Bath Towels need to be bigger and thicker. Need more pillows on beds. One not enough. Bathroom floors are damaged due to water from shower. Need a door.

Hotel had HVAC off which isn’t unusual in Europe in September but our room was directly over outside bar area & was very warm with window closed so was forced to have open and listen to bar patrons until 1am each night. Shower also had 1/2 door which allowed a lot of water to get into bathroom

Place is great. No frills but perfectly located next to the subway (UBahn *and* SBahn). Decent breakfast buffet, clean, and very helpful staff. Thank you — will definitely stay there again if I can.

Just a stopover before driving to the Dolomites

I booked a queen size bed and was shocked when i saw two single beds and complained. The hotel staff told me they only had 2 single beds in all the rooms & shifted the blame to the Expedia site. I ended up sleeping on a single bed. Also, the weather was extremely hot last weekend and the room air conditioner didn't work. I opened the room window to allow some fresh air but the sounds coming from trains/vehicles didn't allow me to sleep. My experience was so terrible and didn't get value for the money paid

Good value and friendly staff.

We enjoyed our stay in this fashionable, no-frills modern hotel. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is in a great location if you are needing to take the subway. The staff greeted us warmly and were accommodating. We had a drink and dessert in the bar, all of which were good. The bar/lounge seemed be busy quite often in the evening. The rooms were clean. Nothing fancy which is understandable at this price point. The beds were good enough but I wouldn’t use the word comfortable. The shower is terrible. We had four separate rooms and all of them were the same. Water pressure is great. The problem is no shower door or raised edge at the floor to prevent water from going everywhere and it doesn’t drain fast enough to catch up. This must be a recurring issue because the floors have dips and bubbles in all bathrooms. Our door keys had to be reissued a few times as well as the wifi passwords which isn’t a huge deal just an inconvenience at the end of the day.

Would not recommend for longer stays.

Not enough space! With our suitcases open my bf and I had to climb over beds to get around the room. Barely any free space that’s not taken up by the beds or furniture. The room was clean however and it may have been okay for a short term stay 2-3 nights. It was so cold at night I could not sleep, temperature was below 40 degrees. The heater in the room was a set of metal bars in the bathroom that get hot and is supposed to heat the room somehow. It did absolutely nothing. I complained to the hotel receptionist and found out the hotel has a main heating system controlled aside from the in room heaters and it was currently not turned on!!! They finally ended up turning it on but I had already gotten sick and ended up being sick for the 2nd half of my trip. Room service was on top of it and came in and changed the sheets and towels every day so I loved that. The in hotel restaurant was absolutely lovely. Service and ambience was great, food was delicious every time. Breakfast buffet was decent, not as good as one we had at our hotel in Berlin.

A fantastic stay!!! Staff were fantastic thank you. A modern and immaculate hotel. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with air conditioning and a spacious bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. Great vibe at the restaurant/bar with a lovely breakfast. Location is PERFECT with easy self parking and a quick and easy to navigate train into the centre of the city. Would definitely stay again!!

Surprisingly great location with almost free (1 Euro) parking lot near by. Super easy access to the rail and bus service. Two large supermarkets were next to the hotel as well. And rooms were modern and comfortable. 25 minutes to the city center and 20 minutes to the MUC airport. A perfect location.

Good value and great stay!

It was a great stay. I stayed for two nights before flying out of Munich airport. The location was perfect. About 25 min. S1 ride to/from the airport. There is a huge clean REWE market right next to the hotel, also really close to the train station. The facility was located in a quiet neighborhood, away from crowed city center. It was very clean and modern. And the most importantly, nice staff who were always willing to help you.

Super Anbindung an U und S Bahn.

Alles in Ordnung, außer Frühstück waren die Brötchen aufgebacken, Weißwürstchen, Speck und Rührei nicht warm , obwohl frisch aus der Küche.

Uns hat es sehr gefallen, vor allem dass es in der Tiefgarage E-Ladeplätze hat und mit dem E-Auto das Parken umsonst ist. Etwas staubig und nicht so richtig schön, fanden wir nur das Gesteck in einem Glaskasten am Empfang. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker und die Betten prima.

Pas de grand lit et pas de place de parking

Très mauvaise expérience et je souhaiterais une réponse. À notre arrivée il n’y avait plus de place de parking et ni de borne électrique (il me restait que 28km) sachant qu on avait réservé et payé. On nous a proposé un parking à 2km est ce normal ? En plus de ça on a payé un grand lit on se retrouve avec deux petits lits. L’hôtelier me dit on a que des petits lits et c’est la fait de houles.com car nous n’avons pas de grand lit est ce normal ? Que comptez vous faire ?

