For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Parcel or luggage deliveries will be accepted only for guests in-house or checking in within 1 day of receipt. The property cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods. There is no charge for parcel or luggage storage within 1 day of check-in or on the day of check-out. The storage fee for other days is JPY 500 per item, per day.
