The room was clean and well situated to the beach. Our host was friendly and served a good Italian style breakfast.

A lovely little B&B just outside of Old Town (5 min walk). Our room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom, large and the shower, perfect. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the ladies in the kitchen were so accommodating. We especially loved the array of offerings: cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, cereal, pancakes, eggs, and so many baked goods. The owner and staff were so helpful even before we arrived. Great communication. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for everything!

Very friendly staff

This lovely accommodation is just four blocks from the Bari Centrale train and bus station and a 10 to 15 minute walk to the old historic, medieval district. The hotel is just three blocks off Via Sparano da Bari, the main pedestrian mall that runs from Bari Centrale to the historic district. A lovely breakfast was served and the hotel has a nice rooftop terrace. The room was perfect for us. A lovely space with room for everything and a great bathroom without the variety of challenges that many European hotel bathrooms present to American guests. All the style, but with none of the challenges.

Stayed here and loved the room, the location, the friendly staff and most everything about it.

I was pleasantly surprised at how modern and spacious my room was. I was able to store my luggage fora few hours on departure day. The host Claudia was very helpful and informative. I will be staying there again on my return through Bari.

Great place to stay in an underrated city

Everything about this hotel was simply great. From the wonderful and timely communication prior to arrival, to the well-kept, clean, and spacious rooms. The terrace was a real plus. The place has a style and vibe that made us welcome and we wished we stayed longer. Not least, this is because Bari was a real surprise: it is a charming city with some fabulous architecture. We would gladly stay again.

Great hotel

We loved our one night stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and spacious, the bed very comfortable, the shower excellent and the breakfast just right. It is in a great location - within easy walking distance of the train station and of the old town.

200 Rooms and Terrace was an excellent choice For my two night stay in Bari. Even before my arrival, the staff quickly responded to my communication. I was not able to arrive before the 8:00pm check in but they provided me with easy instructions to follow for self check in. The property is within walking distance to Bari Centrale train station and other notable sites in town. I felt safe walking around the neighborhood and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. I loved the king size bed and large bathroom, including shower, and appreciate having a safe in the room. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. One big bonus is the relaxing terrace to hang out on at night to beat the hustle and bustle. Upon check out I left my luggage in their storage closet without any concerns. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Bari.

Bari Trip 2023

Great stay. Hotel was about a 10 minute walk to Bari old town and right next to train station. Staff were exceptional. We had a 6.30am checkout on our last day. They organised a breakfast pack for us the night before and left it in our room.

My biggest issue with the hotel was the lack of A/C. While there was a unit in the room, it was barely effective notwithstanding I put it on the highest fan level and very cold setting.

Super comfy, quiet, well-designed and modern. We were totally comfortable, slept great and had a delicious breakfast with lots of options. One of the best B&Bs I have stayed in anywhere!

This was by far the best place i stayed my entire trip. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, the decor is beautifully done and best of all the staff and owners are the most helpful and wonderful people you will ever meet. Slso the breakfast is all home made and delicious .

Modern & wide room, clean, good breakfast. Parking is a problem.

The room was large and very clean. The bed is big and super comfortable and it also has a large shower. It is an easy walk to the historic centre, breakfast was good. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

The king sized bed was suuuper comfortable, the room was spacious and clean, the hot shower was very nice. The breakfast was diverse and had many healthy options. The terrace looked like a nice place to relax and enjoy. There were two short flights of stairs to carry luggage up, we are younger and strong so it was not a big problem, but for someone with mobility issues, it would present a challenge. Hotel staff said there would be a train to take us to hotel from airport but that was not possible at the hour we arrived so we paid for a Taxi.

Absolutely comfortable bed.

After many long flights, it was wonderful to arrive to a spacious, modern room. The bed was large and so comfortable. Was lovely to be able to sit on rooftop garden.

High quality, modern accommodation

Great quality accommodation, exceeded our expectations. Gorgeous roof top terrace which unfortunately we did not get the chance to use . Very convenient for walking to the centre and the train station. Would definitely stay again the next time in Bari.

Just perfect!

