Very, very, very nice staff. Always a hello and smiles. The apartment was just right, and near a lot of places to eat and drink. Clean, comfortable and a really nice shower, only thing I would suggest are pillow tops for the beds. They are a but firm.

I love this place! The view from our balcony is gorgeous and we spend an entire afternoon just sitting there drinking and taking pictures. The room is spacious, although the stairway is a bit narrow (but the staff there has taken care of all our luggages up and down so it’s not an issue). The front desk lady has been extremely helpful and super nice in terms of booking us parking space, sending parking and checking-in instructions, as well as sharing restaurants and stores around the hotel. Highly recommended

Perfect place to explore Lisbon

Faboulus hotel in a great area. Very confortable room. Lots of space. We had the ground floor apartment with the beautiful courtyard. Alexandra was very friendly, accomoding and helful. Great places to eat in walking distance.

54 Caterina was the most enjoyable stay at any hotel this vacation...the staff, especially Alejandra and Miere were so eager to help with directions, suggestions and any type of question! The room we had was peaceful, quiet, in the middle of many things to do and see , and our sleep was terrific on that beautiful firm mattress! ( firm, not hard!) Everything was pleasant, and the kitchen was perfect, but the outdoor patio, was so relaxing after a busy day. The whole experience was dreamy!

This was very cute. It is a slight challenge to get onto this street by car as it is protected by barricades. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.

This is a beautiful property, very well located, close to restaurants and cafes. Alejandra, the hostess was very sweet and attentive guiding us and giving us options. We highly recommend it and we'll definitely come back!

Quaint and Spacious Hotel Apartment

Excellent accommodations! All the staff were amazing. Very helpful in providing suggestions for restaurants, highlights in the city to visit, how to navigate city transit systems. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Bed and bath linens were high quality. Would absolutely stay here again.

The team was incredible and very helpful, the decor very creative and the apartment overall excellent. There were some factors the property has no control over like some street construction, overloaded garbage bins and dogs barking. We very much appreciate all the help of the team though. This was a very nice property and our unit was gorgeous. Terrific courtyard on main floor for lounging outside. Nurian was the perfect host and communicated very effectively and quickly with us. Would stay there again.

Home away from home. We booked 3 apartments for a large family vacation. All were perfect. Old world charm galore. Staff was extremely nice and helpful, they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The apartment on the first floor with the private garden is amazing. You can have your morning coffee and enjoy the tropical flowers. Close to everything in the old city. As expected since it is a remodeled old building, there is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs if you leave on a higher floor. This was a bonus for us since we needed the exercise :)

Wonderful location and staff. However it is noisy between the floors.

What a find, even did our laundry. The professional women who manage here are the best!

AWESOME HOTEL

Absolutely loved this hotel, WOW!!!! The rooms are stunning and so spacious. Great bed too! Lovely location. And Patricia at the front desk was SO SWEET.

Location, upkeep, coziness, staff

This was a gem of a place. We stayed in the very spacious garden apartment. Everything was wonderful. Paulo was very friendly and helpful. Great location with easy walking distance to Chaido and Baxia. Lots of eateries near by. You won’t be disappointed staying here.

I had originally booked this apartment for April, 2020, so when I was able to rebook this trip, I based my visit around this same room, and I am thrilled I did. HUGE, clean, comfortable, nice staff, free laundry, lovely outdoor space. The hotel is surrounded by clubs, but the music shut off at 10pm sharp, and it is on a steep hill. Those aren’t negatives, just points of information. I’d stay here again, and again, and again. I was in a smaller studio (still quite large) for two days before going to Porto and then returning to the garden apartment in Lisbon. They held my large bag and were so lovely about it. Great experience and good value.

Great location, very nice apartment

Excelente ubicación, limpieza y servicio.

We have used this property few times in the past and it was rated excellent. This stay was not as good. I am not sure if it is due to COVID or new managers. It was not as clean There were also few annoying flies inside. I will not stay there in the future.

