I loved it ! We walked to the beach because it’s two minutes so it’s convenient. There’s a lot Of cute places around. It’s relatively close to everything in Puerto Rico. The place was so nice and quiet. The light went out twice but it was not their fault, that’s a real Puerto Rico experience. The host was so sweet and reachable. Everything was great!

Loved the beach was an easy access. Food places are near.

Muy buen lugar para hospedarse, bien ubicado pero el área es muy transitada y el ruido por la noche para los que tenemos el sueño liviano es demasiado y no para, el dueño fue super amable y nos ayudó con el estacionamiento los primeros días pero ya después nos costaba mucho estacionar en el área, el apartamento está bien equipado y limpio y los aires enfrían super bien .. Lo recomiendo

This is a good place to stay, however no backup power for when the electricity shuts down

Perfect place to stay, close to the beach, restaurants all over the place

It was ok, didn’t have face cloths, which I went bought. And it was quiet, but it’s no parking.

Unique access, loved the feel of been secured during stay. Owners attended to our needs and provided all the basic needs. Loved the bathroom very spacious. Beach just at short walking distance and nitelife in area was awesome. Definitely will be back. Thanks Jose!

We booked this property for 2 nights but had to vacate after first night itself. There was so much dust around A/C unit and the A/C would not turn off. The water in the bathroom gets stagnant and would take a long time to drain. All 3 of us have caught allergies after our first night and we vacated the room in the morning although we had one more night to stay. The owners wers responsive intially during check in but when i gave my feedback and asking if they could refund me atleast the second nights money they stopped responding. The location was ok close airport and beach and have some good restaurants nearby. I understand the price point of view i would suggest spending a bit more and get a better place.

The complex is beautify and a walk to the beach. The host Jose is a gentleman and a scholar ever ready to help make our stay memorable and being very responsive to any of our requests

It was three of us in a room. Air-conditioner seemed to not stay the same temperature during the night, and parking sucked, and shower floor wasnt leveled so water kept running out. Otherwise, clean room, excellent location, lots of options to eat, owner was very clear and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

This is a great location if you are wanting something easy and quick to the beach. It Is in an older area that seemed OK to walk in at night but not alone Restaurants around it had super weird hours so don’t expect too many lunch options but dinner was easier Puerto Rico isn’t known for its hot showers. This one was decent but definitely not hot like I like them Communication was EXCELLENT with the owner

First off, I would like to say that Ivannie and Jose, we’re very accommodating hosts. Jose was easy to talk to and responded promptly and was always professional. The area was nice. There are a couple of bars, wonderful small restaurants, and a delicious coffee shop that all are in walking distance. We tried about 4 restaurants in the area, and all were great! The beach (literally a 5 minute walk) was the best part. Keep in mind that there are apartment complexes that block the ocean view, so don’t think you’ll be able to see the entire ocean from your window. Also, if you’re renting a car, definitely let the hosts know in advance, I forgot to mention this, but Jose was able to offer a parking spot without any hesitation! Ok, if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay, this is not the place. This area seemed to be very busy both in the morning and at night. At times, It was hard for us to sleep at night due to the constant music blaring on the streets, the horn honking from cars, etc. Despite being told on a phone call that there wasn’t going to be any construction that was going to take place during our stay, it turned out that there was. Though I believe the workers were doing maintenance work in the front of the building, they started way too early (around 8am). Granted we were visiting from California and were already dealing with a 4 hour time difference, so sleep wasn’t the best at times. Maybe have the workers start around 10am, next time?

Easy and efficient. Great place to stay on last minute decision to watch daughter play lacrosse in Puerto Rico.

The host sent text of building codes to wrong phone number. Had to get phone number from the neighbour and phoned the host, waited out at night time to get the codes. Expedia site did not indicate that it was airbnb, we expected to be a hotel. No elevator to go upstairs, inconvenient to carry luggage via stairs. No door or curtain to the shower. Water did not drain in the shower due to bad slope, water collects in right side in the shower. No iron, no iron board, no hooks or no provision for hanging clothes in the bedrooms. No TV channel, no Netflix but it listed NETflix, poorly hung curtains on unsafe rods in the bedroom. no shampoo, no hair dryer. some small insects crawling in the bathroom.

Great little place to stay within San Juan. Tons of local restaurants to try and grocery's close by. Beach within walking distance. Overall great stay!
