Great location. Close to metro station. Lots of restraunants nearby.
Amazing staff
Encantados de la atención. Gracias
Hotel location is very convenient as it's just in front of Cuzco subway station. From there, practically all of Madrid's attraction are reachable. Room are very comfortable and staff is friendly. This is a strongly recommended hotel.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location for our trip, and loads of options for eating at night.
The place is very convenient if you are looking for a place to stay near the CBD. However, i think they are a bit understaffed cos in the morning you can see at breakfast that the waiters are really busy. It would be good if they have a US Style Egg station for breakfast. Although they have different types of eggs on the menu for breaktast, I could not manage to order one for the whole week i was there.
Very nice hotel in good location at great price.
👍
Very good
There was no shampoo in my room throughout my 3 nights' stay. I know I could call housekeeping and ask for it but I think it should be the basic for the staff to check all amenities every time they cleaned the room. Nevertheless, the hotel was overall good.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
It was very convenient for us to stay there We really have no complaints about the hotel Would stay there again
Great location for the Metro and to the soccer stadium. The gym in the hotel is great!
No swimming pool and microwave in the room.
Very good room and lobby
Very modern and comfortable. If you walk a couple of blocks that are a few noteworthy restaurants.
Beautiful property
Very walkable
Excellent location, nice staff and very modern hotel
Great location. Clean hotel and nice spacious room.
Short walk away from the Bernabéu. Clean. Great staff. Will definitely return.
An okay business hotel
Room was fairly basic I hate having to send down for an iron and they send you up a miniature foam ironing board with it. Breakfast was uninspiring. But nice enough hotel and a perfect location for me. Good bar
Location. Friendly staff always willing to help. Cleanliness. Modern. Their room pizza service are the best 😋.
Very nice hotel, well situated, nice people. I recommend
excellent facility, great location and value. (if you come by car, you will pay $30 a day)
Amazing hotel close to everything but far enough from the hustle and bustle of the downtown core.
nothn................ . . .................
Cleaning of surrounding rooms was loud due to wood floors. Lots of doors slamming shut between 8-9 am.
Great place accessible to taxi, well located, restaurants, bars
Vacation in Spain
Good location good service and staff room is good size.
Good hotel but lacks of security at night
My coworker’s cellphone and wallet was stolen from her purse on the lobby bar. We couldn’t find any security guard when this happened. Felt very insecure after 11pm as there is no one to guard. And anyone from the outside can go inside the hotel to any floor without a key card.
Excellent location They weren’t flexible with late check out they only let me stay for 2 hours more
Lovely place, close to everything, nice area. nice hotel
The only complain is about my door lock. It broke down and no chance to repair it during weekend. So I had to go with bellboy keys everytime I wanted to go to my room.
Very nice staff. Shower took a long long time (I guess 5 minutes) to get just lukewarm. Such a waste of water.
Good location, great breakfast. Many restaurants nearby. Great service.
Excellent services
Very excellent services and kindness.
Negative stay at AC Cuzco
I had numerous issues while staying at this hotel. 1- I emailed the hotel 4-5 days before my stay to add my Marriott number to my file, and put in a request for an early check-in if possible. Not only did they never reply, but my number was never added to my file. In fact, when I checked in they said they would add it to my file, but it was not until after checking out, that I realized it was never added. 2- As well, without notice, the water went out in the hotel for hours, which meant I had to go to work post gym, no shower. There is no excuse for this, and there was no attempt at an apology made. 3- When I left the hotel, a staff member brought my bag to a taxi, not by a taxi stand but in front of the hotel. I saw him receive some money from the taxi driver in a handshake. The taxi driver (lic 01804) then took me on a long drive, in the opposite direction that I was heading. I don't if the bell boys get a little kickback from a taxi driver, but a trip that was double the length of time making me late for a meeting, and double the cost was unacceptable. There certainly were some lovely staff I met as well, but overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Close to the conference place. Extremely expensive for what we get. It’s overrated just because of the conference...
Close to metro and to a few nice restaurants and to the futbol stadiium—
Top Hotel, in Castellana street, which is one of the main streets in Madrid. nice hotel
Great Hotel
We based ourselves here for the MadCool Festival. Excellent rooms and service. Will use the hotel again for sure.
Very short stay for us (less than 10 hours). The staff was great and even gave us an upgrade.
I booked a triple room but was given a shoe box size stuffy room on arrival. I did manage to get a better room at extra cost but the manager did not handle the situation in the most helpful or friendly way. I was also disappointed in the location where breakfast is served and the choice of hot food, basically unappetizing scrambled egg and sausages.
Nice hotel
Nice experience. Close to public transportation and the downtown.
Outstanding service
The hotel is very confortable and well located. But we want to give a special mention to the staff. We forgot some personal items in another AC hotel. They were extremely helpful and attentive. We want to thank the for their extraordinary service. Thank you Thalia (AC Toledo) and all the person involved.
