I enjoyed my stay.

I had a great stay.

I was very impressed by the cleanliness and quality of the service offered here at Accra Luxury Apartments. Samuel helped me organize my stay and was very helpful and responsive. The only negative element that I experienced was with the evening shift employees at the hotel restaurant. They had this habit of not giving me back my change constantly below 5 cedis. It is obviously not a big amount of money, but the feeling of purposefully being withheld change only during the evening shift was not a pleasant experience. During the other shifts like the breakfast and lunch sessions at the hotel restaurant was very good and honest and always gave me back my exact change, and I would leave a tip. But I would suggest that the hotel speak to those evening employees and make sure that this isn't a habit that they continue with other guests. I would have given Accra Luxury Apartments a 5 star review, but it was this experience that slightly reduced the overall very positive stay at this hotel.

Property is in great condition and the staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Communication with the receptionist was excellent. Daily check-ins on things that I needed help with was great. Overall, great hospitality.

The Accra Luxury Apartments are brilliant. Located in the safest area in Accra. It is close to everything. The staff is super attentive. The apartment is big with a stocked kitchen, refrigerator, stove and washer/dryer. Satelitte TV worked, internet and wi fi was stable and the apartment was spacious at probably 650 square feet. I loved everything about it. Medrick and his staff are fantastic!

Nice modern property for a reasonable price

The rooms were clean, staff was helpful & friendly. I especially enjoyed the swimming pools & relaxing atmosphere.

A good stay I will remember

Its a very nice place to stay. The staff is so amazing and willing to go far to support their guests. The restaurant serves so nice food. Security was important for me and the security was top!

The property and room was clean, with modern features. Medrick and Betty were lovely hosts and checked in frequently to ensure anything I might have needed was taken care of. When I’m back in Accra I’ll definitely stay here again. Incredible value for money with good amenities, kind staff, great location and a clean space.

Staff were friendly. The cafe within the property was nice to have and their staff were wonderful. We felt safe—maybe quarter mile from US and French embassies.

Property was buzzing with other visitors which adds to its vibe. A bit of a disconnect with employees and hosts which I only realised when I had an issue with my WiFi and was trying to check out. Property itself was nice and contained. Maybe not luxury with the stains on floor and table but a good clean unit which had a nice balcony, nicely maintained garden and surroundings. Paa Kwesi who picked me up from airport was a cool chilled driver and Franklin was very helpful and offered good customer care.

Excellent hotel. So good. I will be back for sure--and a great deal for the price.

Safe environment

Clean room, quiet, and the pool is nice.

Our host was always very friendly and helpful. He supported us with various inquiries about the room and stay and was able to offer a satisfactory solution quickly. The room service did an excellent job and the hotel grounds were in a really clean and well-kept condition. We enjoyed our vacation here and can highly recommend the hotel.

I never arrived at property I tried to cancel my reservation a week before I was scheduled to arrive due to delayed VISA the property took my money and wouldn’t allow me to reschedule

They checked me in 3 hours late had to put my suitcases in my friend apartment. Also cleaners didn’t lock my door after the clean I have expensive valuables in my room luckily no one went in there

Beware of the Scam

We booked a room in the Accra Luxury Gardens (Embassy Gardens) on November 1, 2024 through Hotel.com and received a confirmation email. After traveling to Accra, we arrived and were told that the Embassy Gardens were completely booked. How does something like that happen? They then rerouted us to a different property, assuring me that the properties are the same when they simply are not. The Avant Garde doesn’t have the green space, luxury pool, bar, or restaurant on site that the Embassy Garden does. Additionally, they refused to accommodate us for the major inconvenience, simply offering a single free breakfast. The windows and sliding doors were not secured and locked, and the bedding had blood stains.This level of customer service, or lack thereof, was absolutely unacceptable. Yet they claimed that the rates charged for our original reservation at the Embassy Garden was the same as the downgraded property. We asked to be refunded a portion of our payment as we do not have access to the amenities and prime airport location that we were entitled to from our original reservation. Despite multiple efforts to amicably resolve the issue, they have not been accommodating.

Great

Easy and clean property.

