Need a lot of improvement at the check in counter staff!

Great host who are helpful in addressing questions.

Staff were nice. Apartment was as described. Only thing I didn’t like was the low walls when 19 floors up and your small children try to climb for the view. If they fell it would be death. Nets should be applied every few floors.

The guest lift was horrible slow. Being waiting almost 1 hour when want to chek-out.

TV was not connected to antenna, shower head is broken, dirty chair so that they put bed sheet to hide the dirtiness, broken toilet

The property was slow to respond to messages. We located cockroaches in the room and were woken to a cockroach on our face while sleeping. The washing machine/drier was broken and unusable. Pillow cases had holes in them and there was dirt in the rubbish bins on arrival. The shower was full of dirt from previous stayers. The views were fantastic. The room appeared modern and the beds were comfy. Bring meds for gastro with you as there are no pharmacies near by. Learned the hard way.

Toilet shower area tiles and grout disgusting. Lounge furniture fabric wrapped and damaged over all smelly too

This place was not like the photos Very very basic rooms smelled musty So hard to navigate Carpark to reception desk as floor numbers very confusing Car park is very confusing Overall not as described and definitely not as per pictures Would not stay here just ruined my anniversary trip to Genting highlands

Had to waste 30 mins going down to the receptionist just to request a sheet for the futon. Overall this property is average. Will reconsider before booking in the future.

Well maintained and clean…

Nice view & clean

Rooms was comfortable and quiet to stay in after a long day in Genting Highland. Nice view . Very safe to park your vehcile here as the security screen your vehicle in and out of the property . without an access card, you cannot enter or exit. Good places to shop and eat around the property. travel by car to genting takes about 15 - 20 min.

Great place to stay. Nice eatery around the area. Abit challenging for Ehailing. But overall is a great place.

Nice place for groups

Great place to stay. But slightly longer to E-Hail to go up Genting highland. Overall wise was pleased with the check in and out process and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Unsatisfied

Non-functioning electronic lock on the apartment, unpleasant musty smell, poorly cleaned bathroom, lots of mold on the tiles

i such a cold place but the water heater not working, call management service but no one pick up the phone.

Staff at check in was rude , kevin needs to learn to greet customers better

Room was great. For a weekday rate it was really a great price for a large condo with a nice view

overall the unit caught us by suprice. it was beyond my expectation. it was so clean and comfort. would definetly comeback one day. it would good if they have smart t.v so that we can link to internet and watch nice moives.

Modern and good value for money. There were food outlets, convenient stores and even a money changer within walking distance.

The room, beds are clean. Easy access to the room as the parking lot is just outside of the entrance of our room. The only thing was the water hester wasnt working at night (maybe we showered too late, no more hot water in boiler). The only thing to improve is that the water kettle smells and the stove just not working.

2BR Apartment, overall clean and tidy

The check-in was quick and fussfree. The rooms were generally clean except for the single bed room which had a very strong smoke smell. The whole apartment looks modern and has a big floor area, bed is comfy but sofa has a few stains. There is free parking but each apartment is allocated to one specific lot which you will have to use throughout your stay, othewise you will risk your car getting clamp. There are 4 lifts at the lobby but waiting for an available lift takes a very long time, can be up to 10 mins, especially during check out timing as the lifts service 30 over floors. Area was quiet and there are lots of eateries and minimarts opposite the building, some 24hrs. There is a petrol station nearby as well. Overall quite satisfied with the stay.

Not coming back

Dirty gluey stuff on mirror, needle found on bedroom floor, unknown stuff in kitchen sink. Booked for 3pax but third person's pillow did not have pillow case. We did not use water excessively but hot water ran out whilst second pax was taking shower halfway. Third pax had to go to toilet at swimming pool to shower. Reported dirt to counter but no action taken. Reported lack of hot water to counter, a staff came to check but reply was that we used up the hot water. No towel rail. 2 thin hooks placed at sink level - how to hang towels? No other hooks, no place to put clothes in bathroom. No privacy - side door was see-through glass visible from car park! This is not even a hotel nor a properly serviced apartment. My worst booking from hotels.com.

Room was nice and clean. However very difficult to communicate with the company through Whatsapp/phone call. Asked for early check out and the staff said 7am but the staff arrived at 7:45am. Needs improvement on the service department.

Overall it was a nice stay. Clean property, nice view and easy access to eateries area. However, it would be better if the property provides some complementary food such as instant coffee/ tea and an additional blanket

good family facilities like swimmimg pool tennis coutt etc but the room srvice is bad as only clean on demand

No room service in 3 nights that we stayed there! At beginning they gave a room which was smelly and had a bad view to the street and they insisted that there is the only available room; then i contacted (Hotels.com)and then they changed my room to better level and none smelled one.

Holiday in pahang

Very good location with lot of restaurants around and view is excellent highly recommended.

The place is very clean & homey. The view is beautiful & easy access to places to eat and a 7-11.

Nicely furnished, clean, easy access from parking spot

The house is indeed not clean and smelly. There are still things left by the previous guest in the house, including eaten candies and used tissues. The toilet window was also broken and could not be closed. The pillows and quilts were not clean and smelly. The front desk staff were not friendly and did not smile when checking out.

A Place to STAY AWAY from

Ants all over the beds. Very poor higiene Staff was concerned to just get additional money. They even were insisting to pay the Tourism Tax which was included in prepaid tariff and as per Expedia confirmation email. VERY DIRTY AND UNFRIENDLY PLACE

It was a comfy 2-Night stay for our Family of 4. Loved the strategic location - walking distance to reasonably priced eateries, and 10mins drive away fr Awana & GPO. Only downside was the futon which was damaged, covered w a sofa cover which had mites/bugs which caused me an allergy. This futon needs to be upgraded. Otherwise all else 4star rating :)
