Lovely hotel very near to Eiffel Tower. Really friendly and welcoming staff and a beautiful room with good airconditioning. Balcony was a nice added extra for a morning coffee! Would highly recommend.

Smells bad in restroom need to keep window open. Reception never picks up the phone. We needed iron and it was old and spoiled the clothes

Cute place, rented two rooms for my family, but one smelled so badly like sewage at times it was tough to be in there. Great neighborhood and central location. Lots of good dining and bakeries nearby. Staff was super. Overall, didn’t feel like it was worth the price given the size of the rooms & smell.

The staqff is very accomodating. The location is proximate to dining, shops and the Eiffel Tower. Very clean.

Travelled here on holiday with my wife. Clean and large rooms. Wonderful private balcony as well as a rooftop terrace that was peaceful in the evenings. Everything was clean and updated, there’s pastries at check in that are complimentary. Quick walk to Eiffel Tower and so many great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely loved this hotel, and will be sure to stay here the next time in Paris! The rooms are small, but perfect for a solo traveler or couple.

Hotel was lovely. We appreciated early check-in and getting some snacks. Very accommodating.

Th e property is very clean and within walking distance to everything. I love the bakeries and pastry shops all around. My only complaint is that I arrived early in Paris with my 12 year old daughter and the staff would not let me access the room before 3PM although I explained that she was exhausted from the flight. The room was very small although I had booked a premium room, however the room was very clean and had a nice coffee machine which is important to me. The staff was very helpful in trying to get me tickets for places that were already sold out. I would stay there again.

Wonderful hotel! Very clean and comfortable room, staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent accommodations I really appreciated the bottled water and espresso in the room after traveling. Rooftop was very nice as well!

The hotel is okay, however it needs remodeling. The reception was very nice, however the dinning room staff needs to be more friendly. The hotel is within walking distance of many thing's, including the eiffel tower.

Great staff great experience

We stayed three nights. Lobby smells good and clean. Small, nothing fancy. Receptionist was friendly. Name starts with P. Room is small. Bathroom was nice and clean. Had bathrobes and sleepers. But the toilet is separated. Like a small closet with no sink. Tub needs to have non slip bottom and handles for elderly and handicapped. Location is good. There were complimentary water and soda in the room. Overall, it’s okay.

Great staff. Only stayed for one night as it was close to the Eiffel. Nice amenities. Room had a slight odour, but was able to open the window. Room was quite warm. Heat or nothing was the only option it seemed. Did not try breakfast or any of the afternoon snacks. Appreciated the water in the 'mini-bar' for free.

Pros- On a quiet side street, easily walkable to the Metro and the Eiffel Tower, large enough elevator to accommodate 2-3 adults and luggage. Was able to get two twin beds and comfortable/supportive pillows. Property was responsive by email and offered free water in the “mini bar”. Cons- showing some wear and tear for 4 star designation, drain odor from the shower and sink, and firm mattresses for a side sleeper.

Red felt walls - not classy!

The room was very crowded and had red felt wallpaper and closet curtains. It just looked cheap and kind of sleazy. There was a rooftop area but no lighting. Not highly recommended.

Good place , the only thing is that the elevator takes forever and there is only one.

Great staff, modern and clean rooms, excellent area for food and to walk to metro and attractions. We walked to and from the Eiffel Tower a few times. There are a lot of little perks: sweets and breads in the lobby, water bottles in the fridges, complimentary umbrellas, etc Chromcast can be used on tvs for your netflix, disney plus etc if you have kids and want to have programs for them. Rooms are typically Paris small (but maybe a bit bigger than average), but beds were comfy and the space is used well. Would stay again!

Marco who checked us in :-) went above and beyond checking us in .And because we had arrived early b4 check-in he went the extra mile to check if our rooms were ready & they were .So my family & I were able to leave our luggage in our room , & immediately went sightseeing.He also gave us information that was valuable to some of the places we wanted to visit in Paris & also about the services/ amenities, the hotel had that guests could enjoy. The family rooms were amazing ,clean & up to the standard expected for a four star hotel :-) The location was convenient , (it was close to a lot of other services ) .

In a quiet neighborhood, shopping attractions are with in walking distance

Rented a family room for my kids and I to stay for two nights. When I checked I they had divided us into two different rooms. A little wierd to have my 13 year old in a different room. Over $1,300 for two nights. Half the time staff were not at the front desk. Breakfast not included. Too pricey for what they provided. Staff were good when they were at the desk. Rooms were clean.

Loved the 5th floor patio!

Last minute booking & wanted to be close to Eiffel Tower extra for couple of days, hotel ideal location for walking to places we wanted to see . Plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants as to be expected in Paris. Hotel clean & amenities all working. Staff helpful although we were quite self sufficient. Terrace bar looked quite tired & unused , didn’t affect us.

Fantastic location, walkable to many sights, easy access to Metro. Hotel rooms were a good size and very clean. Nice rooftop terrasse.

