Perfect place to stay if you want to go to a hockey game

We had no issues with the hotel itself during our stay. Unfortunately when we woke up in the morning over 10 cars had been broken into including ours. Multiple items stolen from multiple vehicles. The hotel and valet staff didn’t do much to help. They put trash bags over the windows and told us to file a police report. That’s it. No help from the hotel or compensation for the damages/lost items. To top it off. This is not the first time this has happened here.

The view was amazing..

Staff was great. The attendant in the morning was the nicest lady. Coffee pot in the room was dirty and pretty gross but they have coffee upstairs in the morning so it wasn't a big deal.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. You often don't get this service anymore. It was very refreshing!

AC is always a great hotel, this is a good hotel.

Starting with the good… Location, the staff, and the parking. Lumin (the bar) was particularly awesome. The bad…the room. It looks modern, but the wall paper was lifting at every seam, even coming off in some areas. The toilet seat was so loose, it made you feel like you would fall off, and the shower pressure was super light. I was quite surprised. It also had a stale smell… like maybe it was a smoking room at one point t in the past. We stayed in 319, so avoid that one if you are sensitive to scents.

Good location. Within walking distance of Nationwide Arena. Valet parking attendant was very rude the morning we were checking out.

One elevator bay was down which presented delays. The breakfast for $21 has a value of maybe $5.

Breakfast was horrible, very minimal, no eggs, almost no fruits, no potatoes. Also parking 40$/night is too high for columbus.

Lovely room / charged for parking

Our room was quite lovely! Bed wasn’t bad, had a pretty good night’s sleep. Huge shower. Check in/Day staff was so friendly. Six or seven minute walk to Nationwide Arena so that was great, since we were watching a concert there. The $39 charge for ‘valet’ parking (which was someone parking your car into a spot right next to the valet stand) was a bit much. Why ya going to charge to have your guests park in the hotel parking lot? That part was a bit ridiculous, otherwise we had a nice stay.

We were in town for an event. The room was the Cleanest room experience in the past several years of staying at hotels around the country! The room was also Spacious, Quite, Warm, and very Comfortable. Staff was excellent, professional, friendlly and very responsive. Will stay hear again if the opportunity arises.

We stayed at the AC Hotel on a trip to see a concert at Kemba Live. It was a very convenient location and the staff was great! The rooftop bar was nice. The only negative was how loud it was to slide the bathroom door closed and there was no fan in the bathroom.

Nice hotel, close to North Market and Nationwide Arena, easy in and out of city.

The property was delightful, along with the surrounding neighborhood of things to do and more things to eat. Only gripe would be you either have to park yiurself in a surrounding parking gargae or the hotel will charge you 40 bucks to park there. Boo

There's a bar across the street on the Park St. side that was blaring music until 3am on Saturday evening. It was fine on Friday. If you stay here on a weekend, stay on the other side of the building. Parking is valet only and $39 per day. Other than that, we had a nice stay. Staff was great and rooms were clean and nice. Nice roof top bar.

Staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Lots of really good places to eat in the area.

The staff at the rooftop restraunt/bar were absolutely amazing and treated my kids wonderfully.

Location is excellent, 5 minute walk to the convention center. Staff was friendly and Ian at the desk especially represented your property and Marriott name very well. He was welcoming and informative. Michelle made my morning with a big bright smile and Happy Birthday song during breakfast. Nice touches like dried lavender to put in small bags one evening. If You have trouble sleeping, ask for a room on other side (we were in 404) music at bars was very very loud on Saturday until 2 AM. Thursday, Friday nice and quiet. There was also an Ohio game that day so that could have added to it.

Great location for enjoying Columbus

Great property new. Great staff. Only issue breakfast was a let done not much choice most food items were out. Price was way to high for what was available. At $20 per person this was just way to high for what was served.

From the moment we pulled up to the valet to the departure was wonderful. Friendly staff, clean facility, quite, modern, and functional. Great location in the arena area. This is a hotel I want to stay in again.

Perfect getaway

Room was clean and sleek. Roof top bar was the perfect way to end our evening. Shops and restaurants within a walkable range. Will be back for another getaway.

The hotel was amazing. The only complaint was the breakfast. They offered made to order eggs but didn’t have any meat except lunch meat.

Charged $40 to park in their lot 50 ft from entrance. Never again!

The receptionist was very rude didn’t want to accommodate gave me a handicap room because he said other rooms wasn’t available but gave it to someone else

This hotel exceeded our expectations! Clean, quiet and modern. The surrounding area was so diverse, had a great selection of food and dining options. If we ever visit Columbus again this will be a top choice to stay!

