It's a great apartment. However it listed laundry and dryer in the facilities. It only has a washing machine and a rack. We managed but couldn't do our laundry, which was why we booked that apartment. Also, although our host explained how to go between the parking and the lift, we found it very confusing. A written explanation or a map would be useful.

Great property, very clean and nice view over the park. Host was fantastic, met us as we got out the taxi and even arranged a taxi to take us to the airport upon our departure

I had a wonderful stay and the apartment made me feel like home there. the view outside my window is amazing, it is facing the park and we can see the sunrise in the morning. I will book it again next time when I visit Katowice

Just great

The apartment had all the facilities we needed and more, we got a bus from just outside to the centre - it only took 8-10 minutes and they were all great. We will definitely be back - really well thought through and cared for!

Location was walkable, place was clean and fully equipped. NESPRESSO machine and capsules was great surprise, washing machine, comfortable bed with enough linens and covers, small fridge ; kirchen with dishes, utensils, and cleaning supplies, plenty of cable channels, fast Wi-Fi and professional management … 216 address is actually entire building , not the apartment. Apt for gos is 212 and 214.. so gps will lead to 216 only. Apartments are 2 through 12 floors inside address of 216 building..

Nice modern apartment. Functional basic kitchenette, i had to clean the frying pan before us but that aside everything was good. Warm, (December travel), comfy, decent views, close to a tram stop which runs into the city, close to the park. The owner met me close to midnight on arrival day, took me up to the apartment and gave me a quick tour, great service for that time. The place is a little difficult to find so make sure you receive a map in advance, it’s tucked away round the back off the Main Street but that’s only an issue if you’re not prepared for it.

Exceptionally friendly staff

Very friendly staff. Exceptionally friendly in fact. Had car park included which we didn’t know. Lots of conveni new stores around. Bed was a bit hard but not a big deal.

Great stay and fantastic service. We were on the road and getting in late and our host greeted us at a later hour. Very nice and clean rooms. We wished after that our plans would have allowed us to stay a few days at this location.

Nice location close to park and tram and clean, lovely room and balcony, secure entrance

As several others have stated, this apartment is very hard to find. It took us 30 minutes from the bus station in the rain using GPS, and we still had to ask someone for directions. But, worse, when we arrived, we found the hall and apartment dark and dirty. The washing machine was moldy and made the entire apartment smell. There was also old food in the refrigerator. And the room was dark with grey walls and black and red curtains. We were so unhappy, we said we wanted to shorten our stay to one night. We were then told that the apartment would refund the second night. When we published our honest review of the apartment, the owner told us they would not refund the second night and argued that no one has ever published a negative review for them (which is not true). They are DISHONEST and in denial about how awful the apartment is. We want to warn others that this is not a nice place and that the owners go back on their word and are not to be trusted.

Good for short and long stays

Super nice Apartment, with all necessities! The service was very good. The room was clean, good sized, and the bed was comfortable. It's really close to the huge Silesia city center mall!

Impossible to locate

The location was impossible to find and the parking was a far walk from the apartment. Parking spaces were ridiculously small. It was located in a space with tall apartment buildings in every direction. It is unfortunate because the space was nice. Public transportation was a far walk, not accessible by foot to the city center.

Lovely new apartment out from the centre of Katowe

It was just what we wanted. Not in the centre but close to relatives.

A little difficult to find - new building on divided highway. EXCELLENT service from hotel rep. Apt (ours) had fridge, kitchen, washing machine, 5 min drive to HUGE mall, 25 min walk to mall. GREAT VALUE ....5 stars indeed (from canada)

What a lovely apartment. Accommodations were comfortable, enjoyed a large shower and full kitchen. New building so the downside was trying to find the place from our GPS. It would be helpful if this were addressed on the Hotels.com detail as we had a bit of a nerve wrecking experience trying to locate building and parking. Loved this apartment and only wished we would have been in the area longer to enjoy the accommodations.

bellissimo appartamento appena fuori Katowice. Il proprietario ci ha aspettato spiegandoci come accedere e poi ci ha mostrato dove parcheggiare gratuitamente. L'appartamento è di nuova costruzione, ben arredato e ottimamente riscaldato. Sicuramente consigliatissimo!