Great experience at this beautiful property that was clean and the staff were wonderful. The cherry on top were the treats like cakes and pastries available for free in the breakfast room 24hrs!

Anniversary Trip

We stayed at Hotel 7 Eiffel between 7-10 Jul-23. Very nice hotel in a quiet but well located position to get to Eifel tower. Was a 5 min walk to nearest metro so getting around Paris on the Metro was very convenient and getting to the Eiffel Tower was a 10-15 min walk. Lots of restaurants, cafes and shops in the area. The room was a very good size and had all the basics you would expect. What I will call out is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. A big shout out to Payal, Marco and Clare on reception. You made our stay very welcoming and were always helpful with advise on the area and getting around. Considering it was Payal's first couple of days working at the Hotel, she was super helpful and always had a wonderful smile and very helpful. She looked up things for us and helped us with the various questions we had. She even left a very nice message in the welcome card that was left in our room - nice touch! Equally Marco and Clare were just as helpful and friendly. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and welcoming. Really makes a difference when the hotel staff are so kind, considerate and welcoming!

Staff was very friendly and super helpful. Their entrance is on a small one way street but this was actually helpful when you call Uber for quick stop for in/out. We didn't order breakfast onsite because the hotel is very close to all the cafe, restaurant, and bakeries. It's also only 5 min walk from major grocery shop. I stayed here for vacation with 2 teenage kids in family room. Family room includes two rooms, not connected directly but you share a private hall way. Room size was very reasonable for Paris and it definitely helped to have two full bathrooms for 4 of us. It's in great walking distance to all the major spots and if you're too tired to walk, convenient for short Uber ride. Many many restaurants nearby you can easily walk to.

Lovely hotel located within short walking distance of many main attractions. Also easy to access from the metro. Staff were lovely and the decoration and cleanliness is great. Our only criticism is that the room was very warm and our air-conditioning did not work properly so we were quite hot. Not a massive issue this time of year as we just slept on top of the duvet but might have been a problem in the height of summer.

Small but very nice hotel. In a nice and safe neighborhood and many restaurants and markets close by. Loved that the room was large and had a nice table with 2 chairs to sit on. Having a refrigerator in the room was a plus too . Front desk staff was great.

Great stay! Fantastic location & super friendly staff!

Hotel seemed recently renovated however the bathroom left much to be desired. A huge gap in the door between the toilet and the rest of the room resulted in my wife and I being much more intimate when going for #2 than what I would like. The shower also leaked all over the floor, and there was no extractor fan so the entire room becomes humid unless you also open the hotel room window while having a shower. The staff were great, and having a Nespresso machine was great for early morning espresso. Plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby.

The staff at 7 Eiffel were amazing! Very helpful and attentive. The location was perfect. Minutes away from the Eiffel tower and Champs Elysees. Many dining options. All in all, my first time in Paris was amazing and 7 Eiffel was definitely one of the reasons.

Rooms were smaller than they appear and carpet needed cleaning. Room service was sub-standard.

The staff was great, especially Claire!! Also loved the location near the Tower and several wonderful restaurants and the metro.

Nice spot, able to walk to nice cafes and bakeries. Awesome staff. Only thing is you can hear everything in the other room. If you’re staying next to someone who has business in the states, get ready to hear their meetings throughout the night :(

We loved 7Eiffel Hotel

We loved 7 Eiffel and will stay again when we return to Paris! The friendliness of the staff was spectacular and they could not do enough to make a visit everything we hoped it could be. Best location in a lovely neighborhood!

This is my second time staying at the 7 Eiffel, the hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable; the staff is helpful and polite. There is easy access to transit, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, lots of great places to eat around the property, WE LOVE IT!! If I ever go back to Paris I’ll for sure stay there again.

Best part, for me, was the bed and the AC. Soft, high quality sheets. Comfortable mattress. Cold room, warm bed. Quiet. Terrific location. Great little hotel. Staff accommodated my uncertain stay dates. Kitschy appointments, which is part of the appeal.

Location was great only downside no on-site parking. Staff were nice and helpful. Disappointed in condition of hotel, lift was out of service for half of our stay, on arrival of our room there was a really strange bad odor! Carpet was wet probably from the bathroom, the room had stains on all surfaces. They provided us another room the following day which we really appreciated but this room free of unbearable ordor was still showing signs of wear and tear. Would not stay again unless they do a major refresh on the property

The Hotel is in great location only a couple blocks from metro station and 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, very safe neighborhood with a public laundry in same street, the only thing I did not like was the breakfast buffet, the items for breakfast are very limited and eggs only served boiled, they don’t give other choices. Rooms are very small but it’s Paris so it’s expected. Great hotel overall.

The hotel was in a central location with lots of nice shops and restaurants in the vicinity. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the breakfast had a good continental choice and all fresh food. We had a room with a balcony and it was a decent size, the bath robes and toiletries added to the luxury of the room. The hotel overall was clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
