Good place to lay your head

Great location. Loved the rooftop pool. The room was adequate. Great Cold AC. The bathroom needed some work, particularly the shower, but not bad. There are A25s all over the city. Be careful putting the right place into maps.

When I turned up the lady said no room was available even though I had booked months ago they took me to another a25 hotel it was shocking, altered my flight to come home a day early it was that bad the staff were good at the other hotel but it was like the a25 I had previously stayed in only 10 nights previously all in all I lost a day’s holiday and £210 spent to come home early not happy !

Great location

Short stayover to do some shopping. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. They drove us to an atm when the ones werent working.

The rooms were clean, the staff was attentive and nice and the location is near the main shops. The staff was always on top of everything we needed and extremely helpful. Great hotel!

Perfect location

The A25 is in a super convenient spot. A 10 min walk to the Ben Tranh market. Loads of eating places very close by. A nice wine bar next door. Mini mart 1 min walk away. Everything easy. If you need a taxi to get somewhere, super easy using the grab app. We had a city view deluxe room on the 9th floor. Spacious enough and room for our luggage. Lots of little nice touches in the room, tea/coffee, toiletries etc. gym and pool one floor above us. Pool very refreshing after a long day in the heat. Breakfast included was great. Staff were lovely and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Windowless room 💔

They assigned me a windowless room, it was depressing. Might have got a better deal at 2-star hotel. The room was well-equiped, power points at every corner. The fridge made a dripping noise all through the night I had to unplug it. Bed was comfortable. I'm not sure whether it's a love hotel because it has 2h rates, and condoms in the bedside table. The pool is tiny, you can cross it within 2 laps. Breakfast was varied and yummy, you can ask the ladies to cook pho or eggs at the stove. Water dispenser is available at the lobby and breakfast area. Convenience store is available around the corner. Overall a comfortable place to rest.

Different to picture on Expedia. In poor condition. Pool as big as a spa very dirty Rooms Dirty & poor condition Shower facilities mouldy. Breakfast uneatiable. States 3 star I would give it a 1. We left & booked into another motel

First Class Service and Comfort

I think this hotel was fantastic. Everything from the bell hop, check in, comfort, breakfast, housekeeping and check out was amazing. The staff are just so kind, patient and accommodating. The amenities are just perfect for most people with a roof top lounge, clean roof top pool and modern gym. The provided breakfast in the morning is fantastic. The same ladies there cook for you in the morning and it’s always delicious. They usually try to mix it up with a new dish every morning but you’ll have your consistent faves. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The bathrooms have lots of counter space and large tub showers. I really wished the minibar was included as the other hotels in Saigon. It’s really cheap stuff and shouldn’t hurt their bottom line

The check in staff were not pleasant to deal with at all. I'd booked two rooms which was clearly shown on my Expedia booking and was continually told I'd only booked one room. Not the case . Also went to the downstairs bar, service was poor and food was not available. Rooms and location were perfectly acceptable, just the service of the check in staff was the biggest let down.

Overall experience was great! Would def stay again. The staff was exceptional!

Excellent staffs from guy that greets you once you get off the car, to the front desk person, to person that cooks breakfast , to person that cleans your room. Everyone so friendly and helpful making sure your stay is best as can be.

Staff was very friendly and did everything beyond and above expectations from the time you step out of your car to the time you step into your room.

Only book this hotel if you DONT intend to sleep. The noise blocking is nonexistent.. the walls are so thin that you can even hear people sneezing and talking next door. You can even hear them opening their doors and flushing their toilet bowl… we could hardly sleep AT ALL. That said, everything else was good as the staffs were nice, the room was clean and there is a family mart nearby. The breakfast was good too.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The staff was terrible. I dropped of my laundry and they did not do it. When I came to get it they told me you have to stay 2 days to do laundry. Then when I checked out they had a charge for 500050 for laundry. They where laughing at me to. It was extremely noisy during the day. Worst experience in a hotel I ever had.

