Komfortable FeWo mit Schwächen bei der Sauberkeit
Die Ferienwohnung ist gut zu erreichen und bietet gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Die Umgebung des Hauses ist weniger ansprechend. Auf der einen Seite Einfamilienhäuser, auf der anderen Hochhäuser. Zum Strand und zu den guten Restaurants ist man zu Fuß gut 20 Minuten unterwegs, so verbringt man täglich gut und gerne 2 Stunden mit Laufen. Grundsätzlich kann man sagen, dass der Preis für die Ferienwohnung im Vergleich zu Unterkünften in besserer Lage zu hoch ist. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut und sie ist modern eingerichtet. Es ist ausreichend Stauraum vorhanden, die Technik funktioniert gut, das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer könnte breiter sein. Die Abtrennung des Schlafzimmers ist sehr schön gelöst. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Am Küchenthresen, welcher die einzige Möglichkeit zum Essen bietet, sind nur zwei Stühle vorhanden. Da die Ferienwohnung für bis zu 4 Personen angeboten wird, ist diese Lösung ein wenig „unglücklich“. Beim Frühstück zu dritt muss eine Person stehen. Geärgert haben wir uns über die „Sauberkeit“. Bad und Küche (inkl. Geschirr und Kaffeemaschine) haben wir selbst gereinigt. Die (Küchen-)schränke waren innen schmutzig, der Kühlschrank vereist. Die Duscharmatur war stark verkalkt und defekt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher rochen „muffig“, vermutlich feucht zusammengelegt. Am Milchtopf fehlte der Griff... Sowas darf nicht passieren! Beim nächsten Mal werden wir uns nach einer anderen Unterkunft umschauen - man lernt dazu.
