I liked being able to Open the Window -This makes a VERY Big Difference when you have Stale AC Air being recirculated in the Room with NO FRESH Air being introduced!!!

Good despite noise from LRT

Overall, the hotel is great for exploring KL. The only downside is the noise from the LRT which can be quite disturbing for light sleeper. Whilst we asked for room that is not directly facing the track, the noise is there.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. We enjoyed our stay. We had a room with a nice view. Everything worked fine. The staff is excellent. The breakfast was good. Public transportation is close by. This was the third AC hotel I stayed in. All of them have been excellent.

This is the best hotel we tried during our visit to Malaysia. It was so good that we decided to book it another 2 times when we got back to Kuala Lumpur from other states. The rooms were clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The hotel location is perfect with 1-minute walk to a bus station, a metro station, and many nice surrounding restaurants. The breakfast was diverse and very delicious. The staff were super friendly, nice, and helpful. On the negative side, you can hear the nearby metro trains as they go by which can be noisy sometimes. The pillows were thick for us that it hurt our neck when sleeping. And the AC controller of the last room we took wasn’t working as expected. But nonetheless, it's a definitely highly recommended hotel that I'd love to stay in again.

Nice and clean hotel away from the hustle of central Kuala Lumpur. Hotel is situated in a ethnic area for those inclined for interaction amongst the locals. Hotel has a pool and decent gym, restaurant for breakfast and lunch, but plenty of ethnic restaurants to choose from in the surrounding area. Quality stay overall for me.

Wifi was bad. But the rest of it’s good.

Room was spacious, clean and cozy. Breakfast was good. Only one thing bad was the internet access. All 4 night stay could not access WiFi in room. Too bad.

the smallest hotel rooms we have ever encountered. No room facilities, lack of towels and pillows & not even potable water in the room. The staff handled any complaints with disdain. All in all this was an absolutely terrible experience that ruined a beautiful 3 weeks travelling thru S.E. Asia.

The room is ok. They don't have room service. The restaurant is only available for breakfast. Be aware that parking needs to pay RM 10.00 per entry. WIll not return due to paid parking.

Very good value for money.AC Hotel compares with most 5 star hotels. Very clean, varied breakfast. Not far from the centre , abt 2.5 km to the buzling central area of KL. If you learn how to use the Monorail you can travel easily abd cheaply to and from the hotel . Tuere is a cosy bar by the reception and a reading area like a library … tjete is also a good restaurant opposite AC, they specialise in all sort of seafood .Every night it is packed with customers.

3 out of 4 elevator card readers were broken, WiFi access down, property shows sign of age, and lack of maintenance, I will not stay here again.

The room condition is good, cleaning need to be more concern on furry stuff on the bed and map need stronger vacuum. The room need more brighter light. Other from tat, well done!

The housekeeping staff return back my tab, which i left at the hotel room. The front office staff (ladies) should improve their service, be more helpful and smile to their guests.

Previous visit parking was free and now Parking need to pay. The single bed was too small.

Location is ok, a few mins walk to the train station. Good if you drive, the nearest mall is a short 5 mins away. Carpark lots in this hotel is limited, hard to find in the daytime.

The hotel starts charging for the parking this year and there is additional forms to sign (defeat the online booking) and they will ask you to sign a hard copy T&C (which is similar to the T&C which you have read and click Accepted on the online form). The "improved" steps during the check in defeat the "simple and speedy" check in which we used to enjoy previous years. The rooms stays the same except the introduction of another mirror in the bathroom. I don't see happy and smiley face during check in like before. Not sure what happen to the system/process though, but it really turns me off.

The hotel stay itself was good. But what was great - the honest housekeeping staff that clean my hotel room after check-out. We left something important in the room. And we got it back after coming back to the hotel the next day. Thank you, Miki, and the rest of the team, for returning the item to us. Truly appreciate it!

