Nice location but accesibility warning

Very close to main attractions in Napoli and good room. Nice receiving us.However this place is difficult to reach and definitively very uncomfortable access stair. Lift for luggage has a key and access to key not available when leaving. This is just a nice clean room in an excellent location, but does not qualify as a hotel, B&B and Hotels.com shall notify on their site that accesibility is through a very narrow and steep stairway. Does not qualify for a 10, at most an 8.

This is a lovely property close to a busy, walkable area. The host was waiting for our arrival and provided valuable info about our stay. The room was clean and spacious. There is a lift that can be used for your baggage. The entry system was easy to use. It’s close to some great dining options.

Property was perfect for our stay. Mario met us at the property for check in and was kind and pleasant. He was also quick with answers to any questions we had. Also had a wonderful private hire to transport us from the airport to the property and then again to the train station. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

We Stayed at this property as a stop on our honey moon, it was absolutely incredible! I highly recommend to anyone our hosts were great our driver was hilarious and kind. They were all very helpful.

Mario, the host, was so attentive, quick to respond and all around amazing, it made our stay even more enjoyable than we thought possible. The facilities were perfect and well situated for exploring the centro storico. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends and family!

We had an amazing experience in Napoli, in large parts also due to our accommodation. Perfectly located right in the heart of Napoli, a beautiful room (Babà) and incredibly friendly and helpful hosts. Will surely stay there again when we (inevitably) come back to Napoli.

Sitting smack in the middle of the action in Napoli, in the historic center by the museum capilla Sansevero. Area is super safe, very convenient location, room was large and clean. We are from Florida and we know the heat and humidity. We traveled in July and humidity and heat was at extreme. AC did a good job at cooling off a bit but perhaps a more poweful AC would help. Cannot say enough about staff, Mario recommended place for Pizza, Coffee and Baba (Napolitan rum cake) and Fish restaurant. All were great. Would return and recommend.

Fabulous Place, Great Location

This is a wonderful place in a great location. The room we had is beautiful (I love the orange!) and it was great to have a tiny balcony to watch as life in Napoli continued around us. Check-in and out was managed very well and we appreciated being able to leave our bags. Everything you need is provided and every detail taken care of. We’d love to come back for longer. Thank you for a really enjoyable stay.

The staff was wonderful

A Casa del Principe was great! We had arranged to drop off our bags early, and they were even able to get our room ready in time. The room was quiet, cool, and comfortable. The breakfast deal they have with the cafes nearby is so creative and delicious. We were so happy with everything there!

Amazing experience. Very professional and friendly staff. Perfect.

The property is probably the best place to stay in the city center. It is spotless clean, with quick access to the main sights. The rooms are big and comfortable with a/c, amenities, safe, tv, and some snacks. The host helped me get transportation from and to the airport and was really helpful providing me information in a city that is not easy to navigate. The place feels really safe and its close to the best pizzerias in town.

Wonderful visit to Naples. Would love to go back and I recommend this space for resting. It was a beautiful room we had.

This property is in the historical center of Naples. The property is well maintained and very clean. The location was great for walking to some local historical sites and street markets. Barbara and Luciano were great hosts and provided information about the area. They helped us with taxi arrangements to the airport.

Perfect spot in central Napoli

Fantastic stay! Great location, comfortable clean modern room, unbeatable service. Barbara went out of her way to help me when I needed a doctor, even went with me to translate! The room was perfect and I loved the water, juice, snacks and the best coffee ever available 24/7. Comfy bed, nice strong shower and great AC. Wish I could have stayed longer!

A great location and a very welcoming host. We only stayed 1 night but can’t say enough about the host Barbra and her place. Clean and well later out. Barbra explained everything, made some recommendations to eat and set up a ride to the airport for our departure. Highly recommended if you want to be in the heart of things.

Barbara is a wonderful host, always ready to help. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. Convenient location in the Historical Centre and many great restaurants in the area. Room is well-kept and everything is well-organized. I would definitely stay here again. 10/10.

Barbara and Guiseppe so pleasant and helpful. It was great that they organised transport to and from airport for us. Very central b&b in historic part of Naples. Thank you for such a nice stay.

We love this Hotel! Barbara and Luciano were splendid hosts!! We really appreciate the fact that they waited for us for the check in! The hotel is in walking distance to major atractions in Naples. There is a Carrefour about 2 blocks from the hotel. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, there is even a Michelin award restaurant!

The best B&B!

We visited Venice, Rome, and Naples, and this was by far the most comfortable and friendly b&b that we stayed at! Barbara was very kind and helpful. She gave us plenty of information to get around Naples. The room was clean, bright, and very homey. I definitely recommend staying here!

