hotel near the beautiful beach of da nang!

I had an excellent stay at the Adaline hotel and suites and would highly recommend all my friends and anyone who is looking for a hotel in Da nang! Me and my friends were picked up promptly at the airport on our arrival. The chauffeur was well mannered and happily answered all our touristic and curious questions about the city and country Upon our arrival, we were greeted with smiley faces at the reception. I informed the reception that my airlines had lost my luggage and I had given hotel contact information for any updates, the staff was very understanding and assured me that they will make efforts to get in touch with the airline and lost & found counter of the airport. I checked in my room and the view impressed me a lot. Everything was just perfect. same evening I got a call from the reception that my baggage has arrived at the airport but I would have to go and collect it at airport.I rushed down and Taxi was already waiting for me!! The staff really knows how to take care of the guests! Hotel is conveniently located near the beach and the rooftop bar & pool is icing on the cake. Room service is very polite and nice. The buffet breakfast was not only delicious, it also had huge variety to please any preferences and the chef was always accomodating to our requests. Do try Saigon special coffee by Mr. Viet ( head of breakfast buffet), this will be the best vietnamese coffee of your trip! Overall the our stay was amazing and highly recommended!

Lovely Hotel, close to the Beach and Restuarants

We were possibly the first long term Holiday makers to stay for two weeks in this Hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and the manager looked towards our every need. Breakfast is wonderful and there is plenty to eat. There is no lunch or dinner so prepare for this if you are arriving late. The area is developing very fast and the Hotel whilst close to the beach is surrounded buy new buildings (indeed the Hotel is still adding their own rooms). This we found difficult as adapted to the afternoon Vietnamese 'nap' punctuated by drilling. However, nothing was too much trouble and had our stay been shorter I am guessing we wouldn't have noticed. This is a young and exciting new area of Vietnam and is very intercultural - mixed meals of old an new and lots of bars and restaurants to try. The food tours are a great way to find your feet and beware of the subdued sun - it feels great but burns efficiently! No mosquitoes, chemists and local stores to support amenities and taxis are great! The Hotel will help you with everything, taxis, tours, food advice and general advice.

Good location near beach, pretty good hotel

The hotel was pretty good for the price. Breakfast was good. We stayed there to go to the Danang surf school. Worked well for that. The room was nice but there were little bugs on the walls. They seemed harmless though. Loud construction next door but hard to fault them for it.

Good hotel service with good staff

Good service with initiative, helpful and nice of all staff from hotel entrance to room, cafe (breakfast) and room. Easy to get a taxi everywhere with low fare. A short distance walk to beach with some sea food restaurant around. Room made up efficiency. Most of staff can speak good English. Highly recommended to stay again.

Great hotel

Got upgraded for free fantastic hotel, helpful staff, pool great, location perfect good for beach and for Danang not far from the dragon bridge. Definitely recommend . Only downside is building work next door but it's everywhere in Vietnam!!!

Nice hotel close to the beach

Great hotel for the price. Very close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Room was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good with lots of variety. Biggest negative was the noise. Walls are very thin and the buildings next door were under construction so was woken up early by banging and drilling.

Loud construction

Construction from 7am to 8pm non stop and loud. Impossible not to hear it from any part of the hotel.

All in all a great hotel for anyone to stay

Great hotel, too much construction going on around

Two blocks from the beach and quite a walk from the old town, we stayed at this new hotel with construction on both sides. The Hotel was quite nice, we were afraid to mark up the walls, because it was so new. Close to the beach, which we didn't think was anything much, but a short taxi ride from the old town and Marble Mountain. We had to change rooms because of the hammering going on next door and the hotel were very complimentary and and sweet to help us out.

New hotel, walkable to the beach

This hotel just went into operation for a month according to staff. All facilities are brand new. Staff is friendly and helpful. My room is very clean which have a partial view to the beach. Bed and pillows are very comfy, I have some really good rest during couple days travelling around Da Nang. There was an issue which I was checked in the wrong room type, I found out after my stays, asked staff and got a refund immediately, everything sorted out. Overall I will definite recommend this hotel. By the way the pictures of rooms and lobby on expedia look abit larger than reality but anyway it still worth for the price.

Great Service

The hotel had a great service (not Danang's strength), we felt very well taken care of. It was overall a tasteful design with a lot of attention to details and our room had a great view on the city and partly beach with peninsula & Lady Buddha statue. You can walk to the beach and it's still central so you can easily grab a 8-minute taxi ride to get into town. Negative was: our room had mold and the breakfast was not a buffet with fruit & healthy options but "a la carte" with limited not so healthy options.

Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Meine Familie hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziges Manko war der Kühlschrank, welcher nicht richtig gekühlt hat. Aber ansonsten Preis-Leistung Top!