The stay was good. Location is good. Even though a non smoking venue, we felt cigarette smoke in hallways.
Neigbourhood a little bit dirty. Hotel was ok though
Great Hotels
Stayed here as we were going to the football. Metro from airport is quick and convenient with a station outside. We checked in before the agreed time and the room totally met our needs for a short break (1 night). Close to Real Madrid's ground - a 5 minute walk. Excellent service from all the staff during our stay. Would recommend the hotel and if I am in Madrid will look to stay there agin. Thank you.
Convenient and comfortable hotel
Convenient for Metro and a number of decent restaurants. Comfortable rooms, as well as a most welcoming area in reception - plenty of comfortable chairs where you can read emails, newspapers or just have a coffee - very civilised!
Comfortable
In addition to the information I found on your site, the hotel had a good fitness gym; there was also a personal safe in the room.
Excellent hotel; great renovation.
Excellent hotel with the exception of the concierge who checked us in who was somewhat rude and unfriendly, not at all courteous; should probably be doing some other job. It surprised us that a hotel like the CUZCO, which I have known since they built it in the late sixties, would have somebody like him at the front desk. There should be no allowance in a four star hotel for this demeanor by a employee.
Incredible surprise, great staff, very good room and incredible shower. The guy that checked me in was amazing!!!! The "manager" in the bar could be much better.
Underwear and socks found in room
Upon arrival, a middle aged female receptionist who didn’t make eye contact took ages to check guests in. After a long day and a flight, I had to stand in a queue for 40min before I could check in. Not a good start. My room had a connecting door to the adjacent room. I didn’t ask for this and as a woman travelling alone, this made me feel slightly uneasy. Most disappointingly, I found male underwear and socks in one of the drawers under the TV. Room service dinner was appalling. The sandwich has burnt bread and the chips tasted rancid and were drenched in oil. The menu said you could have salad OR chips with your sandwich but I wasn’t asked about this so just got the chips which I didn’t want. I will never return to this property and am now staying at an NH hotel which I am pleased to report is absolutely fabulous -the staff are helpful and smiley too!
Great hotel close the shopping area.
Close from the airport terminal (1,2,3) and close to "el corte ingles" of castellana avenue.
I spend 25 minutes on the check in and this is my only complaint. Overall it was a good hotel and I will recommend it to others
Great hotel. Crisp modern style, great location, great experience. Misses, no valet parking, no doorman or buttons, and breakfast buffet only option.
very nice place to stay, and very nice experience.
it was very nice experience, perfect for go to santiago bernabeu game, i went to "El Clásico" en after the game i went to the hotel so fast.
Excellent location for the football.
The hotel was in an excellent location for the football stadium. An added bonus was the Metro station directly opposite.
1. In the shower, the water would not go down fast enough so formed a puddle 2. Forgot to have the flat sheet between the comforter and Bed...we came late from the trip and had to call at 11PM to fix it..
Madrid city
Efficient , clean, comfortable. Good food. Convenient for city. Taxi stand nearby. Only problem was breakfast does not start until 7.00am when best hotels open breakfast at 6.30am. This meant I had no breakfast on the day I had to check out.
Good location
Room is clean. Location is good. Very close to a metro station.
Exactly what you would expect for the price
Clean, comfortable room. Room was very large, which is unusual in Europe. The staff was very helpful and gave us several great restaurant recommendations.
Great location
the stay was great but the hotel doesn't provide the wifi anywhere. I travel in many countries and this is the first one which ask you to leave your phone when you ask for a charger.
Eur 8 per day for wifi in the room. Come on, we are in 2016!
Smell in the bathroom, paid wi-fi
The hotel was clean, however the room was not cosy. Internet was 8 euro per day and you have to call to the reception to arrange it. The room faced the road, so the noise was quite loud. The worst thing of all is that the bathroom smelled like someone died there (my colleague's bathroom had the same problem). Complaint at the reception did not solve the issue.
Always very convenient
Always a pleasure to come back to the AC Cuzco, third time there and always a 5 star standard stay. Nothing to remark as a negative, top quality stay always on AC hotels, specially this one.
Nice experience
Very good hotel in nice location. Breakfast over priced @ €22 considering menu on offer. Likewise €8 per day premium WiFi access not so premium -very slow and unstable, you are better off with the free WiFi
Convenient location
The Metro Station is close by. There is a Rodilla Cafe less than 100 m from the hotel. No kettle or coffee-making facilities in the room. Staff not conversant in English.
Great Stay.
Nice, clean hotel. The staff were friendly and professional. The only negative comment was with respect to WiFi. In order to access it for free you have to be in the lobby. If you access it from your room you are charged for it. I have never been in a hotel that does this. All hotels I stayed at while in Spain you could access WiFi for free in your room. Other than this, I recommend this hotel.