One nigth stay while travelling between locations. Good standard hotel with a good breakfast.

Wir hatten ausgerechnet gebucht als Adele und Coldplay in der Stadt waren und haben den 3 fachen Preis für das Zimmer gezahlt. Das Zimmer war leider unglaublich schmutzig als wir eingecheckt haben. Ich habe ein paar Fotos an der Rezeption gezeigt und es wurde nochmal geputzt. Allerdings nur die offensichtlichsten Dinge. Einige Flecken oder Staub waren auch nach der 2. Reinigung noch zu finden. Der Safe im Schrank war verschlossen. Grundsätzlich ein solides Hotel aber in unserem Fall war Preis Leistung einfach nicht gut.

Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht richtig

出車站步行約50公尺即可抵達，很方便，旁邊也有一亇大型超市，我們住2晚，但只在第一天房間內有放礦泉水，且奇怪的是沒放開瓶器，只好下樓請服務人員幫忙。

Einfaches Hotel für 1-2 Nächte. Alles wichtige vorhanden. Betten und Zimmer sauber. Check-In hat Ewigkeiten gedauert. Nur ein Mitarbeiter welcher komplett verheizt wird.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof München Feldmoching. Praktisch zum Flughafen (S-Bahn, 20 Minuten) oder in die Stadt (U S Bahn, 15 Minuten) Alles neu und sauber. Zimmer zum S-Bahn Bahnhof mit offenen Fenster laut, geschlossen kein Problem. Rezeptionspersonal teilweise desinterissiert. Kein Hallo/Tschüss, keine Herzlichkeit.

Alles gut Dumm nur wenn dein Zimmer zu den Bahngleisen ist. Dann ist es die ganze Nacht extrem laut.

Sehr gute Empfehlung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, zumal es Weißwürste gab :). Wir können das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen. Die Nähe zur S und U-Bahn ist perfekt und zur Not kann man auch noch auf den Bus ausweichen. Danke an das Team für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Im großen und ganzen gut.! Würde wieder buchen.

Wir haben kurzfristig gebucht. Haben uns nach den Bildern orientiert. Insgesamt ok, aber für unsere Freunde würden wir das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Top Hotel an guter Lage

Absolut top! Mit Tiefgarage, freundlichem Personal, sauber, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

That at 0800 the cleaner just walked into our room and started asking if we needed cleaning and when we left the room at 10.30 on returning it was not cleaned

Schönes Hotel am Rand von München. Moderne und ruhige Zimmer. U- Bahn sowie Bus und S-Bahn direkt neben dem Hotel. Personal durchweg höflich und freundlich. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Kurz vor Ende der Frühstückszeit wurden wir informiert dass wir 15 Minuten zusätzlich hätten um uns noch etwas vom Buffet zu holen und es dann ganz gemütlich zu Ende essen können.

Zu empfehlen

Die Lage ist perfekt. Liegt direkt an der U-Bahn. In ca 15-20 Minuten in der Müncher Innenstadt. Trotz der direkten U- Bahn Lage sind die Zimmer überraschend leise. Auch günstige Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Es gibt einen P&R Parkplatz ca 50m vom Hotel entfernt. 1,50€ für 24Std. Ist für denjenigen interessant, der keine 15€ im hoteleigenen Parkhaus bezahlen möchte. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: wir waren am ersten Wiesnwochenende dort, als das Hotel voll ausgebucht war. Da war der Andrang am Frühstücksbuffet schon enorm. Außerdem hatten wir Glück, dass das Wetter mitgespielt hat und man die Tische im Aussenbereich mitbenutzen konnte. Ansonsten hätten die Tische im Innenraum nicht ausgereicht. Aber wie gesagt, ansonsten war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Sauberes Hotel mit hervorragender Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Kostenloses Parken für E-Fahrzeuge mit Lademöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Gutes Hotel mit nettem Personal. In zentraler Lage, hier besonders zu erwähnen die unkomplizierte Verbindung zur Innenstadt mit der S-Bahn. Alles in allem ein empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Eine Übernachtung bevor es zum Flughafen münchen ging. LGute Anbindung mit öpv zum Flughafen. Guter Service. Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Leider war unser Zimmer zur Restaurant Seite gelegen wo es nachts entsprechend etwas lauter war
