Pool area nice, roof top bar room was large.
David the bartender makes the most delicious drinks! Love this hotel
It was a very clean modern room and the front desk staff were great!
Great
Loved our stay very nice staff definitely recommend will stay here again.
Its a very nice building and layout. Attention to details is lacking. Check in process is terribly slow the counter staff seems disinterested. Bar tender was absent often. Had to wait then gave up. This visit i had a 1st floor room facing the front parking lot. The blinds were torn from their retainers and wouldnt close completely. Asked the front desk about another room. None available for what i paid. Too many lobby people to make a scene about it. No coffee table infront of the couch. In previous stays there had been one. The $10 an hour for a late check out is cheesy and a blantant money grab. For the premium price per night i expect better.
Staff was very helpful and kind! Gave good vibes. Keep Austin Weird!
Nice spot in the Hill Country for a getaway from the city noise. Restaurants and movie theater steps away. Would definitely consider staying again.
Terrible parking for paid guest. Had to park across tge street. No facial tissue in the room. Tissue Box was empty and no spares in site. Sink barely drained it needs unclogging.
The area is gorgeous, I lived not far in Oakhill for 6 years and still never gets old. Had a great view of the hills from my room, and it was a regular room. The place was clean, its a new building. Definitely one of the safest places you can be in Austin, which is already pretty safe. The staff really stood out, which is rare. Definitely wasn't expecting it. They were all really professional and presentable, and it didn't feel forced at all. The lady at the desk over night, Susan was sweet as can be and was so stoked to meet my service animal, Ben. Like REALLY stoked, made my night. Would def recommend.
The air conditioning unit was loud and it blew a warm air at nighttime
Very Nice Stay
This was my first stay but my boyfriend’s family has been using this hotel for years. It was a very lovely stay. Some highlights I loved was the heated pool, the excellent room service and the lovely front staff.
The location is perfect and close to Ling Wu.
Great stay!
My husband I stayed there for the weekend. It was clean and comfortable. The walls are a little thin, we could hear foot steps, flushing of toilets, but that was mostly in the mornings and honestly it didn’t bother me cause I travel with ear plugs everywhere I go. My husband didn’t seem to notice it either cause he sleeps easily even with noise lol. We didn’t go to the bar, restaurant or sky bar so I can’t speak for that. We will definitely stay here again.
Good service, views and car chargers.
I booked this hotel for a quick getaway with my wife. The hotel is nice, modern and has good views. We wanted a place to stay that was close to Austin and the rest of the Hill Country. We have an electric car, so free charging was a nice bonus. I booked with the breakfast option and the breakfast was pretty good, with the service being the star. Francessa was great, very personable and explained how it worked and what the options were. The breakfast reminds me of my hotel stays in Europe, Spain in particular. As far as our room was concerned, it seemed to a bit rundown, with a janky toilet seat and loud a/c. Overall, we would stay again for the convenience and great service team.
We have stayed her because is close to restaurants and the movie theater is right next door. The hotel is clean and this time we got to enjoy the pool and outside patio and it was really nice, we will stay here every time we come to Austin
Great!
A quiet hotel a few minutes out from downtown Austin. Easy parking. Great, friendly service by the breakfast staff
My husband and I really enjoyed this property and the wonderful staff.
Frances at the breakfast bar was very friendly and efficient
The room was clean and nice. The outside patio and pool was welcoming. The ice machines on every floor were very difficult to operate. I had to put my hand all the way up inside to get the sensor to turn on. Very expensive price $350 for one night and there was NO complimentary breakfast. It was $22 pp.
Very clean and spacious rooms, courteous staff. Modern, nice decor. Property is in a location away from everything so prepare to drive. I am not a fan of European breakfast so i did not eat breakfast.
Awesome views of the hill country. Very friendly staff both at the front desk as well as the maintenance crew. A bit off the usual busy spots, but will still recommend it.
A little expensive, but very nice.
It was fun. In mall area outside of Austin, Texas… No amenities to use for us, but if we had shown up with the right clothes, we could’ve used the gym. Wish there had been a hot tub, but we really didn’t have too much time for anything.
I did not like the hotel due to the strong smell of cleaning products that make it impossible to sit in the lobby. Also, the hotel rooms were without exhaust fans in the bathroom, and it made the whole room stink.
Very nice and charming. The staff was very helpful and kind.
The hotel was cute, the room I got was small but I thought it was enough space for a single person. The amenities around the hotel were great. $237 dls for a bed and no breakfast included seemed steep to me. I should not have to pay $20 dls extra. Also TV channels were awful, Netflix wasn't even an option unless you signed in with your personal account, to me that should be paid by the hotel already. Restaurant Carve across the parking lot was great.
Property seems new and it super clean. Love the lobby space and everyone has been very friendly
Amazing all around! Most importantly the staff from managers, housekeepers and Sue!!!!
Nice, clean and modern design next to a movie theater and a restaurant, a bit off from main town.

Very pretty hotel and room.
Very Nice and New Hotel. Rooms were nice and beds were comfortable.
Excellent every time, very comfortable.
We loved the rooftop bar and the bartender that was there on 8/19/23 was the BEST! She was amazing!
Super convenient and comfortable
Gorgeous hotel
Upon check in the front desk guy was very friendly and helpful. We had a gorgeous view from the 5th floor and the room was clean and modern. The sliding door to the bathroom was a bit hard to open but that’s a minor complaint compared to how wonderful everything else was. I’m so glad I stayed here and will do so again. Highly recommend.
Not Mariott Quality
We stayed there for a wedding in the Hill Country so it was ok, but...The lighting in the bathroom was horrible and the only other mirror to use was in the hallway behind the door. Also the shower had no lip so the water came out all over the bathroom. The AC in our room was working but not pulling the humidity out of the air so it never felt cool in there. Our little fridge was broken and would not cool but they swapped it out quickly. It was a decent room but not what I would call Mariott quality.
Very clean and quiet. Nice staff and comfortable room
Great location, very well maintained property, and OUTSTANDING staff. Walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment.
When I checked in people at the front desk were super friendly. Later that night I called for towels 4 extra towels to be exact and were asked too many questions and unappreciated comments…”why so many? You don’t need that many do you? Well someone has a to come get them them.” And when my son went to get a toothbrush from the front desk after I called and was told nicely that they had some. They told him that “your parent has to come and get it.” My son is 14. I understand if I would’ve sent my 10 year old child. The great thing was service during breakfast time, Francys was soooo friendly, very attentive, very kind to my children. Excellent service from her. The pool was nice and relaxing. I’m still waiting for my deposit back.
Everything was wonderful! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Great views & amenities. Helpful staff.
It was a great, newer, modern themed hotel near great restaurants and the AMD center.
Romantic Rooftop Bar
Great hotel. We loved the rooftop bar area. Awesome shower! We would definitely stay here again.
Our room was located directly below the rooftop bar, couldn't expect to ever sleep until after 11:30 p.m. due to the noise and chairs constantly moving. Should've never had rooms below the bar...not without an extra layer of concrete or separate barrier. Poor design.
One of the my location I stay in all of Texas. Clean and quiet, friendly staff. Away from their city and close to the city. Free and safe parking.
Like the more quiet area outside the city, but close enough and easy access to the city areas when you want to go there. Property is very nice and clean.
I loved everything about the property only wish they had a hot tub or indoor pool
