The breakfast was only Pho nothing else. this was disappointing. The staff was rude / not friendly. the room next door unfortunately had very noisy guests that keep up all night preventing us to get any rest. our son found a Condom on the floor so housekeeping was not up to par either. This choice of hotels was not the least expensive so we expected more from this stay and was very disappointed.
Staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the room size was good. Also, the hotel was in a convenient location near the central of Hanoi and many of the tourist attractions were within a walkable distance or just a 5-10 minute taxi ride (most taxi rides were from $2 to $4 USD). There was also free breakfast included with the hotel price. A great deal in general.
