Instructions spéciales

The front desk is open daily from 10:30 AM - 11:00 PM. The check-in location differs from the property location. Check-in location: [Flat C2, 13/F, Mirador Mansion]. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. Guests will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out, or pay an additional cleaning fee of HKD 100 at check-out.