We contacted the apartments before we arrived and Nana (she no longer works there) was absolutely brilliant and accommodating. We would definately stay there again. The team on site were also excellent to name a few Samuel, you are the best. Betty,thank you so much for all your help. The sercurity at the front desk were also very helpful. We would definately reccomend staying here.

I will suggest that the magenta secure some carts to transport guests luggage to and from the apartments. The distance from the entrance to some suites are very far but there is limited help in moving luggage after check in and out.

I enjoyed my stay, my host was exceptional and will definitely recommend this place.

Great staff, easy access not far from airport

Overall had a lovely stay at Embassy Gardens. The property is well kept and our host Medrick was phenomenal! He was responsive, attentive, and friendly and respectful. We booked for ~3 weeks and did have a few hiccups but they were resolved quickly for the most part. Host, Restaurant, Cleaning, and Maintenance staff were wonderful however, security wasn't very helpful or friendly. Elm restaurant was good consistently though can take some time before ready. A few areas of improvement and considerations: 1) Check-in could have been smoother. We ended up having to pay for early check-in/additional day which i wasn't aware of ahead of time and the data tickets they give to pull up your reservation runs out very quickly 2) It was difficult to get groceries up to your unit because there isn't a cart you could borrow 3) Cleaners come daily and sometimes more than once a day, different cleaners which doesn't seem efficient and can be a bit annoying 4) All inquiries and requests will be to and through your host, front desk isn't as helpful 5) Would be great to have a manual of sorts for how to operate the unit (turning on and off switches to use stove and hot water, operating the tv, etc.) 6) I messaged in advance inquiring about the shuttle to and from the airport but unfortunately didn't get a response before I arrived. My host did help us schedule a shuttle for a fee for departure but driver arrived late and it was a bit nerve wrecking 7) Pool umbrellas Would stay again!

Property was clean, air circulated well which is important for me on top of cleanliness. However I was annoyed by how many people that worked for Luxury Acc Apartments that came knocking on my door under 24 hrs.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in the spacious 3-bedroom apartment with an expansive/wrap around balcony. The accommodations were absolutely perfect for my needs. What truly set this experience apart were the incredible staff and hosts, Linda, Innocent, and Medrick. They were always available to answer any questions and assist us in navigating Accra. Their support made my stay all the more enjoyable. I will certainly be staying here again in the future. Highly recommended!

This was a great stay. Medick took great care of us. There were two pools and a cafe on property. The apartment was very clean. Highly recommend.

Good spacious bedroom. The curtains are dirty and the washing machine needs to be serviced kept bringing up stains on my washing.

Top Tier near US EMBASSY

The place was very nice and exceeded my expectations. Uber was readily available, the on-site restaurant had options, gym nice, grounds nice, and the beds were SUPER COMFORTABLE! I would stay again, upon return.

I would like to give the most star studded review to my host Medrick. He was incredibly supportive, kind, thoughtful, generous, and welcoming. Medrick is the most reliable host I’ve ever had the honor to experience. His service was impeccable …..just outstanding….I felt welcomed the moment he greeted me until the moment I departed….He was readily available whenever I needed any type of assistance…..I was incredibly impressed ….Thank you for having him be apart of your team. He is amazing! I would also like to give the most star studded review to my driver PK. He went above and beyond to ensure I had the ultimate experience in Ghana. He was incredibly helpful as he provided me with a host of resources, ideas and suggestions to enhance my experience in Ghana. He was kind, thoughtful, and helpful. Very nice place for relaxation

The time that my husband and I spent at Embassy gardens was great. The place is cleaned and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The location was also very convenient and our host, Sammi was reachable and responsive! Can't wait to go back.

I really appreciate the care and concern provided by the manager Betty. She checked on me daily and offered to assist with everything from ordering food to finding me a hair salon. Betty made my stay comfortable and reassured me that I could call her anytime. My room was cleaned daily by staff. The apartment complex is absolutely beautiful and well maintained.