Empfehlenswert mit Abstrichen

Die Anfahrt zu der Anlage ist leicht zu übersehen. Die Kommunikation mit der Kontaktperson vor Ort war zwar sehr herzlich und nett, allerdings wäre es ohne einen polnisch sprechenden Freund, der übersetzt hat, sehr mühsam geworden. Das Appartement sah im ersten Moment gut aus. Die Dusche ist prima, allerdings fehlen im Bad eine Ablage oder weitere Haken für Kleidung und Utensilien. Die Größe des Appartements war für 2 Personen angemessen. Die Küchenzeile befindet sich in gutem Zustand. Es gibt eine Kapselkaffemaschine. Leider fehlen Abtrockentücher; um die Spülmaschine zu füllen, gibt es nicht genug Geschirr. Wlan wurde versprochen; man konnte sich zwar mit dem Wlan verbinden, allerdings "verbunden ohne Internet" ( Router defekt??), so dass man auf "mobile Daten" angewiesen war. Auf dem Bett gab es nur EINE große Bettdeckefür 2 Personen. Die Matratze sinkt sehr stark ein, die Kopfkissen ließen - wie in vielen Hotels - sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wenn die angezeigten Mängel behoben würden, wäre diese Unterkunft durchaus zu empfehlen, zumal sie sehr gut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden und ein großer Park in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist.

Our shower drain didnt work well, we told them about it and maybe 5 min there was serviceman. It didnt help so we get next day new room, that was bigger. But there the wc sink didnt work well, but it did not matter much. Location was so great, about 4km to trainstation and busses goes all the time. Much stores near, nearest downstairs.

交通挺方便的，就是车位要人带，否则找不到。楼下也有超市，可以带回来微波炉热一下面条，鸡腿啥的。

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, choć apartament lekko zniszczony. Na dole kosmetyka.

Niestety mam wrażenie że obiekt nie do końca był przygotowany. Toaleta była brudna zwłaszcza za klapa gdy była opuszczona, na 3 osoby mielismy tylko 2 komplety ręczników i po dwie kawy i herbaty.

Die Betreuung, Kommunikation, Lage, Grösse und Einrichtungen der Unterkunft sind gut. Leider trifft dies nicht für die Sauberkeit zu! Das Badezimmer wies einen unangenehmen Urinduft auf, die Filter der Geschirrspülmaschine waren stark verunreinigt, das Waschbecken floss aufgrund eines verstopften Abflusses kaum ab und der Boden war öffentlich schon länger nicht mehr gereinigt worden. So dass zuerst eine Reinigung bzw. Instandsetzung durch uns durchgeführt werden musste.

Ładne apartamenty wyposażone we wszystko co może być potrzebne od mydełek i ręczników zaczynajac po otwieracz do wina ( a po drodze lodówka, pralka, zmywarka, ekspres do kawy). Bardzo dobre położenie do zwiedzania atrakcji Górnego śląska a szczególnie atrakcji Parku Śląskiego.

卫生有待改善

酒店是很温馨的公寓，有厨房可以自己做饭，有客厅，卧室和阳台，非常舒适，附近就有ldle超市，很方便。最大的缺点就是卫生条件很差，不知道有没有人打扫房间，浴室下水道堵了，洗澡会淹了整个卫生间，按照这种卫生状况，我绝不推荐。

Clean and modern

We really enjoyed our visit. We spent two nights and the host was very very friendly and helpful. It was modern and clean. There was coffee and water bottles in the room for us. Wi-Fi was available and also a number to a good taxi company. Also the beds were very comfy and a tv with many channels available. I would definitely stay here again!

Empfehlenswert

Ein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Das Apartment war mit allem ausgestattet, was einen längeren Aufenthalt bequem macht. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler sind vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein Freizeitpark sind in der Nähe, Balkon ist vorhanden die Aussicht aus der 6. Etage auf den Park war schön.

Das Zimmer hatte keine Bässen zum selber sauber machen und keine flach Teller für 4 Person und wurde von die andere Bewohner mit Wasser übergossen auf die Trasse,sonst war alles Gut. Besitzer sehr nett und hilft bereit.

Apartament, który wynająłem wraz z żoną był wysokiej klasy. Niemniej najważniejszy był bezproblemowy kontakt z obsługą. Pracownik, z którym ów kontakt mieliśmy w sposób bezproblemowy dostosował się do naszych potrzeb i był przy tym bardzo uprzejmy. Chętnie tam wrócimy w przyszłości.