Good Location and Comfortable
Good
having to pay for wifi for in room connection is annoying
Great location for madrid match
Went to see Real Madrid match with our son hotel was in great location as was only a short walk to the stadium it was clean an feindly staff only bad part was food not great hue ever lovely Irish pub shirt walk away fab food
Hot & Noisy in Madrid
We had no air conditioning our entire stay. We complained every day and they sent a technician 2X but nothing worked. They told us to open the windows! However, the hotel is on a very busy street and next to a couple of bars so it was very, very noisy all night. They finally offered to change our room the day b4 we left but it was past midnight. Mattress was hard & lumpy. Wouldn't stay there again. The evening supervisor is very snobby & of no help.
Santigao Bernabeu trip
Nothing to fault
Modern And Great Hotel
Very modern hotel in The heart of Madrid. 5 minutes away from The Bernabeu Stadium And around The area, great restaurants And bars. Really recommend it. I lived in Madrid for 8 years And this is an excellent hotel And one Of The most modern. I critize all of This Hotel's recepcionists, they are rude And I Heard them critize a client in front of me(another client). Apart from that, everything is great!
Good business hotel
Reasonably well connected to the underground for the IFEMA. Neighbour hood in the middle of a business district during the day and with ladies of the night roaming the streets at night The cons: no safe in the room , needs an additional refundable repost for a safe at reception. The delux rooms come with wi-fi and a nespresso machine. The machine doesn't work very well and you have to ask for an electric kettle for tea. There are no teacups and you have to use the glass tumblers to have your tea! The breakfast is good but a little overpriced . The coffee however is excellent.
An OK hotel..
We chose this hotel because of its close proximity to the Estadio Santiago Bernabéu where we attended a Real Madrid game. We stayed at the AC Hotel Cuzco by Marriott for one night only. The hotel was Ok - not great, just OK. The room was clean but not spacious and the view from the room was not the best. The hallways leading to the rooms were not well lit and did not give a good feeling. The room smelled like cigarettes (even though we asked for a non-smoking room).
Business trip with a weekend break
Great hotel, friendly staff, clean... good for business travellers and weekend get away.
Business meetings
great location... in the business district (Madrid North), close to good restaurants, Real Madrid stadium and bus stop to go anywhere on public transport.... Take the 27 bus south 10 stops to El Prado... easy ride to one of the best museums in the world.
Nice hotel
Nice stay. Big room a nice gym, that´s what I need in a hotel.
Nice Hotel close to Metro and Real Madrid
Awesome experience staff was friendly and helpful hotel was modern style and beautiful.
Modern chic
Great location near a Metro station and in a quiet part of the city. Very modern and clean.
Yes indeed.
We went to Madrid to see the Prado. Hotel location was excellent, took the bus there and taxi back. Hotel was great, staff helpful, recommending correct bus to take, restaurants etc. Would go back.
Madrid wedding
The hotel is not central but is ideally placed next to the metro enabling easy travel throughout Madrid. The hotel was very comfortable and convenient.
Good but need attention
No facial tissues/no coffee maker/no shower soap/ shampoo not adequate/windows not insolating street noise/next door can easily heard/hallway to dark need more light/Gym in basement boring must be relocated to better surrounding/
AC Hotel Cuzco, Huzzah!
The Staff at AC Cuzco bent over backwards to make our first Day/Night in Madrid perfect. Thank you. When we return to Spain, we return to AC Hotel.
Great hotel near to the cuzco metro station.
Great hotel, good facilities, close to centre of madrid.
Easy to get to from the airport. Lovely staff
Checked me in before the recommended time. Staff fluent in English. Friendly and very informative. Would of given it top marks if it had a pool.
Nice hotel..close to the Santiago bernabeu
Great experience..would definitely use this hotel again.
Good location for Santiago Bernabeu
Overall good hotel for work or travel. Good breakfast.
Hola AC Cuzco
Hotel is modern and clean and has a nice lobby bar. Room I had was a corner room and had a great view of the surrounding area. Metro across the street and easy place to find. I would stay here again on my next Madrid trip.
Great hotel right by the Santiago Bernabeu
Great hotel loved my stay! Just a walks away from the stadium and 2 shopping centers as well as plenty restaurants and cafés / bars
Excellent hotel, definitely 4*, first class
Excellent hotel, with a metro station almost on your doorstep! Great facilities, helpful staff and free wifi in lobby. Clean facilities and spacious rooms, definitely recommended. Staff will help with almost all queries and you will have a really relaxing stay. Would rebook without question. Cannot think of a better stay overall.
Very nice hotel. Central location.
The hotel is very comfortable. It is centrally located. The breakfast is not really worth 22 Euros. It is very basic. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Only one station out of about 20 on TV is in English :)
good location to school I am attending
Thank you...was a perfect place to stay for the 1st night arrival to Madrid.
designer hotel
The corridors to the rooms are very low light, the door key cards are black. Seeing-eye dog and white stick helpful. The rooms are clean and comfy. Wifi not free in room. Soap is ridiculous golf ball shape and because there are no soap holders, rolls where it does. Nice, clean but overpriced
Great hotel
Great location and great service