Moved here from another hotel. Excellent staff and room are everything you would expect from a budget boutique hotel. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Expedia lied saying this was a 4-star hotel when in fact it's a 3-star. My personal rating is 1.5-stars. My number one issue was the fact I could smell cigarette smoke in my room and the hallway reeked even though I booked a non-smoking room. I checked out two nights early because of this. Other issues: no breakfast was provided; the safe could be picked up and taken out of the room, which completely defeats the purpose of a safe; I couldn't even operate the safe because it wasn't standard one used in most hotels, and there were no instructions for it; the building is not accessible at all. The only redeeming quality was that the staff were very nice.

I wouldn't stay here again. Although the staff was nice, there was a lot of hair in my bed and on my coffee cup in my room when I checked in... I left the hair on the coffee cup to see how long it would take for housekeeping to notice (3 days). Housekeeping is very inconsistent - sometimes coming at 4:30 PM. The gym is too hot to enjoy, even with the AC on and there are no towels or spray to clean equipment some strange mold growing on the roof. The pool photo is misleading - can't say I wanted to spend anytime at the pool when I saw it in person. The hallway on my floor was full of junk and giant laundry bags. Noise from outside is moderate all day, sometimes loud leading to restless nights.

Nice clean spacious room, good location and the stuff was very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed night swim at the roof top power jet pool. A good hotel in the city Ho Chi Minh, 2 blocks to Ben Than Market and other sights. Will return.

Uten vindu, ufrivillig.

Ok, men ikke god verdi. Rent og ordentlig, men bærer preg av hurtige og billige løsninger. Frokost ok, men å sitte i en veldig kjeller med lavt under taket er ikke så trivelig. Et mysterium hvorfor ikke frokost blir servert i lobbyen, hvor det uansett ikke er andre mennesker som oppholder seg. Flere av rommene er uten vindu, og det fremkommer IKKE av Hotels.com sin side. Det er virkelig dårlig.

Good place, nice service, kind staff and reasonable price

スタッフはとても優しいが、あまり英語が得意ではないようで、トイレロールの補充や部屋の掃除を頼んでもなされていない… 朝食では美味しいフォーが食べられますが、会場はとても狭い。 シャワーとカランが同時に出るため、水はけが悪い。しかし、シャワーの取り外しができるし、水圧、温度は問題なし。

ホテル名が違う

I stayed here for tow days. It was great stying. Room and bathroom are clean and staff is great. 日本人の私も快適に過ごすことができました。場所としては1番の繁華街ブイビエン通りの徒歩圏で、レストランや遊びの場としても不自由はないでしょう。

이 정도면 모든 부분에서 아주 완벽하게 합리적입니다.

직원 분들이 매우 친절합니다. 가격도 상당히 합리적이고 무엇보다 위치가 정말 여행하기 너무 좋은 곳에 있네요. 청결도도 깔끔한 편이에요.

Hôtel bien situé, chambre rénovée et moderne, baignoire pas propre en arrivant par contre et insonorisation moyenne...

God lydisolering

Det beste og, etter min mening, viktigste, var at hotellet var stille og hadde greie madrasser, dvs ikke for harde. Men på et av de to rommene våre virket ikke A/C første natt, og det tok sin tid å få det i orden. Det aller verste skjedde ved avreise til flyplassen. Hotellet greide å blande bagasjen fra et av rommene våre med ei gruppereise. Noe som førte til en ganske ubehagelig situasjon. I tillegg la resepsjonisten skylda på oss for det intrufne! En absolutt inkompetent ansatt uten engelskkunnskaper pekte og gestikulerte til bagasjen var kommet på plass blant gruppens kofferter. Det endte godt, hotellansatte ringte flyplassen og reiseguiden for gruppen, som hadde klart å isolere bagasjen vår fra gruppens. Hotellets ledelse sendte også en "beklagermail". Rent bortsett fra disse to negative opplevelsene, er hotellet absolutt å anbefale. Sentralt, stille og greie senger.

Het verblijf was voor een week en bijzonder aangenaam door het comfort en de centrale ligging.

ホテル自体は綺麗で、朝食もおいしく問題なかった。 ただプールは写真と比較すると小さく、入る気にならなかった。