Located in the heart of old town in a fantastic historical neighborhood. Super modern with hints of the original 17th century building. There was even a mini archeological dig of a prehistoric kitchen underneath the back patio! We loved this place!

Lovely place

It was a great stay. It is a very clean (and new) and beautiful place. There are many good restaurants nearby.

The location was excellent. Patricia was a marvelous host. Could have used more toilet paper.

Great hotel in a nice neighborhood! It is a bit away from the main tourist area which makes it a nice escape. The staff is amazing and helpful with anything that you need! You won't be disappointed!

Six stars for this apartment! We booked the top most floor , we had to climb the stairs as there was no lift but we didn’t mind at all. Amazing view from our balcony of the bridge, the river and Christ the redeeemer. Sometimes we also cruise ships coming and going. Very clean apartment, the bed and bedsheets are top quality. We would definitely choose this apartment again when we visit Lisbon next time. And also location is fantastic!

We loved this apartment and the whole complex. So spacious and clean. The bedding was luxurious. The mix of modern and old was blended beautifully. From the moment we entered the property we were treated really well, given lots of great information and were treated to a lovely welcoming expresso coffee. It is situated in a great place, close to lots of restaurants, the promenade and in easy walking distance to the heart of vibrant Lisbon. We already have recommended it to others.

Amazing time here! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were stunning and incredibly clean :) Santa Catarina wasn’t our favourite neighbourhood of all of Lisbon and walkable to everything you’d want to see (except Belem).

Just good

Pros:: It was good apartment, clean and well furnished. Hotel staff member was welcoming and friendly. Bathroom and kitchen are in top shape. Cons: It's in a hard to access area, can't take an Uber from airport (there is a restriction of traffic in old town, only taxi cabs and local residents can drive there). Check out is early at 11am and can't be extended to 12 noon. Unlike Chiado neighborhood, you can't just walk out and go to numerous eateries and plazas, nor can you order an Unber, so you will need to call and order a taxi cab to get around. Or, have strong legs to walk long distance in an area with steep hills. Finally, the stairs are old, narrow and getting to third floor is not a fun (we knew this when we booked, but narrow, old stairs made climbing it just a bit harder than anticipated). Overall, it's a good hotel with very friendly staff. If it was in Chiado neighborhood and on a ground level (or had an elevator), I would leave it a 10.0/Exceptional rating.

Beatiful and perfect location.

Beautiful property, smack in the middle of "old" town Lisbon. Walking distance to many attractions and easy access to bus and trams. Just remember, you have to carry your bags 1-3 floors up, other than that- perfect!

The property is situated in a quite area of Lisbon but is still close enough to be central and is near Metro and tram stops. The Aparthotel is very well presented with very comfortable beds and a fantastic shower. If you struggle with stairs then ask for a room on the lower floors. I would have no hesitation in going back again.

Superb pristine rooms in a great location. Only minor niggle is you can hear every footstep from above, no other noise just feet. However I would not hesitate to stay again next time I am in Lisbon. Also helpful staff.

Amazing apartment

Spacious, clean accommodation with lots of character in a fantastic area of the city. The hotel staff were amazing and made you feel very welcome. We stayed with our 8 month old baby and they couldn't have done enough to make our stay comfortable and they even provided a baby bath and high chair. We could also wash and dry clothes with no extra charge. The staff were also extremely helpful with providing maps of the area and where to go etc. Supermarkets/ bakeries etc were very close by and you were in walking distance to all of the main attractions. We will certainly be back!

Lovely apartment in a cool area of the city

Patricia was very welcoming and informative about the local area. The room was a great size and very clean. . The apartment was close to the city and in a cool area. I wouldn’t recommend it for guests with mobility issues as it’s up a hill and there is no lift in the apartment, but this wasn’t a problem for us. Would stay here again.

The room itself was lovely and we had a nice view of the city from our terrace. We stayed in the penthouse though and carrying our bags up six flights of stairs was tough. It would have been nice to have more coffee in the room but the welcome bottle of Mateus was a nice touch. In future, I would choose to get a room in the historic part of the city as this one was a bit far the center (20 mins walk).

