Great friendly staff from reception to the bar. Great quick quick in with option to add breakfast . Housekeeping very polite and courteous
Nice
Non stay
We didnt stay at the hotel as our flight was delayed and didnt arrive with baggage until 4am in Belfast so not a fair review. We were set to fly out at 9am so no point transfering to the hotel
Susan at breakfast was amazing. Food we had ordered had gone to wrong table so we were offered complimentary drinks for a family of four.
Overnight stay
Pleasant experience with friendly staff. Clean good facilities and lovely food
Room was great staff very friendly
Brilliant
Modern, beautiful hotel with a great room. Dinner at the restaurant was awesome.
Very good & will return
Room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Fitness area didn’t have sanitizer to wipe down machines, otherwise was thrilled they had a fitness centre.
Dirty glasses in bedroom, no complimentary water or easy access to water fountain, bathroom door didn't close properly, toilet roll holder loose, mould in shower unit. Breakfast on first morning was abysmal! Waited 20 minutes to be seated. Table was dirty and there was no food left. Only one coffee machine worked. The breakfast manager hadn't a clue! I had cause to complain twice to management... once because of the poor breakfast and once because the glasses in our room were dirty. Not badly washed dirty but actual never been washed dirty! We had dinner the first night ... the food wasnt great and is terrible for vegetarians especially vegans. The waiter was great. We would never go back and wouldn't recommend. The Hilton nearby, although not perfect, is much nicer and more cost effective.
Good hotel and staff. Clean room and lovely bed and bedding. Unfortunately the view from my room wasn't great. Especially the multi storey car park. Construction work is unavoidable and wont be there forever. Overall i enjoyed my 1 night stay
Close to Belfast City Airport, modern and clean, good size rooms with comfortable beds and good bath products. Service was good with a nice breakfast. Great for bus8ness travel.
Clean and comfortable
Very comfortable stay, very clean and spacious. No hesitation for giving 5 stars.
Reasonable stay.
Staff not the friendliest. They seem so sad and miserable. So I tried to limit my interactions. Extremely clean hotel Bed is good but the pillows are not of the high quality I’d be used to with Marriott. Therefore had a bad sleep. Location is good. Views of the water fabulous.
Nice people
Staff service was excellent.
Nothing short of Excellent
After an arduous ordeal at Belfast City Airport due to adverse weather, and all flights cancelled. It was such a relief to find a room at AC Hotel Marriott Belfast. We were greeted warmly and professionally, and were also upgraded. The room was beautiful, clean and plenty of fresh towels, bath robe and slippers. Needed a taxi for 4:30am next morning which was taken care of by Reception. After an extremely long tiresome day, this hotel was an absolute Oasis. Thank you so much
The best hot whiskey I’ve ever had!
A smile at reception, staff first class especially Charlie who made the most fantastic hot whiskey after we arrived frozen and fed up from all flights cancelled at Belfast airport. Thank you Charlie!
Great stay and excellent customer service
Excellent hotel where staff and management could not do enough for you. Perfectly located into Belfast City Centre. I hope to return soon.
Bad choice in alcohol no smirnoff ,no morgan spice, poor draft selection, other wise perfect
Efficient and comfortable
A very quick check-in. Comfortable room with most of facilities you would expect. Surprisingly no bottled water.
Convenient
Check in was so smooth and easy. The rooms were amazing and bed was so comfortable.
Great hotel
Great stop over for a business visit in Belfast.
All good, thanks
Very good works recommend
Great hotel, room was spacious and clean. Didn’t like the wooden floor throughout the room but understandable as an accessible room. Easy walk to city centre and other areas of Belfast. Staff very friendly and helpful, at breakfast didn’t like having to sit in the drinks corridor and getting nudged by passing guests
Property is close to downtown, nice river view, great restaurant, staff was wonderful. Parking is not offered by the hotel, which causes a decent walk from a dark area.
I loved this hotel. Nice and modern, lovely staff at reception. The parking situation was easy to understand and not too far offsite. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will come again.
Good location for our business trip and also easy access into the town in the evening. Good dining options, and breakfast too
Staff were all absolutely lovely, Great location Felt very at home
Fantastic hotel, all the staff were lovely. Special thanks to Rachel, who really made the difference and made time to speak to you with genuine interest.
Very good
Generally a great stay - clean, comfortable room and common areas. No noise travel. Comfortable beds. The staff were the only complaint - not very friendly or helpful. This was true of both reception and bar staff. Not what you expect when paying substantial money for the stay.
