• You may be required to pay the following charge at the property: Colombia Value-Added Tax (VAT) at 19%. A VAT exemption is available to travelers who present a valid passport and tourist visa showing they are not a resident of Colombia and who pay using a foreign card or via a bank transfer from outside Colombia. This exemption applies only to tourist package bookings (accommodation plus other travel services).

• If you are traveling with a child your property may require you to present the following documents: Parents traveling into Colombia with a child under 18 may be required to present the child's birth certificate and photo ID (passport for non-Columbian visitors) upon check-in. If a relative or legal guardian is traveling into Colombia with the child, that relative or legal guardian may be required to present a notarized consent of travel signed by both parents and a copy of both parents' ID. If only one parent is traveling into Colombia with the child, that parent may be required to present a notarized consent of travel signed by the other parent. Visitors who plan to travel with children should consult with a Colombian consulate office prior to travel for further guidance.
• One child stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• Construction is underway at a neighboring building and there may be noise disturbance from the construction work.

Special Instructions

To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. Other arrangements must be coordinated with the property prior to arrival. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools.