A great stay in a unique small hotel.

We booked the penthouse room with a terrific view of the city from the balcony. There is no elevator so this means climbing 5 flights of stairs. If you’re traveling with a lot of luggage, you’ll have to be willing to carry it up yourself. That said, the building is very old but has been been restored wonderfully with modern decor/comforts yet still preserving the original wood beams and details where possible. We had a large comfortable bed, a completely fitted kitchenette and a great location 10 mins from Cais do Sodre Metro Station. You’re also just below the nightlife in Bairro Alto. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, beautiful apartment

Our stay was short but the apartment was beautiful and large, and we even had a small balcony. The staff who greeted us was extremely helpful - she helped us bring our luggage upstairs (this is a walk up!), gave us a map, and told us some top spots to check out.

Spacious and well-kept. In a hilly but quiet neighborhood that isn't too far from all of the action. Staff is very attentive.

We really enjoyed our two nights staying here. We did ask the host to arrange both rides from and to the airport which was a breeze. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. The free laundry room was a plus!

Happy stay in Lisbon

Penthouse apartment was fantastic. Super comfy and a great pad to base ourselves while we explored Lisbon. Drinking Porto on our balcony overlooking Lisbon was a highlight. Great neighbourhood too, with The Mill coffeeshop and the 28 tram just around the corner.

Excellent Apartment.

Gem located easy walking distance to ‘old’ Lisbon. Apartment was amazing with added bonus of balcony large enough to sit and enjoy breakfast or glass of wine after day sightseeing. Both receptionists, Ceu and Patricia were extremely helpful with info on city and arranging transport for us. Hope to revisit soon.

Most Beautiful Apartments We've Ever Stayed In!

This place was outstanding. On the day of our arrival, Patricia emailed to see what time we would be arriving. I explained that our flight was delayed, and she quickly offered assistance should we require in getting to our hotel. On arrival, she showed us to our room, where we could store our stroller so we wouldn't have to drag it up the stairs (they were steep and we were on the third floor with two small kids!). We were blown away by the apartment - it was beautiful. Really clean, newly renovated, spacious and with all needed facilities. On booking, I had requested a cot if possible, and having provided the ages of my children on booking, we were shocked to find we were provided with two cots all made up for the kids. The sofa bed was the most comfortable I've ever used, sometimes you can have an awful nights sleep on one of these but this one was fantastic. The wifi was exceptional, with no drop in signal (often this is limited to just reception or communal areas of the building)but we had it in every corner of the apartment, including the balcony. Patricia showed us the basic sights on the map, advised of places to eat, where we would have difficulty bringing the stroller (due to hills or steps in the area), advised on public transport and gave us a brief history of the building (it was one 300 years old). She advised us that should we need anything do not hesitate to ask. I will most definitely stay here on my return to Lisbon and will recommend to anyone.

Great space!

Great apartment suite with very nice furnishings and great layout. We were surprised to find parking was not included in our stay but the public lot nearby turned out to be okay (~ 13 euro/day). The room was wonderful with great amenities (wish there had been more coffee pods included for the duration of the stay, rather than two "welcome" gift pods) and the location was super convenient for sightseeing in Lisbon. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

estoy esperando que me devuelvan el dinero porque es imposible que yo llegara a portugal por el coronavirus ,no podria ingresar desde españa o desde argentina. y aunque pudiera tendria que hacer una cuarenten a de 14 dias . despues de reclamarle hace unos 10 dias no hay ningun tipo de respuesta. espantoso

Accueil très chaleureux. Appartement parfait. Magnifique vue sur les toits de Lisbonne. Quartier inn, près de tout et tranquille.

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr Zentral, die Mitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sie haben immer wieder nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Ebenfalls hat uns die Rezeptionsdame die Karte ausführlich erklärt und uns Tipps gegeben. Die Reise an sich war herrvoragend.