A beautiful clean place with comfortable beds.
Great location; good rooms. The breakfast buffet is probably the worst I have ever had for a chain hotel. Nice coffee machine though.
Hotel itself was clean and comfortable, staff friendly and efficient, room spacious and well served. Breakfast good but sometimes not kept well stocked up.
Great location for attending concert in SSE arena. Downside was quite a basic room with no amenities such as bottled water or biscuits in the room which seems standard enough elsewhere nowadays. Also, no birthday gift in the room for my wife, despite mentioning this and again being given this elsewhere. Quite an expensive hotel for what you get and with no spa, but as stated location was excellent and view of the Lagan was unbeatable.
Nice hotel. No information in room re facilities meals ,breakfast. Options etc which was a pain having to go ask about things. Were told nothing at check in. Restaurant wasn't very welcoming but table staff were very nice and helpful. Had the feeling we were in the road and there were more important things to deal with like private function. This is just our feeling and generally we had a good stay and some lovely staff.
Beautiful hotel
Clean and beautiful. Loved the gym! Great location for accessing the city and train station.
Thank you for a lovely stay!
Beautiful view. Walkable. Clean. Comfortable. Water pressure was amazing. Staff was nice. Everything I wanted.
Absolutely loved everything about the room and hotel
Clean hotel with great river view. Staff a little less responsive in our requests.
Best thing about this hotel was the staff they were incredibly friendly. We were celebrating my sisters birthday during the trip and they left a treat in the room. The view was STUNNING and we had breakfast in the room in the morning, abit pricey but it was so nice eating with thw view. The bed was massive and comfy. The only thing negative was there were a few marks in the shower near the bottom which i wasnt sure whether was black mold or not. Overall i loved the hotel and local.
The staff were very friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. The rooms were basic but very clean and comfortable. We thought the breakfasts and dinners were adequate but could be improved. Overall we were pleased with our 3 night stay.
Staff very friendly and helpful Would have liked a shop in hotel for supplies
Nice riverside boardwalk behind hotel
It was great! Would prefer a dimmer option for lighting in the bathroom, breakfast to go a little later, and room service have more things available late night.
No parking or affiliation with any parking facilities. It’s not far but it’s odd that there isn’t any affiliation with it. Hallways had some funny smell. Rooms were nice. There’s a weird dip in the floor by the elevators which caused me to trip a couple times.
Nice hotel
Awesome stay, the staff was phenomenal. I had some travel issues and had to extend a night and the front desk was super accomodating.
Very clean and extremely professional
I treated my Husband to overnight stay with dinner here for his Birthday. We had a bottle of wine with us for the room only to find the glasses were not cleaned properly tge table had dirty marks on it also. They had lipstick marks and looked like they had just been wiped with a cloth to clean them and set back. I had to clean them before we used them not ideal! Not the cheapest of stays! We had dinner which was lovely but when I got the cheque it was over charged by £20 for goods we didn’t have. I think the breakdown of the bill should have been offered firstly not after I was asked to pay and had to request it. I think all the staff may need more training on Customer service. At Breakfast which was lovely again young staff once they finished talking to each other didn’t offer the special or check the table was set properly, I had to go to get cups for our coffee, feel the staff are a bit awkward in the Novelli , not confident especially as I asked about food on the menu but the waiter looked at me blindly and didn’t offer to ask someone else who might have known the answer. Saying that they are nice staff I just think some training would go a long way in this Hotel. Break down of the bill offered firstly from reception as I’m sure some older people/people with learning difficulty could be charged more and not realise!!
.
Property very good evening meal good breakfast bit cold had fry staff very good would stay again
Clean hotel, friendly staff. Excellent facilities. Good breakfast.
Family trip
Lovely hotel about a 20 minute walk to the Titanic museum and attractions. 20 mins walking towards town will bring you to the bars and restaurants. The hotel its self has a good bar and the food is fine, our room was quiet and comfortable.
Family trip
Really nice hotel in Belfast near everything you would need . Great restaurant on site
Great city break hotel
Hotel is lovely and clean and modern. Rooms are lovely, well equipped and have a small fridge. Bathrooms well lit and large windows mean a lot of natural light. Hotel was perfectly located for areas we wanted to frequent and staff were friendly and helpful. Didn’t use bar / restaurant but lovely big area and food smelled lovely!
