Literally located across the street from Gare du Nord, the hotel could not get any closer to the train station or Metro stop. Front desk staff and the concierge were very friendly, and the rooms were spacious with nice amenities (the soap, cream, and shampoo smelled great). I'd highly recommend staying here if you're passing through Gare du Nord or Gare de l'Est.

We were caught out with an emergency at Gare du Nord and checked in here at the last minute with our dog. They couldn’t have been nicer and everything was above our expectations.

Very quick and accurate service

The staff, room and location are stellar. Though the proximity to the train station comes with an abundance of panhandlers and drunks to navigate around, like any large city, I never felt unsafe as an older woman traveling solo. Having the Metro directly outside the door of the hotel was super convenient. The only caveat inside the hotel was that the 6th floor was a bit noisy at night due to the heating unit being on the roof. Since I travel with earplugs, it wasn't an issue. The bed was very comfortable, the staff was friendly and the room cozy, I'd gladly stay here again.

We stayed at the 25hrs hotel due to proximity to the Eurostar. It's always a lovely stay, with a comfy bed and good facilities. We also love Neni which does fantastic food and the bar is a nice setting to have a couple of cocktails. Very much recommend staying here for a stay on Paris!

honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms are beautiful, it’s next to gare du nord so incredibly convenient, easy check-in, great restaurant and amazing bar. Would highly recommend.

Our favorite fun hotel in Paris: conveniently located outside gare du nord, it is easy to access. The hotel is tactfully and uniquely decorated. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious, Staff is helpful and easy going.

All good but the bill was wrong and I left the hotel with the issue unresolved.

Amazing hotel, superb value for money. Great location right by the main station and easy access to all the sites. The hotel itself is just lovely and modern, if a bit quirky.

Just across from Gare du Nord, it is very convenient if tyou arrive from eithe London or CDG airport. It has obviously been recently renovated. The public spaces are very small, in particular the corridors, sometimes difficult with suitcases,

The area you need to be alert. The pros outweigh the cons. Near the best bakery “CARTON”. Right in front of “ Gaure du nord” station Good restaurant and metro systems. Defenetly, stay there when I return.

Was across street from Eurostar. Lighting in room was very poor where luggage was opened!

The location was perfect, but room and accommodations were just average. The rooms were very small and bare minimum supplies were provided.

A hotel opposite Gare du Nord, very nice breakfast

My room was over the salon so I was subjected to incessant drum and bass noise from 8:30pm to 1:30am. The design for the hotel may suit some but I thought it was tacky and that the designers paid more attention to some mythical cool factor rather than what makes sense from a customer perspective. I regret having traded the benefit of location (close to Gare do Nord and the auto star train) to stay in this marginal accommodation.

Very nice hotel. Vibey bar . Friendly staff l. Beside Gare Du Nord so easy from CDG or Eurostar and Metro connections everywhere. Outside is Terminous Nord Brasserie excellent spot for the hour before travel home

Fine, but just a bit of a weird set up

The hotel is across the street from the Train station to all of Europe and UK. Very convenient. Lots of eateries and shops within walking distance.

This place was convenient , close to the train and so many places to eat and have coffee. The staff were so nice, friendly and giving us advice on the city since it’s our first time in Paris.

Excellent location with the metro station in front of the door. Got a spacious room, though it’s like a maze going through the hallway from the elevator but I guess being a repurposed old building, it’s expected. Loved dining at the restaurant.

This hotel is excellent. The staff were really helpful and friendly. It was my boyfriend’s 50th birthday so they upgraded our room for us to one with a huge bed and a nice view. We loved the decor of the room and the whole hotel. The only criticism is that the bar in the hotel wasn’t open on Sunday and Monday, which was when we were there. It looked a lovely place to have enjoyed a drink in the evening. Apart from that, would definitely recommend.

Just opposite to the railway station. In a very nice location. Staff are helpful. Since I was planning to arrive late in the night and didnt want to taxi to far way hotel picked this. Served that purpose. Hotel room is clean. But very small. Hotel is super old - walking to room felt like walking in old scary spooky bungalow. Ok for a day. Not if you are on vacation. I would not recommend.

This is a wonderful hotel. I stayed with them for over a month on business and stayed an additional few days for pleasure. The staff is friendly and the onsite restaurant is wonderful! I highly recommend the vegan desert. (Even my non-vegan friends loved it!)

Fab

Rebooked after a weekend out of Paris for the convenience of transport. They kindly hold our luggage’s for the weekend which is beyond norm.

The Eurostar train station is literally across the street. Around the property are a lot of eateries with every taste in mind. Public transportation via bus or metro are within steps as well.

Metro station just steps from the door. Quirky decor, nice room though quite a maze of a corridor. Restaurant is good too.