ドライヤーが故障したがフロントに電話をかけるとすぐに対応してくれた。またチェックアウトの日時をこちらが間違えていたが、追加の宿泊費を払うことで同じ部屋に泊まらせてもらえた。シーツがあまりきれいではない点が少し気になるが、対応のよいフロント、フレンドリーなレストランスタッフなどサービス面が充実している。立地の面でもビーチ、コンビニ、飲食店が近いためとても便利である。

Personalet er utrolig venlige og hjælpsomme. Vi var en længere periode på hotellet og rengøringen var præget af hyppige gæsteskift. Fantastisk udsigt fra 14 etage hvor vi boede. Området omkring poolen trænger til at nogen har ansvar for den daglige rengøring.

전반적으로 깔끔하고 리셉션은 친절했음. 시내 접근성도 괜찮음.수영장이 조그만하지만 괜찮았음.

밤비행기로 새벽에 도착해서 인지... 호텔은 불이 꺼진 상태로 카운터 매니저는 잠을 자고 있었음...일단 여권을 맡기고 키만 받아 침실로 이동...스위트룸 치고는 작은편이고...청결상태는 보통입니다. 아침시간에 수압이 별로였고... 조식은 다양한편이지만 먹을것이 별로 없음. 가격대비 별로임... 위치는 만족스럽다. 한시장, 대성당 5분컷이고 그랩도 잘 잡혀 이동하는데 불편이 없었다.

조식도 괜찮고 직원도 친절하나 방음이 안되는 단점(옆방말소리 tv소리가 다 들려요)이 있지만 가성비는 좋아요

호텔에 미리 픽업요청했는데 너무 좋았어요 수영장도 아기자기하고 아침도 너무맛있었고 시설짱이였습니다 또가면 꼭 다시가고싶어요

주변이 다소 소란스러웠으나 잠자는데 방해되지는 않았다.오히려 미케비치에 줄지어 있어 전망이 더 좋은 호텔들은 새벽 2시 정도까지 음악소리에 너무 시끄러워 힘들수 있다.조식도 룸도 가격 만큼이다.그나마 미케비치 쪽 호텔 중에서는 가격 면에서 메리트가 있다.수영장은 절대 이용할 수준이 안된다.옛날 목욕탕 온탕 만하고 수질관리도 안되었다.

교통 편의성이 좋았고, 호텔에서 제공하는 픽업 서비스는 저렴하고 친절하여 좋았습니다. 특히 바나힐과 호이안 픽업 비용은 택시나 기타 다른 수단보다 편안하고 좋았습니다. 조식고 괜찮았구요, 다만 루프탑 수영장은 작았습니다. 사람이 별로 없어서 아이들이 잘 놀기는 했지만요...대체적으로 만족합니다.

コストパフォーマス最高です。 スタッフは親切だし、立地がとてもいいです。 ビーチまで歩いて数分、ロンブリッジの頭部分までは1ｋｍ位です。 ファミリールームは少し手狭な感じですが、スーツケースを広げても 十分な広さはあります。 水が350mlと他のホテルに比べると少ないサイズが残念です。 朝食は日替わりで味はおいしい方だと思います。 頼めば水筒に氷をいれてもらえます。 プールは小さめで子供と遊ぶ感じではないのが残念です。 ９階だったので海もみえて景色はいいです。 目の前のスーパーとコンビニよりバス停車場の裏にあるVinmartがお勧めです。

가족과 머물기 좋았습니다. 직원분들이 친절했고 조식이 맛있었습니다. 한국사람들이 많이 없어서 오히려 더 편했던 것 같아요. 그리고 수영장은 작은 편인데 옥상에 있기 때문에 뷰가 엄청 이쁩니다. 그리고 걸어서 10분 내에 비치가 있기 때문에 바다구경하기 딱 좋습니다. 물론 방에서 바다가 보입니다. 셔틀버스도 잘 운영되어있기 때문에 호이안으로 넘어갈때 편하게 할 수 있었습니다. 추천합니다!!

立地がいいです。 ビーチには歩いて数分、ロン橋の頭部分には1ｋｍ位です。 ホテルは新しく清潔できれいです。 部屋は25㎡で広くはないですがスーツケースを広げても十分な広さです。 朝食は日替わりで日によりますが味はいいと思います。 卵料理もフォーもその場してしてくれます。 このホテルで残念なことはプールが小さいことです。 プール遊び向きではないです。

해변에서 가깝고 친절한 호텔

해변까지 걸어서 3분 정도. 비치 타월 한 장만 가지고 슬슬 다녀올 수 있는 거리. 직원들은 모두 친절했고, 의사소통도 어렵지 않았음. 부분 바다전망 객실은 오히러 바다와 시내 야경을 함께 볼 수 있어서 좋았음.