Brilliant gem of a place for a short stay in Naples - right in the middle of the historic centre. Barbara provided excellent suggestions for local restaurants (especially Tandem Ragu) and also arranged our taxi back to the airport. Family room perfect for us and our son. Breakfast vouchers provided for 2 local cafes (we recommend the one next to San Severo)

Wonderful B&B

Wonderful B&B in the heart of historic district. Beautifully renovated, very clean spacious room, with lots of provisions (coffee, pastry, toiletries). Walking distance to everything; loved exploring old city. Amazing owner went above and beyond to make our stay great. We came late from Rome, pretty miserable as our luggage was lost and train delayed. In the luggage were my husband’s medications. Barbara run straight to the pharmacy and got him medication (without script) and called friend to enquire about luggage. Although we stayed only one night, she SMS’d us in days to follow with updates on luggage. Brilliant service. We really enjoyed in our stay in Naples and would definitely go to Case del Principe again.

This was an excellent hotel. Very central and in the heart of some of the major tourist attractions. Barbara was so helpful. She organized transportation from the airport as I was arriving late. She gave plenty suggestions on things to do in the city. Free tea and coffee making facilities. Would definitely recommend this place.

Very friendly staff. Very central location in historical centre. Best pizza restaurants nearby. Economically makes sense, too! 200 out of 100 for the help of the owner for arranging taxi ride from the airport, as well as personally helping out for my latter journey.

Disappointing stay in small "b&b" poor service

Disappointing overall. Advertised on hotels.com as a hotel, but in reality a three-room B&B. No staff on duty, location very hard to find (there is only a tiny sign about 20 cm in size on the side of the building), could not get a second key for the room, noisy street, very narrow staircase and guests not permitted to use the lift, no breakfast space in premises and had to eat at a local cafe for breakfast. Linens not changed during multi-day stay; the day that we put the towels on the floor to signal that we wanted a change, the cleaning staff just hung them back up on the racks! Yuck. Would not recommend.

Lovely place to stay. In the middle of the historic district so everything is very walkable. Barbara, who owns and runs the place, is a very nice woman with helpful tips and over all its very hospitable. The building is old so you can hear everything. Bring some earplugs for sleeping and you'll love this place. Modern, big, comfy rooms. We would definitely stay here again

Beautiful, great placement, comfortable room with balcony. Breakfast should not be at a local coffee shop where you can not sit and enjoy coffee and croissant.

Når der bliver gjort rent, er det kun sengetøj der bliver skiftet. Der bliver faktisk ikke gjort rent. Der kommer heller ikke nye håndklæder, sæbe og toiletpapir. Så vi måtte bruge håndsæbe nogle servietter fra fælleskøkkenet ved den sidste overnatning. Det køkken som vises når man ser billeder af værelset, er et fælleskøkken, som er placeret i entreen ned ad en meget smal og stejl trappe. Man kan knap nok bære to kopper kaffe op uden at være bange for at snuble og spilde. På værelset er der hverken køleskab eller elkedel. Det er placeret nede i entreen. Håndvasken på badeværelset kan man ikke bruge uden at vand sprøjter op ad sig sig selv og udover bordet, så det er hele er vådt efter man har åbnet vandhanen. På værelset er der en røgalarm som blinker med skarpt lys hvert 10 sekund. Ret irriterende når man prøver at falde i søvn. I tøjskabet er der en safe box, som ikke er boltet fast til væggen, men ligger løst. Boksen ligner noget der er købt fra TEMU. Pas på med at bruge den da den nemt går i baglås. Men den er i øvrigt også ligegyldig at bruge den, da rengøringspersonalet alligevel har nøglen, så de kan åbne den hvis det sker. Det virker som noget der ofte sker. Udover de negative anmærkninger, er det et fint værelse som har en altan. Gode senge. Beliggenheden er perfekt placeret i den gamle bydel omgivet af liv og restauranter. Tæt på lejligheden ligger der en lille restaurant der hedder Cantina del Sole, som laver super gode italienske pastaretter.

Die Gastgeber Barbara und Luciano sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und geben Tipps zu Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Sie kümmern sich um die Gäste in allen Belangen. Der morgendliche Cafe war ein fantastischer Start in den Tag. Das Frühstück ist außerhalb der Unterkunft einzunehmen, aber nun wirklich nicht weit entfernt. An besten hat uns die Bar zum Frühstück am nahegelegenen Platz gefallen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt liebe Barbara und Luciano.

Great hostess and a great place

Barbara är en supertrevlig och serviceminded hostess. Rummet var superfint, bra läge och dem mindre men ack så viktiga sakerna fanns på plats som bra kuddar, aircondition, wifi, tvål/dusch kräm, bra handdukar, kaffe och vatten.

Topverblijf in de drukte maar toch stil!

Goede service, zeer vriendelijk, mooi maar minder toegankelijke ligging in het historisch centrum. Stond ons vriendelijk op te wachten. Top service! Je mag haar alles vragen. Iets moeilijker met de wagen. Anders ZEER tevreden over haar service!!!