We stayed at 200 Rooms & Terrace for a few nights and found it to be the perfect place to explore Bari and more of Puglia from. The space was cozy, quiet, incredibly clean, and modern. The bed was super comfortable and Iva and Antonella were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I can’t wait to come back!

Great location and high room standards. Nice breakfasts, with freshly made omelettes really appreciated. Our host Samanta was wonderfully helpful when we came back for a third night. Hard to fault this B&B for comfort, location and service. Highly recommended.

Property was modern, very clean with all amenities required. There was a lovely rooftop garden that unfortunately we didn't get to use as we were only there for one night but it looked very inviting. It was lovely to have breakfast in this space as well. When travelling with large and heavy suitcases it would be good to know in advance if there are stairs required to get to the accommodation and if there will be assistance to get our luggage up the stairs when we arrive. One other comment, if breakfast is to start at 7:45am, then I would expect that everything is out and prepared by this time. Unfortunately, this was not the case and it took the staff member until 8am to get everything on the table, and by then we had mostly finished out breakfast, as we had to catch transport to our next destination.

It’s small and close to the train station. Very clean and modern. Warm staff. Nice breakfast on the terrace. Smart tv with Netflix. Comfortable bed. The sun comes in from the bathroom and wakes you up-you can’t block it. I wanted to sleep late. Short check in time 2-8pm.

Excellent location at the city centre. Near to Bari Centrale train station, walking distance about 8 minutes. Many restaurants nearby. Rooms are new and modernate. Unexpected spacious, clean and comfy. Bathroom and toilet are separated to let us utilities our time. Host and staff are helpful. Quick and convenient check in. Even though we checked in at late night whereas no staff here, we could still contact the host by mobile for check in procedures clearly. Moreover, we needed to catch up a early train to go to a small town for sightseeing after check out. The staff made the breakfast all ready at around 0745. Hot omelette was our favorite. We can even keep our luggages here for a few hours. Will definitely recommend this b & b for all tourists.

Towels and linens are nice and very soft. The space is well laid out. Exceeded expectations.

An intimate hotel with only four suites, a very attentive host and kitchen attendant during breakfast time, breakfast had many options; cereals, pastries, fresh eggs, fresh squeezed juices, very modern Ikea like furnishings, bathroom and shower, the room even had Netflix, a beautiful secluded terrace, extremely convenient walking distance to Bari Centrale train station, the entire city is very walkable ...

An amazing place - extremely comfortable, spacious and luxurious. Our only regret was we could only stay one night. Great terrace. Staff helpful and lovely - we texted to say we would be late arriving and arrangements were made without difficulty. Excellent value for money.

Great stay close to train station. Close enough to old town. Great service. Room was clean and very spacious. Unfortunately a late night party across the street let us awake until After midnight. We had an early morning next day and beginning of a cycling trip. Was bad timing for little sleep.

Lovely hotel with gorgeous terrace!

This is a lovely hotel - we recommend it wholeheartedly! They were very accommodating when we arrived late off a night flight; the check in and key collection was clear and simple. The room was beautifully decorated, with a great bed and shower. The roof terrace is divine, it was so nice to sit out there for breakfast!

Great hotel! Expedia: since you REQUIRE reviews to be long. Then let me write here what happened on our stay at Rome. We called the host and she said she never had a booking request from Expedia and the room has already been rented to another traveler (but we got confirmation email from you). We called your center, the guy who answered our phone (after long waits) said the relocation team will help and call back. But it never did. After hours wondering around with our luggage we called again just to find out NO call/help record/note is with the account!!! Finally we had to book a hotel last minute ON OUR OWN.

Excellent stay in Bari

Excellent stay. Everything was sparkling clean. Rosella and her team made us so welcomed and tried hard to do everything right. It’s like staying with family! Definitely recommend this place.

Weekend trip

I have been contacted by the hotel via WhatsApp right after my online booking. The hotel gave me very clear and easy follow instruction for self-check in as I arrived after 8pm. The hotel is easy to find and located 5 mins from the central Station. they are very helpful and responsive to my queries. The room is very spacious and clean a shown in the picture. They provided hotel standard services. They also offered breakfast with a good amount of choices. Lots of restaurants and shops around. Excellent overall!!!!!!!
