We had a place booked and they canceled at the last minute! Booked this because we needed someplace to stay. VERY happy with this last minute choice. A two minute flat walk to the bus stop where cabs were also available. It was larger than we thought it would be. I gave my daughter the bedroom and I slept on the queen size pull out. The place was large enough to leave it pulled out and still get around. Slept like a baby. Clearly it was on older building because the front door was about 20 feet high! When we got it unlocked, the door that opened was about 6 feet! Went up a short flight of stairs that appeared to be made of marble. The door to the room was also short, unique, and just plain fun to go in and out. The windows look into a old courtyard. In the morning we could hear water dripping. It was the apts. across the courtyard watering their plants on the balconies. We left the windows open most of the time. In the evening I went to sleep each night hearing the faint violin music from the restaurants down the street. We had passed the guy several times. We was walking up and down the street playing for coins from the patrons. I made a special trip over to give him a few coins because I enjoyed going to sleep with it every night. Liked the pizza place around the corner. I have never traveled and this was easy to find. The Pantheon is just around the corner. Trevi Fountain was about a half mile away and a pleasant walk. I couldn't have been more pleased.

Stay away from it
Location for the apartment is great, but during our stay we found different issues that made our stay much less pleasant than it should have been: - The bedside tables in the bedroom were broken with glass everywhere. When notified the answer I received was that the previous guests had ruined them. - The toilet lid was broken and held by cable fasteners, which made it very hard to use, and the fasteners scratched your back when sitting on it. - There was no batteries in the remote control of the TV. - The bathtub was in a very bad state, which you will not see in the photos of the property but you can see on this review. - Regardless of how the bathtub is, forget about taking a bath because the capacity of the water heater is, in no case enough to take a bath - The cleanliness of the apartment is also another thing to consider. You will be asked to pay an extra fee of 65€ but you will still find small crawling insects and an apartment that is not as clean as you would like it to be. - Other things are the amount of toilet paper, shower gel/shampoo and trash bags, ridiculously small for a stay of four people for four nights, barely 2 rolls of toilet paper, 15 cl of gel and 1 trash bag. - Also, dangerous to walk into the apartment as there are a few steps right into the door. I contacted the property about some type of compensation for the inconveniences but I haven’t heard yet. We paid a high price for a property that apart from the location is not worth it.
