Very quiet and comfortable

The woman in the offfice who checked us in was friendly and funny. She also offered excellent dining recommendations. The location was excellent for our early morning flight

Kitchen could do with up date

Tidy, quiet.

Unit was a bit dated. Was dissapointed that the TV only had basic channels as very little to watch on those these days.Did have one sky movie channel and sports but not into sports and no good movies on. They need to have Netflex so people have a option of something to watch when they are just chilling on hoiliday,otherwise room was comfortable

Very good relative vbalue for money, spotless and well maintained, excellent bed. Apartment Unit a little on the tight side, but not a problem for us. Would certainly re-visit :-0 alan and barb

Overall I would stay here again, but keep in mind it is an older style motel, the beds are worn and I would say the shower head needs replacing in the unit we were in, it was more like a hose. Clean and comfortable though.

Great little spot for exploring Blenheim, close to the town centre but plenty quietly enough at night. Sue and Colin were very friendly and welcoming. The room was equipped with all you’d need for a short stay. The bed itself was comfortable and the room spotless. I would recommend!

Whilst dated, we had a Large motel room with everything you need. Very clean. Service was great. Good for the price.

Cleanest motel we've stayed in for a long time , kitchen had everything we could need

only arrived at 5pm & left at 8am next morning. everything very good.

Old fashioned 70s-era motel that hasn't had any real modernisation attempted. Staff member that performed the check-in was new and initially tried to take payment before being informed we had pre-paid through Wotif. Honest misunderstanding. We received a small bottle of milk upon arrival, but when asking for another a day or two later, we were told they had run out, so had to go out and buy some. The 'air conditioner' in the room, which was a small wall-attached unit, shook the entire building when turned on, so was unusable. Ceiling fan in the bedroom worked well once you figured out that '2' was 'Off' and 'Off' was '2'. Free WiFi was good enough to stream live video. No ability to cast to TV. Couldn't get the on-screen TV Guide to work properly (very cheap TVs) but we weren't here for TV so that's ok. Location is reasonably central, just a short flat walk to the town centre. Pool area was closed for the season while we were there so cannot comment on that.

Lovely setup. Clean & well equipped! Close to town centre.

Great for families, swimming pool is great but not heated & no air conditioners which made it difficult when the room had been closed as we were out for the day so made it hard for kids to sleep. Found fan's in wardrobe which did help

Good price. Great location. Couch and char need an upgrade.

Great Place to stay

Clean but old outdated units. Quite rude to us when we checked out and had to go back to collect items we had left in the fridge. Car parks really tight - only room for the driver to get out once parked. No power point by mirror so difficult to blow dry/style hair. No room for your toiletries in the bathroom at all.

Great Property and service. It was an extremely hot day and only thing was no aircon but I did find a fan int he wardrobe so it certainly was a welcome surprise

Nice accommodation to circulate in The Interland.

Aorangi Manor is a great motel. Kids liked the pool.

Good value, friendly service. Old fashion bottle milk is a nice touch!

Pleasant hotel near center of town

Visited area on holiday as second option when Golden Bay cut off by storm. Pleasantly surprised at hotel with pleasant, efficient and thorough host check in. Room with high ceilings felt spacious. Made our stay more pleasant. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores.

Ideal for our family's requirements. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Very nice

A very clean, well-maintained motel with really friendly staff. Location is really good, very close to the reserve with walking tracks and not far from town. We will stay there again when we come back to Blenheim.

Quiet, comfortable, surgically clean.

a return visit for our family, friendly and professional front of house, this motel is spacious and always surgically clean. Although it's 80's spec, it's very well-maintained. Easy to return to, easy to recommend.

Very disappointing ,uncomfortable bed, I am sure it had a rubber sheet underneath the bedding. Very noisy next to a road front and back , poor internet, poor tv, would not go there ever again .

No Fitness Room

The owner was very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay. We were very disappointed that they did NOT have a fitness room even though they stated they did.If we had known their information was incorrect we could have saved money by staying somewhere else.

Nice quiet and spacious motel

Very nice room with plenty of space (two room family unit) and all the facilities needed. We just had one night stay on way to the ferry but it would be a great place for a longer stay.

A nice stay

We spent one night at the 193 Aorangi Manor Motel before we went to Picton. It is in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. The room contained everything we needed. The staff was friendly and nice.

New Zealand getaway

The perfect place to stay when visiting this area and Colin, our host went out of his way to make it even better. The room was lovely and the location was close to some very nice restaurant's. I would not hesitate to stay here again if we ever come back to this region.