The hotel is impeccably clean, which is no surprise given its international clientele. The hardworking staff deserve special recognition for their efforts in keeping the place spotless, being warm and welcoming, and going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. My room offered a beautiful view of the swimming pool, where I could see people from various nationalities enjoying themselves from morning until dusk. It was a lively yet relaxing atmosphere that made my stay truly memorable

I see a lot of mixed reviews and I’m unsure why. The place was super clean. We had a host, Medrick, which we communicated with throughout our stay. We were provided transportation from the airport at no extra fee, but did have to pay for return to airport. The pools were super clean. We were asked how often we wanted our rooms cleaned and when we needed something done, we simply reached out to Medrick and it was done. He even helped getting us in touch with someone so that we could exchange our money. The only thing I would suggest is to bring a fire stick or iPad if your’re a big tv watcher, because the tv’s were a little outdated and not smart tv’s. This place was super accommodating. Close to tourist attractions, restaurants and night spots which were mostly within 15 minutes by Uber/Bolt. If you’re looking for something budget friendly and clean, I would stay here. Before traveling to Ghana, I was told to bring wash cloths for our stay in Istanbul, so I was prepared once I reached Ghana and already had wash cloths. Great stay for a great price. Oh, and the building is super safe and secure!

This place was very nice and the price is fantastic. The building is secure no one can get in without face recognition. We were assigned to a person that took care of everything during our stay. Betty was great, she even took our calls on her day off. The breakfast was free and had great selections. They also provided many food options that you can pay for dinner or lunch. The property is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Only negative I will say it’s hard to get someone on the phone and they don’t respond quickly to emails or what’s app. Also, when I booked it says free Cancellation by a certain date and I canceled a month before the dat and I was still cashed a fee for cancelling. I also rebooked the next day at the same property. I’m still working out the fee. Expedia was not able to help so I decided to get help during my stay. Overall fantastic place to stay just don’t cancel your reservation. Oh airport shuttle is provided free but only one way. You have to pay to go back to the airport.

Efficient location for a long Stay

Nice comfortable place for a business stay. Definitely recommend for greater than 1 week stay. Breakfast options are very average. Checkin process can be improved.

The Embassy Gardens is a nice property, well located & very comfortable. Betty was our host & she was great. We had breakfast included which had a good variety of options. The apartment was clean & comfortable for long stays but nothing fancy.

This stay was surprisingly perfect. We loved having a kitchen and fridge so that we could both cook or eat out at restaurants. Medrick was a wonderful staff member who helped us out significantly. Would recommend.

Clean and spacious property and very quiet. Pleasant check in experience. Was disappointed that there was no onsite restaurant as advertised. Also advertised as an Expedia VIP hotel but we did not receive any of the perks indicated. Overall a good experience and would stay again.

When I initially arrived at this property, they provided a room that was a loft, and I have knee issues and did not book a loft. I was advised that there were no more rooms available. When I asked what compensation would be given to me since I had knee issues and therefore needed to climb the stairs, they miraculously found a few other rooms to look at. Sadly, the other rooms I looked at all, were not clean properly and had dirty sheets which included stains in hair. I ultimately had to spend the night on a dirty sheets until they could get cleaning staff to properly clean my room in the morning. They strung me along the entire time and provided no compensation for the mixup in the room and having to sleep on dirty sheets. The room they move me to was nice and the room attendant did everything perfectly. When you check in, you need to pay attention to make sure that you get what you booked and that the place is clean.

Curtains were dirty, disheveled , almost all appliances were not working (shower heads in both bathrooms came off, soap dispensers were broken, the cord to the iron was frayed and coming apart, power kept going out, ask for a broom in case of ….. one was not provided) kept seeing roaches. Bed was hard as a rock ( terrible mattress) etc. too many to list. For the price point, I expected better. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. My family and I are very disappointed with the service, There was nothing luxurious about it.

Phenomenal stay!!!

I’ve been coming to West Africa for 8 years now. This has been the best stay I’ve ever had. The staff was easy to reach, the property was clean, the property manager exchanged currency for me, and the property was beautiful. There’s an ac unit in the living area as well as the bedroom. There’s also a washer dryer. Stay here! Stay here!

My stay was amazing. The staff, especially Kevin and Emmanuel were excellent and had great communication if I needed anything. I definitely recommend this location for tourists who want to be in a centralized location to restaurants, nightlife, culture, and shopping. I will definitely stay here again. The restaurant on the location is also great and the staff is so welcoming.