Bilik yang kami dapat agak berbau hapak seperti karpet lembab. Lif dan parking gate perlu update. Sensor kad agak bermasalah untuk berfungsi. Sama juga pada pintu masuk bilik. Dalam 3 hari menginap, 2 kali kena turun lobi untuk activate kad.. Internet (wifi) cemerlang..

Overall a good stay. Room size is reasonable. Staff are attentive. Close to public transport (LRT and Monorail). But you can hear the noise from the LRT trains. Gym has limited equipment as is expected with most hotels.

I have bee staying in this hotel many times but this is the first time that I giving such a low rate as I quite disappointed with the services, staff and cleanliness. Firstly the check in there are just only two counter are open although there are so many customer. Secondly, due to high volume of customer, there are talking much longer time to distribute the room for us as we are check in earlier than time permitted. Thirdly, the room which are given are full with dusty which seem like never clean up. They seem like changing the bed sheet, pillow case, replenish the mineral water, toiletries. Fourthly, the hotel till today didn't provide room selipar. Fifty, the aircond will stop few times whereby its make the room very warm. Meanwhile the hotel have very limited parking space for us as we the have suchch of huge customer but the not all the cars ablle to park in the hotel. On the day we check out, we have called and inform the reception that we would like to check out late, and the first reception are agree but then by 12.20 pm, the staff are call to us and ask us to check out. Have u guys really update the system? Different staff different ways of work. I really disappointed with this hotel for the first time. Could you please really make sure ur staff clean the room and not simpled clean/change the standard things and just replenish things. And please train the reception to check their system and always smile. Totally disappointed for the first time staying here.

The hotel has a good location. Great seafood restaurant right across the street. Theirs only open for breakfast. Staff was very helpful they called grab taxi service whenever needed. They supplied any information asked of them. On the down side maint. Is lacking in detail. My friend had 300 dollars stolen from their luggage in the room. Hotel has safe in rooms but he did not use it. (note always store valuables in the safe.) Door locks are old style and we had bugs in the bathroom. They sprayed after I asked. All and all very good value for the price. We stayed 3 nights at45 a night.

Conveniently located next to the Pekililing Bus Terminal that has regular buses to Genting Highlands and elsewhere. There is also a nice seafood restaurant just opposite the hotel. The hotel rate is affordable and it is a value for money hotel.

Everything ok...when i request for king instead of two single bed also provided, which certain hotel doesnt consider much about this.. Want to suggest to provide prayer mat for muslim guest in the room, i was provided with it last time upon request. Thank you

Nice...more smoking room

This is my third visit here. A few observations: - Staff service could be improved. Staffs over the counter is not accommodating, not forthcoming and certainly not friendly. A least a smile? - Needed to use the printer at the lobby but it’s not user friendly: had to request for username and password. Staff gave wrong password. Ended up no one knows the right password. So after 20mins staff decided to just print from office. What a hassle - Had to wait for 25mins to check in?? What is the use of advance booking online if I have to repeat my request and fight for it? Asked for non-smoking and there was non available. My husband is asthmatic and the last time we were here, the smoking rooms smells horrible and made us sick Only come back here for convenience. Please do improve, Vistana

Family staycay

The hotel room was nice and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Chk in and chk out was fast mainly coz thy were not much ppl. However the wifi is a disappointment. Better to use ur own hp 4G network.

During the check in, I made by requesting a room near to the lift. The Front office officer agreed that the room to be given to us was close to the lift. Unfortunately we were given to us room far from the lift which is near the emergency stair. Please do not promise to us if there is no room close to the lift. Actually this is not the first time I got a false promises from front office. My question is why the room that we booked through Expedia or other agent are not satisfactory not like the room we booked directly through the hotel. Vistana hotel is my favourite family hotel and I hope in future they can improved their service. Thank you.

Vistana may be a YTL property..but sadly the staff are not YTL stansard. When i checked in early in the morning, the girl was rude and when she wasnt sure of my check in details, she turned to her colleagues and spoke in Chinese. I booked via Expedia the Club room but without checking with me she put me into a deluxe room. Until later i clarified with Expedia did they acknowledge a booking error.... She was frowning all the time....gosh.
