We had a terrible experience with the property. From the start the communication was terrible, we requested a early check-in, which we got no reply. Also wanted to organise the parking prior, also no reply. Understand this was due to host travelling but if you know that you are not going to be available at the time of check in for your guest all this should be sorted out prior to allow a smooth check in, for us it was far from smooth. The room it self had a terrible smell, had to leave the windows open the entire time or it was unbearable. The cleanliness was terrible, I think the cleaners just vacuum and that’s it. The crumbs and old food under and in between the cushions on the lounge was disgusting, mould in the showers, and dirty marks all over the walls. The doona covers on the beds had some interesting marks on them, so we ended up buying our own throws while we were there to sleep under because we were not sleeping under them. Hands down to the photographer! You did a great job at making this place shine, because it was far from that. So glad that Brisbane delivered beautiful weather and great food.