Nice stay in a safe area in Accra. Bit out of the way no shops or facilities near to walk but Ubers are cheap. The apartment was nice and clean. Only downside was the room I got the balcony overlooked entrance to the car park and when the generator fired up it was really noisy. Could not really sit out there. Also the onsite cafe closed during my stay so that didnt help as no alternative available. The reps were helpful and transit from airport was good. I would stay again but request a room overlooking one of the swimming pools. The pools and gym were excellent.

This hotel is clean! Housekeeping came daily. They don’t just change out towels and make the bed. They clean the apartment. The bed was too hard for my liking. The water temperature and pressure is perfect

Property was clean, bed was comfortable. The shower was good and powerful but did have a leaking shower head.

Our stay was very memorable, we enjoyed the environment and location. Ernest was very help and very generous in his assistance to us. We are so grateful to have stayed at this property. We will recommend this and definitely stay here in the future.

Good place, poor staff

We received good service from Samuel. Good service is what matters most in all industries.

Located close to many embassies (hence the name), as a result it is quiet - away from the hustle and bustle seen elsewhere in Accra. On arrival, you are greated by a block host who will look after you during your stay. There isn't a reception as such, as the people at the front desk will direct you to your host. If your stay includes breakfast, your floor host will take your order and it will be delivered to room. There is a small cafe/restaurant on site. For those who want to eat in peace, be aware that the gym is located directly over the cafe, so if anyone is using it you'll get to hear the machines and their grunts as they exercise. The rooms are well appointed, with mine overlooking one of the pools. As I stayed in a studio apartment, it hand a functioning kitchen with microwave, hob, oven and the major plus of a washer-dryer. I never used any of the pools or gym, so can't comment other than they all looked clean and well maintained. Perfectly suited my stay. A special thanks to Emmuel and Jacqueline my block hosts for going above and beyond.

Beautiful

Lovely apartment with ample appliances and and chic bathroom. Superb accommodation with beautiful balcony views of sculpted gardens. Outdoor pools, on-site gym and restaurant/bar. Smooth complimentary airport transfer was greatly appreciated. Helpful, friendly and professional staff. We felt very welcome, safe and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend and stay again.

Accra luxury is a great property management. the team is very professional and courteous. the property is clean and nicely decorated(I stayed at 2 of their properties: the signature & the gardens). Excellent!

Loved our stay here. Lush staycation vibe. There just seemed to be a lot of people randomly hanging out on the street outside the property; was a little disconcerting. Breakfast offered was good but juice was already off when it was delivered to us and communication around breakfast delivery could have been better. Would stay here again.

I did enjoy my stay here. The place is clean, spacious, comfortable and beautiful. My first night I slept like a baby. Did I mention the restaurant. The food is so good. I like the fact that the restaurant is located right there. My favorite on the menu was their smoothies. I kept going back for more lol. I’m definitely coming back here when next I’m in Accra.

It was a beautiful part property and management was very prompt to address any questions and concerns.

Great customer service

We were transferred to another property on arrival for some reason. They weren’t clear about why. The property we ended up at was spacious and the staff there were very polite and helpful. It was unfortunate the AC broke down and they had to be in our unit fixing for a lot of our stay. Also hallway lighting was an issue. The swimming pool was lovely but not vacuumed regularly. The grounds were beautiful and well tended. My only real complaint is difficulty with the‘courtesy’ shuttle to the airport. I was told they eventually did show up after we secured another ride 25 minutes after the pick up time.

Though calling it an apartment was a stretch as it was more of a hotel room with a separate bedroom, it was very nice and accommodated what we needed.

Please read all! First let me say, the property is beautiful and the rooms are exactly what’s shown. To the bad!!! When my family and I arrived, we arrived at the property early to pay for our rooms. Unable to do so because the card reader the ppl had did not work. They kept blaming it on our cards which we tried 4 different cards. They gave two different options to pay once the cards failed. The options were there Momo or cash. We opted for there Ghanaian cash. Be aware that they host lies. My family and I was due change since we paid cash. Everyday the host Patricia seen us, she would say I promise I will bring you your money. 8 days later and time to check out still no monkey. We called numerous times and never got our change. Then when booking, they say free airport shuttle. That’s a lie. You’re told it’s a small fee for the airport. Furthermore, there’s a cafe on the property. The food is really good when the items are available. The menu was limited every day because they were out of a lot. Including the drinks. I rated the property the way I did because the property was nice and clean. It was everything else that was disappointing.