Highly recommended the room with the river view where you can oversee the Titanic museum. Room comes with slippers, complimentary water and Nespresso coffee maker. Clean and comfortable with easy walking distance to Titanic museum and town. Just 15pounds ride to George Best Airport. 24 hour room service for simple food even you arrive late night. Perfect for cruise passengers or any visitors.
Good hotel pretty decent for walking to places like Victoria Square and Titanic Museum. Decent on-site dining. The only issue was that a two queen room didn’t actually have queen-sized beds, they are double beds. This was rather disappointing given that we were 2 adults and 2 kids in the room and were expecting to sleep more comfortably in queen sized beds. This was not the case, even the two young kids were tight for space and they are not big! If you’re looking for a comfortable stay for 4, better to book two rooms or stay elsewhere.
.
Great hotel. The location doesn’t appear to be walkable from a map view but we found it quite easy to walk.
The late afternoon staff were dismissive and condescending. They happily left dry cleaning on the counter to wrinkle. Typing on social media was way more important at that moment. Market in listed amenities was way overstated.
The hotel service was alright I wasn’t very thrilled as they had no shampoo, shower gel in the bathroom. I had to make a few calls before they could get us some.
I was under the impression Breakfast was included in the price of the hotel. I was extremely disappointed for what I am being charged for my stay here, Breakfast was not included
Overnight stay
Very comfortable room apart from trying to get the heating right. Difficult to regulate.
Beautiful property, close to everything. Spacious room, room service was delicious and prompt, friendly staff.
Poor experience
Not a nice hotel. No water in the room, we went down for food in the restaurant at 9:32pm to be told that the kitchen closed at 9:30pm. We were not told this at the reception when checking in. We asked reception for recommendations for some restaurants locally that would still be open and they did not know. Poor service, basic room, over priced, not a great location and overall just a bad experience. Also parking was not free and was across the road. The only good thing was the shower.
Very clean, good food choices and buffet breakfast. Friendly staff
Booked superior room, no water in fridge. Breakfast very poor! Sausages tasted cheap and scrambled eggs tastDid let receptionist know when checking out.
Superb.
Great nigjt in the AC Marriott, Belfast. Room was soacious and clean. Bathroom was again large and spotless. Staff were all very friendly - would highly recommend, especially for a show in the SSE which is a 5 minute walk away.
Its close to sse arena 10mins walk
Nice views and spacious room. Convenient to the Titanic attraction!
The hotel was comfortable and the staff attentive and considerate.
The staff was very helpful and considerate and they helped me find things I needed. The only issue was room service for food delivery was not operating properly.
The queen size beds were more like full size and were not comfortable. We did not have enough room.
Very friendly staff, reception, bar and restaurant.
Nice
Nice and smooth
It was good. Staff were friendly. Alan from the bar was very courteous and hospitable.
Nicely located, facing the bay; however, not very convenient for the town center. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Excellent service, overall speaking.
Great ambiance, great location and friendly staff. Good food / accessible dining. Checkin was seamless / fast. I strongly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure…
Nice hotel, good facilities. Room comfortable and clean, quiet and fair price. Nice location by the river. A short walk to more central location.
This hotel was well located for seeing Belfast. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was very comfortable.
Overall a very good hotel in a great place. Bed, bathroom and room facilities in general were excellent Noticed that dogs were allowed in the hotel. That's fine until they begin barking at 2.30 in the morning and continue until 3.00am
We loved our 2 night stay. Restaurant was fabulous and the hotel was within walking distance to shops etc.
Great place
Clean Room
Great atmosphere and staff
Great stay - friendly and helpful staff
Great staff - very friendly and helpful. Sensible approach to breakfast with feee coffee to go - perfect for me
Easy quick walk to bars, restaurants and shopping. Mostly pleasant staff. Very clean rooms.
A little far from everything, but super nice and close to the titanic area.
Beautiful place to stay. Location wasn’t the best but it was a short walk to night life. Parking and anything else you want or need is an extra charge.
Beds were terrible
The breakfast was a bit dull and boring. About the same you would get at a premier inn. We didn’t see a single member of staff smile the whole time we were there.
Awesome place!!
Clean rooms, delicious breakfast.
Great!
The hotel is clean and modern. Complimentary coffee and pastries each morning was nice. The bar and restaurant on site was very good. It was convenient to all the sites and areas we wanted to walk to. Parking is nearby and discounted by the hotel.