A long time to check in late at night. Hotel had some fun quirky features. My bathroom had no blind but looked onto many different other hotel bedroom windows. Staff really not that friendly at each touch point - check in, check out or asking for a coffee

Funky room, comfy bed and no one bothered me

What a fabulous hotel. It is very individual and quirky and met all our needs. Our room was on the top of the hotel. We had a little balcony with great views of Gare du Nord and Sacre Couer looking over the rooftops. The bed was extra comfy. We ate in the restaurant which was a really different type of cuisine. We enjoyed our choices very much. Breakfast was full of great choices and very fresh. We would stay here again.

can never go wrong in Paris

Excellent location near Gare de Nord, but somewhat far from everywhere you want to be in Paris. The hotel is updated and modern with a funky design and aethestic, but overall wonderful. We will most likely stay there again.

I was worried it would be noisy front the train station but we didn’t hear a thing at night! The room was spacious though the lighting wasn’t great. And the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was overpriced but very good. The location around the station could be a little sketchy at night but it wasn’t really a problem. There are tons of restaurants and bars in the area. And it’s convenient to transit, obviously.

Cool hotel close to Gare du Nord

An overnight stop before a return Eurostar to London. Very close to Gare du Nord, the hotel has a restaurant and bar but there are also plenty of options in surrounding streets. Our room was well appointed and clean, with high end toiletries and free items in the mini bar. The room was compact, but everything we needed for one night. Lots of cool elements to the hotel, and a fresh feel in what can be a rather bland end of the hotel spectrum.

Excellent location, staff were very helpful! We went for an extra large room so it was very spacious. Quirky decor was fun! We opted for breakfast which was fantastic, we did use the bar or restaurant but thei looked great, lovely facilities right at the hotel. We would stay again, highly recommend!

Beautiful, well decorated and managed.

It is a lovely hotel and the location across from Gare du Nord is very convenient. My only suggestion is that the unusual lights, air conditioning , heating system needs written instructions and was very frustrating- I had to ask for help. I have never seen anything like it

I didn’t expect to be able to check in early, but the staff was wonderful and got me a room any way! They were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The hotel and rooms are beautiful, bed was comfortable, plus there’s AC! I took Eurostar in from London, then flew out of CDG, and it was so convenient being right across the street from Gare du Nord. Plus, there’s a metro entrance steps from the hotel’s door, and plenty of bus stops all around (I prefer to take busses so that I can see more of the city I’m in). I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Fantastic place to stay in Paris

I was visiting Paris with 2 colleagues. We had a great time during the days and much was because the great initial impression we got by our hotel and them accommodating us in various ways. Special shout-outs to their frontdesk organiser MD, who went over and beyond to make our stay as good as it could possibly be. The hotel should be very happy to have someone as MD as one single person really could make a significant difference for someone's experience in Paris. Would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good, convenient and problem-free stay in Paris.

Very unique and futuristic rooms. Mainly set up for one person because no privacy for taking a shower or the toilet. Great for early flights out of the airport. The staff was amazing!!

The front desk staff welcomed us so warmly and upgraded our rooms, which gave us views of the historic Gare du Nord.

Excellent breakfast

Superb location right outside Gare du Nord, adjacent to the lovely St. Denis neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants and bars open even if you have an arrival later in the evening. Rooms in excellent condition and fun decorations.

Fantastic welcome to this beautiful hotel set in the perfect location the railway station. Very cool and trendy plus my room was exceptional and incredibly well appointed. I couldn't be happier. We picked hotel due to proximity of Gare du Nord. It was perfect. Attractions accessible by Metro. Restaraunt close by. Served our needs well.

One night stay

Quick one night stay. Location was super convenient to train station. We had a lot of luggage and were able to get to hotel easily from train station. Lots of food choices nearby and check in was simple. Staff was friendly, room was clean, bed was comfortable, and A/C worked great.

Breakfast room's staff Questionable

I adore this hotel and this is where I always stay if I am coming to Paris. The hotel is really beautiful, close to eurostar terminal. But I realised something. The breakfast service is not as great. Today I noticed that sparkling wine was not on display. When I questioned the young man in the breakfast room he told me that sparkling wine is never served for breakfast. I told him that i am a regular customer and I want to know why there's no sparkling wine. Someone else came and explained that they had an delivery issue. Well ... I can understand that the hotel take an other direction regarding alcohol being serve during breakfast. But why lying about that? I always book this hotel because I'm visiting my brother who's fighting his cancer and I am spending time with him as much as possible. And I would like to say that work in customer service so I know what to expect. Clearly here your staff need extra training.

Very hip full service hotel right across from Gare du Nord. Metro station right in front. Invader theme artwork in elevator, room numbers and throughout hotel. Large bathrooms and rooms. Front desk was very helpful with lending adapters and handling postcards. Would definitely stay here again.
