Archway is a great place to stay on the north end of town. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast had a lot of good options. The south parking area had tons of room for trailers to unload your toys or for a staging area to meet your group.

Hotel and property are very nicely maintained. Great location, room options, clean and great price!

Good for a quick stop off highway.

Our room (130) was located next to an exterior entrance door. As guests entered and exited the building the door slammed so hard that the impact reverberated through the room. On two mornings we were awakened for the day at 5:47 and 5:53 am, well before our alarm was set to ring, due to guests exiting and the door slamming. Other exterior doors close more softly so we asked the front desk if the door could be adjusted. The front desk staff were nice and told us they would have maintenance check it. We asked three times on three separate days, but it was not fixed during our 3-night stay. There is also a prior review noting this same issue with the same room. The bed was comfortable and the grounds were nice, especially for our dog, but not being able to sleep on our own schedule ruined the experience.

From check in to check out, everything was perfect! There was plenty of parking for our Uhaul and trailer. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and our kitty enjoyed herself too! The views around the hotel were amazing. The free breakfast was really good. They even had fresh spinach to add to the scrambled eggs! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Simply a wonderful experience! I’m a picky hotel chooser, probably take way too long to choose. If you’re like me you will not go wrong with this place. Whole family loved it

Enjoyable and Relaxing

The hotel was an older property, but it was kept very clean. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. If you have electronics, bring a power strip so you have enough room for phone and other chargers. Recommend staying on the top floors, because the structure is wood framed, and you can hear all the footsteps above you. The dining room is large, and they have a decent breakfast. I liked the salsa they put out; it was very good. The location was perfect for Moab. I would defiantly stay here again. If you are towing a trailer with toys or equipment, they have an area that is easy to park those items.

Had an amazing stay! The staff is wonderful. Clean good size rooms. We will always stay here in the future.

Beds were very comfortable and convenient location

We had a great stay! Breakfast was good & had a lot of variety. Our only issue was that the walls are thin & we could hear others in the rooms nearby & especially above us. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!

Loved this Moab hotel!

I stayed at this hotel after I had to check out of Gravity Haus due to how awful the rooms smelled. This spot was in a great location, comfortable rooms, and the staff were friendly. Will stay here again!

Great hotel!

This hotel was awesome. We were on a family road trip to some national parks in Utah and decided to stay here in a three bed room. It’s really close to the arches park entrance. The staff was super friendly and upbeat and helpful. The room was clean and extremely comfortable beds. Couch in the room, nice shower. The pool and hot tub were great. Park with kids, climbing equipment and a basketball court behind the hotel. Good breakfast.. really comfortable and fun!

Great staff. Really comfortable beds. Very clean room. The only thing that I didn't like was that our window wouldn't close all the way and there was a small draft coming through.

Took cold showers on all days since manager turned down the temp for water. Had to complain about it, then they increased the temp, unfortunately for us it was a little too late.

Friendly staff and quick check in. Big, clean, comfortable room (non-pet, room 234). Heated pool was much warmer than expected and a pleasant surprise with the cooler temps in the evening. The hot tub was also great after a long day at the national parks (hot tub does need to be acid washed though) With plenty of parking, a fantastic hot breakfast, and close proximity to downtown Moab and both national parks, this place is hard to beat. Plus, cookies in the afternoon sealed the deal!

Older hotel, but had updates and very clean.

Great place to stay the room was reasonably priced, with the Jacuzzi tub in the room it was great for relaxing after hiking through arches. Definitely my go to stay while down in the area. Coffee bar and Continental breakfast were awesome!!!

Best facility out of six that we stayed at on this trip to Utah National Parks. Everything was top notch, especially the breakfast. Pricing was excellent as well!

The morning breakfast had a fair selection, the staff were friendly and polite. Our biggest concern was the location of our room(1st floor), facing the pet outdoor walking area with an outdoor access that would slam shut every time someone went out or came in. Needless to say, startling every time which became a nuisance. We addressed the issue as we requested to get a different room only to be told that the maids were gone for the day (3 days) thus couldn’t accommodate us. Very disappointed.

I like the cleanness and safety

Proximity to Arches National Park a definite plus. Morning breakfast was served in a large room and had several choices available, Clean and quiet.