Very Convenient

My family and I came for an event in town and I couldn’t be happier with our stay. The rooms are beautiful as well as super clean. The lobby is simple, yet elegant and well secured at night. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Everyone I encounter always had a smile on their face. The other amazing part is that it’s a short walk to the arena and there was plenty to do within walking distance for sure! The only down side is you have street parking only unless you pay for valet. Other than that, for being our only ever stay in Columbus I would totally go back and recommend!

Very welcoming! Kind and friendly staff. Clean and spacious room and trendy bathroom. All open space is clean and crisp. Used the work out facility - also very clean and spacious with lots of options of equipment and free weights. Comfy beds and loved the noise machine already in the room!

Hotel is in a great location. Its in walking distcance to rest. also like a 10 min drive t the casino and airport. Hands down the best shower I have had in a hotel.

Toilet required unclogging on first day. General low water pressure, even in sink. Highway noise from close proximity to interstates. Requested walk-in shower and grab bars - no grab bars. Loud bar patrons from neighbor bar adjacent to valet parking, even at 2 AM. Bed kept sliding off wooden bed base. Nice refrigerator, but no microwave. Property was centrally located.

Nationwide area concert.

We booked our stay for the Springsteen concert. Seven minute walk to Nationwide Arena. Quiet, comfortable, All valet parking which was standard for hotels in the area. Electric charging station at hotel. Great place for a short stay. Not far from highway but not high traffic. Uber/Lyft were plentiful. Highly recommended area. Restaurant and bars close by.

We were a bit concerned about the elevator access directly from the street without the need to use a key to begin operation. Seems less than optimal.

Very modern, clean. Great rooftop restaurant. close to dining options, arena, walkable. Abit loud especially rooms facing freeway. Had trouble sleeping first night but they had a noisemaker in the room and the other nights I fell asleep fine.

Everything and everyone was amazing. The only surprise was that if you wanted to park in their off the street, very easy to maneuver parking lot, you had to do valet. And valet was $35. I did mention the silliness of this at checkout and the hotel took the charge off of my stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great experience!

4th time there since it opened. Very chic and cool hotel. Parking a car battery free recharge are major bonuses. Lovely front desk staff.

Terrible food service

The breakfast buffet was never replenished, and no one around to assist. Additionally, the fancy coffee maker was there without instructions. Again I spent 10 minutes trying to make coffee, and no one around to assist. This is unacceptable food service for a hotel. When I did ask for a spoon, yogurt, etc., I was told "we're working on that" yet nothing was replenished.

Desk Staff and valet staff were great! The maid service was terrible! We stayed 3 nights and She emptied the trash 1 day and left the cans in the center of the room, didn’t make the beds nor replace coffee, sugar, toiletries etc. We retrieved our own towels and other items the remaining 2 days and emptied our trash into shopping bags we had in our room.

Was in town for four days on a business trip. Service was outstanding. Concession costs are fairly reasonable, and the hotel is near everything. Had a great stay.

The windows in the rooms don't open for fresh air. There is no fan in the bathroom to clear out shower moisture or other odors! Only a sliding door for toilet privacy which doesn't work!

This Hotel is highly overrated. The pull bed was COMPLETELY full of hair and crumbs. With no sheets or blankets. When we called to report it. The front desk staff insisted that we come and get it ourselves. I booked and stayed in the Presidential suite with torn and broken drapes. The towels were yellowish of white in color. The bathroom floor was completely dirty. Outside of waiting to check in (late) due to the room not being ready. Which verifies the room was quickly turned over and not properly inspected. I didn’t complain. I just will NEVER book this Hotel again. This one is a HARD NO for the price for one night. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Last Minute Friday Night Stay

We had a switch in the reservation that was made pretty easily. The room was nice and the staff was very friendly. Great walking access to downtown and nearby attractions.

This hotel is very modern with up to date amenities. The staff is very welcoming and efficient.Our only complaint is that the glass door to the bathroom was very noisy to open and close without any bottom track, so as it moves, it makes a lot of noise!

Enjoyed my stay. Loved the rooftop lounge and breakfast area. great location. My only complaint is the mandatory $30 valet parking. Hotel has a giant parking lot out front and even though i parked the cam myself i had to pay a $30 valet fee. IT seems ridiculous as they have their own parking lot and valet is completely unnecessary. Otherwise all good and would stay again.

Came for a convention and was here for 4 days. Breakfast had wonderful selections and terrific views in a comfortable and casual space. Room was perfect and the staff overly helpful.

Great location and loved the rooftop bar and restaurant. My room was huge! Unfortunately, my room was right above the highway and the noise from traffic was noticable.

Overall my experience was exceptional, would highly recommend staying there again.

The staff were kind, courteous, and very helpful. It would have been a perfect stay if there was a less expensive breakfast option. We were there for a conference that started early, and we went without breakfast each morning because the only breakfast option at the hotel was a $20 buffet. All we needed was a bowl of oatmeal and piece of fruit to start the day.
