I was so so disappointed. This is not actually hotel, it is even worse than a hostel. The staff will let you take the luggage by yourself. The first room they organized for me was dirty. I need to work but the wifi didn’t work, then I had tried to call to the staff. Amazingly the telephone was broken. Addition, the toilet was smelly. I needed go directly to the lobby and asked the staff. Then he decided to change the other room for me in 3rd floor. The room looked better than the prior. However, the wifi of this floor also didn’t work, lol. I need to access via wifi of the other floors with a tons of “packet loss”. And the bathroom was also smelly, sadly. Never come back again.

Old, out-dated and in a back alley that is not well lit and has uneven pavement. No bell hop, or main entrance. Feel like it was an old hotel from 1980 that was never touched in nearly four decades.

Khách sạn Phương Ngọc là một sự lựa chọn tốt cho kì nghỉ của tôi. Nhân viên thân thiên, phòng mới và rất sạch sẽ. Nhất định sẽ lựa chọn Phuong Ngoc Hotel cho lần công tác tới.

ホテル名が違う。入口がわかりにくい。フロントが子供。エレベーター前に大量の洗濯物が。 部屋のドアが薄く廊下の声がまる聞こえ…これは仕方ない。窓の外からも住人の話し声とバイクの警笛音が鳴り止まない。これも仕方ないとは思うが…シーツ、タオル、足ふきマット全て使いまわしのシワ汚れあり。

싼게 비지떡이네요~ 그 근처에서 일볼려구 사진보구 갔는데 지저분한 골목안에 위치 해있구요~ 조식이 있다 그랴서 아침 먹을려구 했더니 아예 아침 하지두 않았구요~프론트 직원은 자구있으면서 대답두 제대로 안해요~~방은 넓으나 침대가 싸구려라 스프링이 배겨서 이불 접어서 깔구 잤구요 로비에선 손님들이 담배를 피구 있어요~~최악이네요 ㅠㅠ
