I absolutely love it

We were there for a family emergency and Christina one of their managers was very sympathetic and extremely helpful and kind. This was an unexpected and thoughtful personal touch. Great job and this is our go to hotel.

Centrally located in the business district

Overall was an excellent stay. Was extremely impressed that staff checked in if eveything was good once checked into room. However, the restaurant downstairs could use some improvement ; food was good but the service was not.

I like the room the view was amazing

The hotel was very busy due to a lot of outside persons who are not guests at the hotel. The service was very slow.

Great service. staff very friendly. There were some loud people in the hall way at 4am being very loud. That was 1 night.

Customer service

The front desk staff is exceptional, and the bartenders working in the evenings provide a fantastic customer experience.

Check in was very smooth and my room was ready before 3pm. Yet my friend arrived after 4pm and hers was not but they were very updating about it.

There was no room service, had to bring luggage to room & go downstairs to pick up food

I have stayed at this property several times and the staff has been great to deal with.

Too noisy and too busy! It was a ZOO!!! No time for guests to enjoy facilities ,

AC Hotel was phenomenal. The staff at the front desk and the restaurant had excellent customer service. They were friendly and approachable. The facilities were immaculate. The room was comfy and clean. We checked in on a Friday night and they had a DJ set up near the bar which was such a cool vibe. We enjoyed dinner and drinks with the music selection and it felt like a nightclub lounge atmosphere instead of a hotel lobby. The property is safe and secure with lots of parking options. I also loved that they have a Starbucks adjacent to the restaurant. My partner and I loved our stay and will definitely be returning.

To be honest I didn’t know what to expect but was very impressed by the hotel and the staff, I found the cleanliness to be top notch and the staff to be very accommodating. I’ll stay again!!

This property continues to be my number-one hotel in Jamaica. I am very very satisfied with my stay, and I welcome everyone traveling to Kingston, Jamaica to experience this hotel for themselves.

Excellent hotel

The menue option was very limited. In addition, they lack to provide authentic Jamaican food. I called the front desk several times and no one answered the phone which was frustrating. However, the staff were all pleasant and accommodating. Bartender Prince and Odane were the most curtious to me and my family.

It's a very clean and safe hotel. Would definitely recommend

Grandpa's 100th birthday celebration weekend

We celebrated my grandfather's 100th birthday. It was an amazing weekend.

It is very close to the Embassies. I stayed at this hotel because I wanted to be close to the US Embassy for my appointment and it was straightforward getting there.

Chantel did a tremendous job tidying my room. The place is extremely clean and fresh. There could be nightly activities to entertain us. What I don’t like is that most times it’s hard to get a seat in the lobby because of outsiders.

The property was beautiful kept and clean. The staff were friendly and attentive. However, I didn’t like the hangouts outside and the marijuana smoking. That reduced the value in a signiicant manner, in my opinion.

Love this hotel. The breakfast buffet, the clean spacious rooms. The bar is very popular (especially on a Saturday night). Best part of hotel is the Starbucks connected right beside it.

It’s pretty busy on most evenings especially on the weekends which sometimes make it hard for guests to have seating or dining at the hotel. The lobby is extremely cold but these are mere matters of preferences and do not detract from the otherwise excellent atmosphere and facility and the professional, friendly staff

The hotel staff gave impeccable customer service food was chef’s kiss housekeeping were on task we were really impressed with the entire establishment!!!! I would say to others book it don’t think twice just book it!!!

Undoubtedly the top hotel in Kingston, the AC Marriott serves as the city’s de facto living room. It offers all the amenities of an international chain while staying firmly rooted in Jamaica’s culture. I was able to order the best ackee, codfish, callaloo and Jamaican Coffee I had in Jamaica, perfectly paired with a mimosa. This experience perfectly illustrates how they’ve seamlessly blended world-class service with authentic Jamaican hospitality. Wonderful experience and we will be back!

Great hotel for a short stay in Kingston.

Excellent stay

Excellent property. I only stayed one night on this stay.The hotel was buzzing with the Friday night crowd. I was very impressed. Will be returning to Kingston in December for a five night stay.

This is the newest hotel in Kingston. It's clean and safe, perfect for work. On Fridays and Saturdays, there is a DJ in the lobby. It gets pretty crowded and loud. The weak link is food. There is no room service, breakfast is weak, and lunch and dinner are okay, but the service is bad. I would eat out. Everything else is ok.

The hotel looks sleek and modern. Hotel staff was very easy to work with when I my flights were cancelled and I needed to change my booking. The food was pretty good, and the costs were decent. The lounge can definitely get busy at night, especially on the weekends. The rooms were clean and cool, and the views were nice. I’d stay there again.

This hotel property has a modern, urban feel to it, in the heart of Kingston.

I loved the staff. They all went above and beyond to get my phone charged. Very friendly in general. I hated the fact that I couldn’t use my phone charger due to the type of charging outlet available at the hotel. Type C charging outlet wasn’t made available. Having said all of that, my overall experience was great. I have booked a return stay for the 19-21, June , 2024.

This is one of the very best hotels to stay in Kingston. It is less than 5 years old, state of the art in terms of modern design and convenience. Staff is exceptional, any small issue was quickly taken care of. As a Jamaican American family it covers all the bases. Loved our stay Alaric & Sharon

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They go an extra mile I asked for some woman emergency mother nature package and they added a little extra touch to it which was very nice and unexpected but extremely appreciating the small details. The checkout was just as great amazing.

I do not understand why the hotel does not provide room service-- most unusual for an international chain like the Marriott I understand that the hotel caters to the business traveller, but after a long day of working, room service would be most welcome.