This hotel checked all the boxes for my husband and me. It was quite quiet; staff were friendly and helpful; breakfast bar was nice; and there was a Jacuzzi and swimming pool. I appreciated that they made some effort to be eco-friendly with recycling bins, an electric car charging station, large shampoo/lotion containers, and paper cups/plates at breakfast. If they would give guests an option to reuse linens, they would be excellent environmentally.

Very nice place!

Very clean. No carpet, just laminate floor. Smart. Made it seem much cleaner without a carpet. Big shout out to breakfast people. They worked so hard keeping the area clean. Every time I was in there, someone was wiping out a machine or counter. Very clean! Good food too. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Loved that its dog friendly. Good price.

Super friendly staff and amenities.

We had fun! The only complaint was no one was at the front desk when we checked in at 7:30 pm. We waited around for 10-15 minutes for someone to come out. But the place is great for pets! Nice pet area.

Delightful

What a delightful hotel! Warm, inviting, friendly and very family focused. Amenities are abundant: pool, volleyball, basketball, playground, and more. And dog friendly! What a refreshing place to stay!

Clean, comfortable, affordable, and convenient

This was one of the least expensive hotels near Arches. Many of the hotels nearby, Aarchway Inn included, had high guest reviews, so I chose this one. It was clean and comfortable, which is about all I ask. Their lobby and pool areas are nice. Their breakfast was above par. The area seemed safe and convenient to the park and downtown Moab. We'd definitely stay here again if we return.

Dog friendly

Great hotel!

The room was enormous and very clean. Our kids loved it. The pool was very warm, the hot tub hot. It was perfect. Although the pool towels were always gone. The breakfast was delicious with excellent choices. All three is my kids and my ultra health conscious husband were very happy with breakfast.

Clean and comfortable bed

Nice little place to stay, quiet. Doors need repaired to outside of building, they were sticking. Sometimes card would work, sometimes not. Rest of the stay was fine.

Love this place. So many wonderful amenities without breaking the bank. And then pool was heated in February! How amazing is that?! Loved the pool/hot-tub area. The large outdoor space is wonderful for kids to run around or to sit and take in the beautiful views. And an amazing breakfast included. 10/10 and will definitely be back.

Nice resort/lodge, got upgraded to deluxe room with 2 bedrooms 2 baths and full kitchen. Very relaxing stay but ran out of things to do in the area after 4 days.

Super Place, Will Stay Again

It was really good, overall. Breakfast was solid. Staff was friendly and efficient. I recommend requesting an upstairs room, though. Apparently we had a family of tyrannosaurus rex staying in the room above us, who stomped across their room repeatedly late into the night.

We thought it was a nice hotel. Our room had a very strong odor .. on day 1, you could tell they sprayed the room to try and cover it but everytime i walked in the room, the smell was awful. Temperature issues as well.. the room was very warm even with the a/c on. We had trouble sleeping every night because it would get so hot.

Great place. It has been the staple of hotels in Moab and has recently undergone some renovations. It is a great place to stay for a good value. The parking is great for trailers and plenty of space. Great outdoor facilities and decent rooms. The breakfast is good and service is great.

Stayed for 1 night the front desk guys were extremely welcoming the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. So many options hot and cold! The entire building was clean and decorated so nice!!! Love love the chair in the rooms!!!

Great modernization, very clean and looks good. Everything seems to have been updated recently and it looks good. Comfy beds and a lot to select from at breakfast - which included hot foods.

Great getaway

Nicely remodeled looked in great shape.

We have stayed here a few times. I never leave reviews. The price is always fair. Even though the building is a little older, it is updated, clean, bed is comfy, plenty of nice pillows, no odors, simple. Breakfast is one of the better hotel breakfasts, lots of options. For the price it is the best option in Moab. And the biggest trailer parking in town. They have two huge gravel lots for trailer parking. I was quite impressed that there is a jump house in the lobby right now. It is off season and cold out. What a brilliant idea for kids! Thank you all so much.

This property was well appointed. The rooms are spacious, clean and well thought out. The grounds have amenities for families and pets alike. The location is convenient to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

This is a descent property especially with the price. The breakfast was ok, room ok, hot tub ok. Nothing out of the ordinary either good or bad but the price made it attractive.
